It was an odd sort of day in which the weather from the south had made it's customary trip north. Rain Country was gracing them and the green of Grass Country with a cloudy day and what was an odd mist instead of actual rain. Though there were some that walked about with umbrella they weren't at all necessary, however a squint came to even his eyes as he strolled down the side walk, lost in his thoughts. Luxian wasn't a fan of cold, wet weather and this day like many was one better spent indoors with a good book and a sleepy glass of something warm to the tongue, but today he was embraced by a thought that more motivated him to get out into the world and view it from a different perspective. The misty weather was a chance of scene that symbolized exactly how he was feeling at the time, though he was sure that the many flora and fauna appreciated the moisture more then he could.

There were others on this busy day that braved the dreary weather for one reason or another; many of them citizens whose calling or job required them to be out no matter what the weather or temperature. He was curious, today of all days, to watch these people, and to study and observe them. After all, this was part of his home, why shouldn't he have some idea of what they were really life. A couple sat under a tree that provided them shelter against the mist. They were obviously sentimental as they were close, though still facing one another. Whether lovers or friends, they were sharing such a human moment that he could only imagine the thoughts and functions behind their actions. What was it that brought them to this point; what motives did they both lead and of these, which were corrupt? It was this thought; the darkness that hid tucked within the light to be exposed in mans most human of moments, that he was curious in. What darkness settled in the human heart, and under what situations was it unleashed.

You see, he had heard stories of individuals he once thought were innocent. It was of course none of his business but those children he had watched grow up were exposed to the world and it's more taboo interests. Of these, they were obviously taught to avoid, however they engaged in theft, violence, lewd and criminal acts, even if they were small and petty and did so in spite of the regret or guilt that they would later feel. It was curious to him... what it was that led the youthful nature of innocence to mature within the confines of it's own darkness... And not to confuse darkness with evil, as it is simply something misunderstood by the unknown nature in which it emerges.

As he lifted his head he looked forward to a young individual that was walking his way. A citizen, though there chakra was above average and gave him the impression that they were most likely a shinobi because of it. As he approached her and they would come to cross paths, he would study them within ever inch of her being; but something was odd... "Excuse me, I can tell, you are a shinobi are you not?" He said.

"What a dreadfully dreary day."She smiled to a passing stall owner, glancing across the merchandise he was covering in case of rain. A mist covered the village of Kusa on this day, giving a depressing tone to Yuki's walk. Few other members of the village were about on this dull day, only those shinobi and civilian alike, who were required to be out, be it from a task set by them or their jobs. Her brown eyes, examine everyone she passed with a kind expression, a false kindness and as always a false smile, but they needn't know that. She examined them all with her eyes, seeking to gain any sort of understanding she could about the members around them. Many of the villagers she passed carried umbrellas, yet Yuki saw little point, she doubted the mist would pass or the weather would change until the next day at least.

Not caring about the weather of the day, Yuki wore a white summer dress which covered her legs just below her knees. Around her waist she wore a deep purple sash, which was worn to disguise a small tool pouch. She may not have carried an umbrella, but she was certain to be prepared if she needed to defend herself even if she could not discern any immediate threat from anyone around her.

"Hey there, I can tell, you are a shinobi are you not?" Her attention snapped up to the source of the voice, being certain the comment was directed at her. It was only with great effort that she stopped from reaching for the weapon pouch. 'What use is a hidden weapon if you use it right away, you dumb girl!' She mentally scolded herself and looked at the tall man, far taller than Yukiko's own height. His hair was also nearly an opposite of hers, his ghostly white and hers a thick brown, nearly black.

