Name: Clan Master Rank: A Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: Must have Clan Prodigy Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The title given to those elite ninja who've become legendary for their power and mastery over their clan's own secret arts. Being classified as a prodigy during their early years, the ninja has now mastered his clan’s techniques and has attained great power from their continuous training. The ninja's clan based techniques are now 40% more destructive both in relation to their power and size. The user can now more effortlessly manipulate the clan's secret element/power even to extent of generating an innate resistance to attacks of the same nature allowing them to absorb such attacks that are of lower rank than the user, although they're still capable of feeling great pain when doing so. “To put it simply” Heiki said as he approached Han. Han had his back to a wall of was once a former building that housed the families of said fallen village. In his hand was half a cigarette with the embers falling slowly creating a small pile of ashes on the soft earth. “When the adipose is released and is mixed within the chakra, it’s kinda similar to energy drinks only a lot better”
“Still don’t see how it can be useful. Seems kinda-bleh” Han said lethargically. He was too tired, though too tired was an understatement in this case. The words that came out of Heiki’s mouth was more or less his mouth was moving and sound came out but everything was moving into one ear and out the other. He wondered as to why he even asked Heiki about it but he couldn’t recall when he even asked him. If he remembered, he had taken a cigarette break as they were walking through an abandon village. The original intent was to meet with Kengen as he was in the village a country away and they would meet up in said abandon village. Han received a message from Kengen only a day before noting that he would be a day late according to plan. He send his condolences. Han didn’t see him sending anything of that sort. Of course, plans never seem to follow up right when it came to the small things. Kengen had plans, big plans that could inevitably cause damage to the shinobi world but recently, the planning department in his head fell short off the cuckoo’s nest. Deepening himself further and further ‘away’ from his mind, Han was beginning to see patterns with him, how he has shifted more towards a goal that aimed for his goal rather than the goal of the entire organization and perhaps that is what was worrying Han.
Han, of course being a person who believes that a shinobi should not also be deadly as a poisonous knife but also be prompt with timing, arrived at the village. His head pops up from the earth. He shook his head back and forth to get the dirt off of his hair. He looked at the area; there was nothing out of the usual besides the village abandon only three months ago. When it was clear he fully removed himself from the earth “Where in the hell is Heiki?” he wondered usually because Heiki was usually a person who never arrived on time. It was either hours before hand or hours later when he would arrive. He wondered where Heiki’s priority stands; he was curious as to what that kid was thinking. It didn’t seem he had a goal, no motive, no drive, not even a complete interest in the goals of what this organization had stands for. What was his reasoning for staying here in the Shantakai in the first place? Was it because of Kengen? That was Han’s first guess and it seemed to be the most reasonable. What made it the first thing to erase that first assumption was the fact that Heiki wasn’t reasonable in that sense. He wasn’t one to take logical steps that Han or anyone of reason would take but rather random or spontaneous actions that didn’t seem logical at first. He was unpredictable and Han simply did not like that about him. He didn’t mind the slipping of Kengen’s mind or the insanity of the young woman Ayame; those were bearable (He’s gotten use to it by now. You either became mad because of it or become apathetic. He’s taken the latter route). But Heiki’s unpredictable nature always had Han in a worry sense. There was a splintering crack that filled the void of entire area. Flying creatures arose from the green leafy trees and into the sky cawing; a cry that had a mixture of sounds that was both fear and anger. There was the sound of wood tipping over and then something crashing down to the earth. Han’s immediate reaction was a kunai in the palm of his hands. He wasn’t risking anything at this point seeing that he has that mentality that the world is out to have his head on a silver platter served with boiled broccoli and rice made a man paranoid.
