Clan Name: Sanseiu
Location: Kusagakure
Signature Traits: The signature traits of the clan members, is that they have bright blue eyes. It is said that the eyes represent the lightning and water nature of the members. The water looking bright and beautiful like the ocean, calming but yet seeming as if they contain some unknown mystery. The hair of the Sanseiu is black with white streaks. The hair is curious in the fact that they have straight black hair, but the streaks of white seem to be flat but yet jagged. This has been said to look like lightning striking in a storm.
Kekkei Genkai: The bloodline of this clan is not set in stone. They have a unique skill with lightning and water ninjutsu. These are the only elements the people of this clan can ever have. The elemental chakra in their body can be sent out together to form the kekkai genkai or used independently.

The bloodline is only currently Ranton (Storm Release) and Santon (Acid Relase). These are both formed with the same elements but in different ways. The first one that was discovered that the clan was able to use, was Storm Release. A couple generations later they found a new way to use there elements. It is possible for another to be found but currently no one is on the verge to finding another and the only ones able to expand even further are S rank.

Ranton is the release of lightning in water in solid fast moving blasts. The solidity coming from the water and the power and speed coming from lightning. Storm release also includes controlling or creating clouds and making thunder storms. Ranton is strong against most elements besides wind. A powerful enough wind jutsu can slow down the jutsu and mess with it, possibly disperse it. Though if the wind jutsu is a rank below the attack it doesn't really matter.

The clan members master there elements in this order. First they start off with lightning, which they must train with 5000 words at genin rank to get to the control of lightning needed. After this, the clan members must learn water style. Once they have water style, they must do a 2500 word training for good control over water style. Doing this is not a waste though, it gives them to not waste any chakra performing their techniques, and to be able to have room after a normal person runs out of chakra to do 1 more jutsu equal to their rank in water or lightning style. This applies to when they learn Storm and Acid.

Once getting good control over these elements at genin rank, when they hit chuunin, they are able to learn storm. This can be trained by themselves considering storm release is a natural ability but to get the full potential you must got a solid grasp on the base elements. This training is 2000 words.

Once they reach jonin, they are able to train acid. Able to train it for 1000 words. They are able to learn this at chuunin after Ranton, though that requires another 3000 words. You don't have true complete mastery of both until S rank, though at jonin you still have both.

I have to post on this even though it is incomplete, there is no way a clan can take too abilities like this, its way too unfair and we wouldn't allow it, not to mention the fact that Acid Release is an ability of one of the Bijuu and their abilities are exclusive to them and their hosts.