Yukiko's mouth curved into a small innocent smile, her brown eyes flashing up and down the man. "Mm that depends..", she looked the man in the eyes as she spoke, her brown eyes quickly flashing the red of her doujutsu trait before reverting to their natural color. The flash was quick, but she made sure the man would see the change from calm brown to crimson blood lust as she stepped closer. "Were you just checking me out?" she flashed him a smirk as she stepped closer, her white dress flowing outward as she stepped within arms reach of the stranger. She did not bother waiting for a response before continuing, "Well, yes. I am. But I must say, asking my occupation before my name, that's rather rude.", she gave him a playful scowl as her gaze slowly moved up and down his form. "And what of you, Mister? Are you a Shinobi?" Yuki glanced at the man's face, her brown eyes calm in thought. 'He is. After all, he managed to pick me out, without any visual cues. ' Her current lack of shinobi attire meant, that to most she would appear normal. Yet the man had seen through the small deception. To Yuki, sensing her chakra levels seemed like the most likely route to discerning her identity a they were naturally higher than the levels of their civilian counter parts.

"Hah... excuse my rudeness I just thought it favorable to make some common ground first, yes I am a shinobi and, no offense, it wasn't you that I was checking out necessarily as much as your chakra. I'm a sensory ninja among many things." He said, coming to a stop, though this was more of an introduction, he did have an agenda on his mind. There was a certain amount of small talk that people required in order to feel open enough to open and though she was, like a rattle snake, gracious enough to flash at him the doujutsu she possessed as a double edged threat, he made it very obvious in his body posture that he hadn't spoken to her simply to agitate her. A girl of Uchiha decent as it would seem and oddly enough he couldn't help but smile to himself alone that the action showing him the doujutsu in a flicker was both one of threat and one of a seductive quality. Blood lust, after all, was both violent and seductive in it's duality, and from that alone he could evaluate that she was was, like himself, a shinobi whose very emotions were a tool of his practice.

For someone that appeared younger then himself, she had an adequate of a shinobi, and thankfully so. Like a dance, every step, every word would be planned in order to determine the step of the other. In the end was but an understanding in which two individuals would be left with the purest version of the knowledge that the other presented. A form of communication most normal peoples are incapable of. "A sharingan user hmm? I should know that if you were an enemy I would be at fault already, having made the mistake of looking to your eyes... in any case, quite the quiet day! Usually weather like this means something ominous but...," He said his though trailing off, "What are you up to in the civilian districts. Anything good lately?"

He waited only for a response so that he could segway into what would be his real point of stopping her; the lingering question that in a generation but only slightly under his own he would react to such a question.

Today was a very dull and miserable day for Kusagakure. The weather system had just shifted bringing cold winds and rain which was a change for the usually warm and sunny village. Renjiro was out scrolling across the stalls on the market day but because of the rubbish weather the level of trade was at a low level but still people were about purchasing goods and produce from the stall holders. He was wearing his typical Senju gi top and hakama bottoms and Senju embroidered belt but as the weather was poor he had an umbrella up but against with Senju crests on it. As he walked across the market stalls he noticed a few familiar faces from his graduation years but also a few Jounin and academy teachers.

As he walked across the stalls he said his "hello" and "How are you? I'm good too speak to you later on" to the older stall holders in which he occasionally helped in exchange for cheaper or free food in return for his services. He looked up from the last of the elder stall holders and saw a man most probably in his mid-late 20s, had bright yellow hair and was most probably a high ranking Chuunin or a Jounin which was speaking to a young girl probably a young Genin. She looked innocent and wasn't a threat ... however looks could be deceiving so he stepped back observing the pair in glances as he continued speaking with the old man who owned the fruit stall next to them.

As he was watching the pair he noticed the girl activate her doujutsu. Renjiro noticed it straight away through a quick sneak and listened to the pair exchange words. He turned "Woah woah woah little girl ... That isn't a way to treat a fellow shinobi is it ...". He sighed and looked at the man saying "Quite the ninja aren't you Sir? Going by your actions and careful choice of words you're either an extremely smart ... or a Jounin. I think I've seen your face somewhere so I'd say the latter. Anywho ... What do you want with the girl ... She's obviously intimidated by you ..." He left the question open and precise to get a straight answer off the man. He was skilled but how skilled Renjiro didn't now ...