There was another crack of wood followed by more birds rising into the air and something crashing to the earth. “Tch” he clicked his teeth together, debating in his mind whether he should go over or not. I He wished sometimes he could sense a person rather than to run over and find whatever was causing this. On one hand, it could be Heiki doing-well, something. He didn’t know exactly what he caused him to tear down trees and create havoc of the ecosystem but he didn’t believe it was the time for him to do it. On the other hand, it could be a foreign group, possibly a village or a group similar to the Shantakai. It’s not uncommon to find groups like the Shantakai. What was even worse is where a group claims themselves as the Shantakai which could be funny but also insulting at the same time. He was hoping it was the former option than the latter. He took off towards the forest.
Another tree fell down to the raw power of Heiki’s punch. He stood there watching it fall this time rather than back away and punch another tree. It reminded him on how a domino fell onto another domino causing a chain reaction. The first domino always took the longest to fall and hit the other ones but after it started, there was no end to it. It could go on forever and ever.
He took normal breathes, trying to control the amount of energy flowing within his body. The feeling was both burning yet satisfyingly exquisite to him. It was difficult after all, not something that even he was sure he could do. The steam that rose from his body was intense at best. The intense heat that rose off of his body made the sweat exit out of his glands evaporate causing a hissing sound when it entered out of his body.
Deep breathes. In and out. Inhale and Exhale. His eyes flashed to another tree. His mind did not think nor did it react accordingly to will; he moved within the current, his body was thoughtless, his mind was thoughtless, his soul was thoughtless. He vanished but he appeared next to the tree in such a blinding amount of time he later couldn’t determine how fast he was moving. His shin rammed itself into the tree. The trunk of the tree gave way immediately, slicing away at the branch. A large portion of the trunk had shattered-no, obliterated as if someone took an eraser and made that part of the tree disappear out of existence. The base of the tree was gone and the tree couldn’t hold itself any longer falling to the earth. The earth beneath rumbled underneath Heiki’s feet.
Breathe in; breathe out. Remain calm. Feel everything around you and move in the space as if you were gliding.
He leaps up. His body begins to focus chakra-let it release out, flowing yet directive, calm yet destructive-to his right arm. He immediately drops to the earth with his hand thrusting into it. The earth did an assortment of rising, crumbling, shifting and turning. The trees began to shift and move, no longer bound by the earth where the roots had dug themselves deep in, they fell as easy as twigs to the wind. They fell to the earth, falling, crashing in places that Mother Nature never intended them to be in.
Breathe in; breathe out.
Heiki rose from the crater he had created. Massive as it was, Heiki had little knowing of how much damaged he caused to the earth. This part of the countryside wouldn’t heal itself in time. He had shifted the landscape, creating a wound that will never close. He jumped out of the crater. The hissing stopped and that energy he had only moments before didn’t exactly dissipate, rather just stored away for another time. He caught attention of Han, who was standing on a fallen tree. Heiki had a cheery grin on his face. “Sup Han-san?” he said this without tiredness. He was nonchalant in that tone of voice which cause a sense of wonderment to fill Han’s eyes. The still look on his face showed more annoyance but his mind was asking questions that none could be answered.
Dumbfounded for words, Han only response was digging into his cloak. He pulled out one unfiltered cigarette in his hand. His hand was moving towards his lighter in his cloak yet the sound of a flint clicking made Han turn to the sound. He saw a red and orange flame inches away from the cigarette he had in his mouth. Heiki had an impatient expression on his face has he held the lighter asking with his face as to when he was going to lean forward and light his cigarette. Han did so, letting the tip heat turning red then grey. He inhaled and turned his head to the side to blow out the smoke “Pretty fast. Didn’t even notice you move” he said taking another inhale “Where you learn to move like that?”
Heiki shrugged “Just something I’m good at. Always had been so I just mastered it when I was a bit younger. If you’re good at something, why not be really good at it?” his answer was shallow to Han but Han wasn’t expecting a great answer from him.
“Mind telling what kind of ability that was?” Han asked
Heiki had his back turned to him but answered “The body in which God has cursed my people with” Word Count: 1650/1600 |
