Description: This technique uses the lightning element in a electrical type wave which normally can't be seen. The user forms the handseals Snake, Hare, Monkey then slap their hands together. After the seals the justu can be used two ways. The most common used amongst medical ninja where they place their hands on a patients chest and release the wave to jump start their heart. Can only be used if the patient has only been dead for less than three minutes. Another is that a ninja presses their hand on the ground or an nearby object. They close their eyes, and can sense what the pulse hits. As long as their hand is touching the ground or object they can see everything. The range depends on the rank of the justu. D and C have no range and at this level used to shock a patients heart. B-50meters, A-100meters.

Description:The user uses the following handsigns, Ox, Monkey, Hose, Monkey, and then clutch's their fist. Their entire fist glows with lightning, and starts to go up the arm. The lightning tears up the sleave because of the power if the shirt isn't tight fitting. The user would then punch the ground, and release all the built up energy in a wave that goes all around the user. It's almost invisible except for little flash's of lightning. You can tell if it's coming by that or by watching other objects being pushed away. It also causes sort of an illusion making it seem like the earth is a wave like a wave in the ocean, but the ground is not moving though it does shake a bit. B-50meters, A-100meters, S-200meters

Just so you know in the future, if you're still making a character then you're meant to also place any techniques, gear or weapons in the character application as well. It makes it easier for staff to moderate and evaluate that way.

Electrical Pulse
I believe you should create two separate techniques instead of merging them into one, the electricity to start a heart and the electricity to create pulses for detection would differ. Also you need to drawback on the scales at which these pulses reach. We use either Close (0 - 5m), Med (5 - 10m) or Far (10m+) for ranges, stick to those please.