Yukiko was beginning to appreciate the man who had approached her, enough to let her usual mask personal slide a bit. He was certainty a Shinobi, this much she could obviously see. After all, few could match the 'Social Tango'. Every gesture, every word was calculated; words and emotions were tools which Shinobi should value and use along side Jutsu and more often than not, they could be more powerful. 'Shinobi life is a deception after all and words are the greatest deception of all.' Her face did not betray her thoughts, she kept a small smirk on her face, which mixed pleasantly with the innocent look as she listened to his words and her brown eyes, piercingly studied the man, she noted the smile that had came to his face. 'Good...'

It wasn't until after the man spoke, that Yuki payed any attention to the newcomer, but straight away she was annoyed with him and she quickly reverted back to her usual self. Her face flashed an annoyed look for less than a second before smiling at him as her masking persona came back, but keeping most of his attention on the first man. "You still haven't given me your name" she laughed softly, Very well, I'll be the first one to give a name. She cast her glance at the newcomer as she spoke, "The name is Uchiha Yukiko it is a pleasure to meet you both" The first man, would probably note the change in her action, her very mannerisms becoming softer, more kind, less calculated, but there was little that the newer man would be able to see.

She was careful to keep the ruse in play, controlling her face to mask her true feelings to the two men, she looked calm, even a small bit happy and cheerful, but within was another story. 'Little Girl!' her inner self snarled, 'Intimidated my ass!' She turned her body in a calculated way, facing more of the first man, nearly turning her back on the newcomer. Anyone knowledgeable in basic body language would understand the gesture, it was her way of voicing her true thoughts. "That's right., she smiled and spoke in a cheerful manner, "You did look into my eyes, but I mean no ill will towards you so I shall promise you are not under my spell." Yuki continued talking her fingers playing absentmindedly with her hair. The change would be evident to the first man now, if he hadnt seen it yet. She was more talkative, a much bubblier personality. " I was just going for a walk, getting out of the house, ya know? I figure why waste a day just because of such depressing weather as the village is quite beautiful regardless." She turned her body a more opening gesture to include the other man in just a small part. "And I never got your names?" she smiled at them, an innocent ruse that she used to gain trust.

"Luxian of the Harmonia Clan" He said, to her and looking to Renjiro. "I appreciate your concern but it is I that spoke first to her." His response didn't need much more of an explanation then that before it become something of over kill. This shinobi was much more lax in his speak and gave off a tone of authority that a genin didn't normally have, at least not one that was over their head. For him to even note his jounin states was something that came with experience, though his chakras weren't that of a jounin making him most likely a chunnin in origin. Though it was something of an abrasive intro, and he wasn't completely sure how the young woman would react to being called "little" and patronized on his behalf, he was pleased to see this individual as well. It only made the dynamic that much more fruitful. He looked to the two and slowly opened his body as to include the third individual into the conversation. Though he passed for a moment to wait to see what the mans name was, only a moments after he announced himself (OOC: assuming of course that you do so), he named that which he was so curious.

"Ha, I suppose the whether could be depressing if you see it as such, though I think it is only misunderstood. To many, even this small amount of moisture is a blessing, don't you think? How many things do you think we call 'bad' that are actually blessings... I wonder, shinobi, and I mean the both of you, what do you think the calling of your own personal darkness is? What power do your animalistic impulses have over you, as those that have taken up the way of a ninja? That is what I find myself pondering..." He said to himself, and based on how they responded, he would know the next step would be. He then looked to the new comer and questioned him specifically, "I can't help but also be curious as to your business as well. Do you have an agenda, or are you too just making the best of a darkened day?"

It mattered for a reason that he wouldn't yet reveal to the both of them. If she was a Uchiha that most likely noted that she was also a fire element user by birth, however the other individual he had yet to discover the abilities of and that would be his next line of curiosity, as he would want to know his qualifications as well before he set out...

Renjiro stood there shunned by the pair as both of their body language changed to exclude him from the now evident social chat. Renjiro's eyebrows furrowed at this as he stared at the pair until they all finished and turned to Renjiro. The pair talked about each other and introduced themselves and as such Renjiro stayed silent as a show of his annoyance and annoyance of the pairs inability to include him.

Yukiko broke the awkwardness of the trios conversation and turned allowing for Renjiro to interject and after Luxian spoke about the weather and the way of ninja Renjiro started his own part of the conversation in response to what was said.

Renjiro's posture and facial expressions returned to the authoritarian style once again as he spoke "I'm Renjiro Senju" he pointed to the embroidery work on his hakama and belt which bared the Senju symbol. "I'm one of the last of my kind ... and that is my personal darkness ... We all have darkness its just how you train to suppress it is the key."His expressions and posture relaxed slightly after revealing a key flaw in his character. His free hand moved from in front of him to inside the hole by his hip in his hakama and said "As for my business ... I help out the older stall holders here from time to time and my main objective today was to check none of them had died and to cash in on the bargin deals this week ... money a little short this month" He paused before continuing and turning slightly towards Yukiko's direction "Yukiko ... Don't take this the wrong way but please drop the act ... You're body language and style of speech changed before I interjected and you reverted back to this. I would appreciate it if we wasn't playing any mind games here. Good thing to have as a female but not when talking and conversing with fellow Kusagakure ninja" He paused revealing a slight smile "As for you Luxian, what is your agenda here?"

The clouds that filled the sky was making a shift in the path ways as there was yet another storm coming kusagakure way. Oh not a serious storm a person was coming to kusagakure for the hell of it and it was weird. She been in the wild longer then anything ever since her parents died.. She was part of many of the tribes that filled forest the Amazons. But so the group was called a group of females with powers beyond that of any other. Each specialize in there own point in the fight area, Perched on a hilltop over seeing the village was the female with tattoos of animals that covered most of her body. Then there was clothing it was made pure from animal skin from the top to he skirt there wasn’t really much to see. But he pierces she had was all over her body from her belly button to her lip and then her ears. She had no shoes on barefooted since she begun this little thing so she was use to no shoes.

The brown or you could say black hair that covered her head was a mess itself she needed to get in the village. But the guards were crazy so she couldn’t just kill them or anything it would be rude. So she stood up in her position as thumb swipe her nose abit she needed a way inside or something’s. So she looked over the gates to see a point where she may enter or at least try. But to pull this off she had to intercept both guards at the gates. So she removed one of the many weapons on her back which was her bow. The other weapon was her Katana and Dual Swords. She dug in her fur made pouch to get a bag and also reached o get a arrow. Attaching the bag to the steel tip, She would hold the bow firmly in one hand as the other was placing the arrow in the bow. She would point down her accuracy was on point but just to make sure she closed her left eye. The right eye turned a bit red as commas in her eye begun to spin ”Lock On” she would whisper. Then in that point she release the arrow where it would hit the ground a foot from the guards releasing gas as there senses would now be acting real slow then normal all five of them.

As she watches her art take place the black and red eyes of hers open to the next point of her plan. She dug in her fur pouch as she would bring out wire and attach it to the bow but that didn’t end there. She set up her target which was the tall building below her remember she was on a hilltop. She would fire the wire arrow as it would hit the building on point, and then tie it to many of the trees. Using her bow to wrap around the wire and slide towards the building in a quicken pace. It seems she was going o hit the building head on but not this post. She release he bow hat was helping her slide down with her right hand as she would draw the katana of hers and once in striking range hit the building and stopping the collision. After that she would jump down landing on the ground and place her bow back on her back as she would go forth. She was being looked at by everyone on the streets cause of her most weird clothing. But that wasn’t even the start of her troubles she then heard a stampede of footsteps as she stood there.

She would look back to see guards on her pathway coming towards her, with a sigh she attempted to grab her bow. But then again decided against it, because she didn’t want to start trouble. So of course she does what her mind tells her and run. High tailing her way past the villagers as she was making a run for it she would hop up and attempt to use one of the shinobi shoulder (Flash). She didn’t have time to be caught she wasn’t heavy this if it happens that is. In Truth she was light as a feather. If she was able to get that lift off she would land on a roof above and continue running with out turning back. But then she jumped down cause of the attention she was getting which was bad so she ran into one of the many alleyways as it was a dead end she was cornered like a mouse and he guards on her heels. She had no choice taking out her dual swords she would hold them as she growled to herself . She would look up as they would be coming her way. There was a way out above and ledges to get to the top. She focuses chakra to her feet as she begun to run on the walls going upwards as she would grab the ledge and life herself up. But after that she would slip into a window on the roof landing ina old house of some sort wih a sigh her eyes returning to normal afterwards.”Hmph”

(Because this involves me directly I'll post next. Establishing a post order: Myself, Yukiko, Renjiro, Olivier if she wants).

It was only mid thought that he had caught something else in his perception, but interestingly enough from behind him. It was a single chakra followed by a group of others. He himself could only imagine the trouble that was going on, as someone was likely being chased and very crudely at that. It wouldn't be to any of his advantage to attempt to stop the chase for whatever reason as their were already several individual tailing this one chakra, the problem no matter what it was would be resolved out way or another, and so he ignored the situations.

But it took an interesting twist. The chakra seemed to turn a corner and head straight for them. It was only a matter of moments until they would meet whatever it was that was causing a fuss on another wise quiet day and little did he expect, as he turned his head to glance at the situation from his peripheral vision, but that the individual was vaulting toward him in that instant! It wasn't much of a fighting sort of jump and it was only when his foot touched his shoulder and she effortlessly bounded off that he realized that she was just using him as leverage. After jumping from him to a close building and several other individuals running past in pursuit, he could only watch as the curious situation passed by. However, again, this wasn't much of his problem, though quite the strange interruption. He looked to Yukiko, having heard Renjiro speak, "Haha, sorry about that. I'm sure you have an answer yourself, hmm?"

Her body tensed as the strange person advanced towards Luxian, quickly they moved, jumping towards the Jounin of the group. Yuki very nearly activated her doujutsu and launched to the man's defence, but her brain overrided the instict. 'No.', she stopped herself quickly considering Luxian made no move to stop them. She relaxed her form as the stranger used Luxian's shoulder as a jumping point to reach the roof top. 'If he wanted to stop them, he would have.' Her brown waved back and forth as she shook her head and smiled. "Well that was weird.", her gaze followed backward, tilting her head up to look at the roof with a confused look on her face before Luxian's words brought her attention back to the group."Oh me?", she smiled at the two, ignoring for the most part, Renjiro words before the strange event. "I was just going for a walk", she curved her red lips into a smile and spun around slightly, her white dress and brown hair blowing outward. "I mean, depressing weather or not, why waste a day doing nothing."

She stopped the slow spinning and ran her hands down her dress to press it back down as she turned her attention back to the two men. "My darkness? What would that be...." she absentmindedly touched her chin with one finger as her eyebrows pushed together in a thinking expression. "Hey wait!", she flashed a smile at Luxian,"Once again, you ask information without giving any yourself. One could say that's very rude of you to ask this personal question when we have only just met." She laughed softly and played with her hair as she began to speak again, "Well fine, I suppose my darkness would be that I believe I will fail the legacy of my clan.", she turned her attention to Luxian. "Now it is your turn Luxian-sama."

Renjiro had just finished his final sentence when a strange mass of chakra was coming this way and in a matter of seconds a slender female ran towards the group. She then flipped up using Luxian's shoulder and then jumped into a window. Renjiro just looked there puzzled at what he had just witnessed but then shrugged it off turning back to the pair but also waiting for the mass of villagers to arrive. "Well that was ... Unexpected ..." he said and then Yukiko started speaking of her own darkness and her fear of becoming a failure of her clan. ‘Well at least she has a clan to disappoint ...’ he thought as Yukiko continued asking Luxian what his darkness however before he could reply Renjiro started speaking again "Boy are those people going to be pissed ... “ and as soon as he finished speaking the mob could be seen running towards the group.

Renjiro turned examining the mob of people and positioned his body and changed his body language to interrupt their path ”Excuse me, as a Kusagakure Shinobi I command you explain yourself to us and then please vacated this area before we ninja have to get involved” he said as he was now facing the group of villagers and had his back to the group. The reason for this course of action was to challenge the mob that was currently stampeding through the village and creating havoc and mayhem which was most probably more than the girl did. Renjiro’s expression remained clam but stern the whole time he spoke and waited for a reply from the mob.

He himself could only laugh in his head. This fellow, who had yet to even define himself, was a touch too jumpy. If they were chasing her they most likely had a good reason, and they obviously weren't just any other mob, but guards whose job was to chase intruders. They were doing their part just as anyone else was... in any case, this was becoming more then his quiet ears was ready to participate in. His last name was 'Senju' which most likely left him gifted with the powerful Wood Element of Mokuton. Something that in grass country was to be protected and admired, but even though he may have talent and chakra of a chunnin, he was alittle rough around the edges to call himself a shinobi. Perhaps with some more experience he could learn the value of watching and listening, and the power and might that comes in the ability to simply do nothing. . . It was a quiet power that only shinobi like him could understand, as most whose boastful tongue only shouted of their power and strength would leave them silented by the quiet shinobi whose power they have kept humble.

He then looked to Yukiko. She was sharpened as a shinobi, however seemingly lacked experience with her blade as well. And not to confuse blade with a real blade, but a metaphoric one. Her repeated attempts to subtly undermine him with cute charm were appreciated as a shinobi who was used to the seductive strength of a kunochi, however she attempted to gain a dominant position where she was obviously not the dominant of edges. Repeatedly calling out his own 'rudeness' of his questions without first giving answers himself... though a question asked doesn't require an answer, but simply thought itself. To each individual a purpose was assigned from the moment they were born and no matter how powerful or intelligent there would always be though greater. Sometimes one must learn the restraint of their role in life, and humble themselves before those who are more knowledgeable then themselves; even if they wish to one day pass them in strength.

These thoughts of these two rolled through his head as the confusion and chaos played out, though it was perfect for a change of pace. He decided that he would give these two alittle more experience and perhaps in their experience they would learn something valuable from their experiences. He had mission in hand in which he could enlist help if he so need, and these two were premium. "Renjiro! Yukiko!" He said, his voice raised. He walked about beside Renjiro, looking to a pack of guards that had stopped according to Renjiro's command. "Please return to your work! Sorry for the miss understanding." He said turning to the two shinobi the guards turned themselves and chased after their target. "I've a mission for the both of you..." He said pulling from his side two scriptures with the copied mission as though they were prepared for this moment. He held them out in both of his hands for them to take and spoke as he waited for them to take them.

"Take some time to go home, grab a quick meal and prepare yourself. Meet me at the Village Gate in an hour and a half ready to go. We may not be back for a few days..."

Yuki's attention snapped back to Luxian, voice. 'I wonder what's going on....' she thought as the Jounin approached Renjiro and the guards. She respected the authority within his tone, experience and rank making the guards obey his orders. 'Impressive.' If she wasnt currently maintaining this cheerful, naive personality, she would smirk. She watched the guards walk off before turning her attention back to the Jounin as he spoke. 'Oh a mission?' She followed his hand as he pulled out two scripture, holding them out for her and Renjiro to take.

Reaching her hand out, she took the scripture, holding it over and reading the contents. 'Floods.....how useful can I be with that.' She glanced up at Renjiro, 'Sure a Senju.....but me?' She cast Luxian a curious look before speaking, pushing away her doubts. "Alright!" There was a determine glint in her eye as she gave a quick nod to Luxan and Renjiro before turning around and taking off down the street towards home. 'This could be fun....'

As Renjiro moved away from the bandits to allow them on their way he moved and turned to the pair. Luxian spoke to the pair of us and asked us to get back to work but before we walked off he handed a couple of scrolls out with details of a mission.

Renjiro opened the scroll and read it fully and thought to himself 'Couldn't I just do this myself? Why is this been assigned to the three of us? I guess its a teamwork assignment'. He nodded and looked at Luxian with a look of acceptance. "I'll see you in a few hours" he jumped up and disappeared in a flash as he jumped up onto the building and ran across the village to the villages border to work on his border patrol duty.
