Getting to Know the World[Open ]

Today, Midara awoke in the barracks of Gurentai. Midara worked late last night and just decided to take a bed no one was using and take over for the night. The young genin has a lot to work on and has a lot of stress on his body and mind. He does a lot with training and securing Gurentai. He just finished a mission and now has extremely good ties with Duron, one of the owners of one of the Dango Shops in Konoha. It was quite a fun time, hopefully Midara can go on missions with his team now. Or he might just have to stay around and lead his practical team.

It was early in the day as Midara was walking around Gurentai in his ANBU outfit. He had this white cloak and his mask in his office stored away for now. Midara, with his long hair that went down to his tailbone was very proud of himself. Seeing what he has accomplished. He walked outside the barracks into the shining sun. His armor and his headband shined all evil away. He was going to protect his own mini village with his life and was wiling to do anything for his own true village. That is what makes a true leader, not being scared. Midara can't show himself being scared and being a cowered. That is why he wants to train and build a bond with his fellow teammates. He wants to be close to all, he wants to be friends with all. The day just started and the best way to start a day was to go and eat breakfast. The dining hall would be a perfect place to eat, to bad Midara would have to make his own food. Midara has made breakfast so he can make a couple common items, and maybe if he had the ingredients he could even make a batch of Dangos for someone. Although Dangos aren't very good to eat in the morning, it could start a sweet day.

Midara walked into the kitchen and put his apron and hat on, the one he got from the Dango Shop and started to look at the ingredients he had. Midara started to look from the stockpile of foods in the cabinets and the refrigerator, There were sauces with labels on them and fresh vegetables. Even if they weren't fresh, there were vendors right outside the doors of the headquarters. 'Soy sauce, rice vinegar, Marin, Dashi and Miso along with others were all organized next to each other. 'Maybe a soup and some rice. Simple as that.'. It's not like he was going to cook for everyone, right? There was also Nori, Kombu, Daikon, Oden, raw fish, noodles. It had a stockpile of many different ingredients. Midara was pretending to be a courier ninja and might learn more about this cooking thing. Midara grabbed a bag of rice, wakame seaweed, Shiro miso, Dashi and scallion.

The young chef put all the ingredients took his counter. "So hopefully I remember how to do this" Midara said as he was looking through his pile for the wakame. He slowly picked up the bag and then grabbed a pot. He turned on the stove plates so they could all heat up. Midara then knew that the seaweed would take longest to cook so he would cook that first. Pouring water into the pot so then placing the wakame inside the pot, setting the pot onto the stove so the water can boil and cook the seaweed. He also needed to cook the rice because the rice will take awhile too. Midara repeated the process by grabbing a pot, putting rice into it, pouring water into the pot and then setting onto the stove to cook then setting some salt into the rice.

Actually focusing on what he was doing, Midara always joked that cooking took no talent or skill but even a small dish to tough. Meanwhile the rice and seaweed were cooking, Midara would prepare the soup. Midara grabbed a pot and poured the miso stock and the mixed it with the dashi. After doing the rest of the soup, Midara walked over to another cabinet on the other side. Grabbing a small plate and small bowl, setting them next to his work station. Midara also hard boiled 3 eggs and started to make sushi rolls. Once the sushi rolls were done, Midara went back to his soup. He tested the soup and it was good enough, he then mixed it with the seaweed and poured it into the bowl. His sticky rice was also done as he put some on his plate. There was left over soup and rice. Midara then grabbed a hard boiled egg, cracked its shell then put it on his plate. Midara went to sit down in the dining hall as he brought off his plate and chop sticks.

Eating, the food actually tasted good. The learning chef was very proud of himself, hopefully he can share his food with someone. Hopefully they come before the food is to cold! The very first meeting will be soon. It was not an official meeting but whoever came first will be officially in Gurentai.

Midara was hoping that someone would come and have a chat with him. Right now, not most of the other shinobi didn't live in the headquarters. It was mainly just a place to hold missions and some people trained here. To the leader, this was his house, his haven, his castle. He felt like he was a king and his vassals would come by for missions. This is not how we wanted it to be, he didn't want his vassals to have a different castle, he didn't even want to consider them vassals. They were more suitable for kings, Kings under the same castle. The leader would only act as The King of Kings when needed.

The boy sipped a spoonful of his soup. 'Mithos, Denaya, Amaye' He thought in his head. Those were 3 new people that were about to join Gurentai. "Kojin, Shazamara, Matsunaka" He said to himself. These were people who were already close to Midara, he would die for any of those three. If anyone were to join Gurentai, he would die for. That is his sole job, to protect and serve. He wasn't here to make a girlfriend or to play with a soccer ball. He was here to protect, that is what he is doing. He won't ever back down from any evil, something like these thoughts would get him killed.

He knew he was strong for a genin, but any jonin could easily pick him off. He was by himself most of the time, he often thought this is what the job of the Hokage was but more intense. Most the time he was busy, training or on a mission. So he didn't have a lot of time to chat and sit down with people. Hopefully one of his teammates could come over and they could have a talk about their interest and views. Midara knew each of his teammates but nothing like a best friend relationship.

As he dip his spoon into his soup, he brought it to his mouth. About to take a sip, he started to hear knocking. The knocking startled him as he drop his spoon back into the bowl of soup. The impact created a small splash, but didn't get on Midara. He looked around and saw a girl smiling. 'Oh gosh, Fan girls have gone crazy' He thought to himself. He stood up and grabbed the napkin he brought and quickly cleaned it. People wanted to join Gurentai so bad, they would knock at one of the buildings window just to see Midara?

He boy brought his body over to the window and as he was getting closer, he was very surprised to what he saw. 'Ayame-chan?' He opened the window and to Ayame. "Ummm...Hello. I guess you found me" He said with a smile as he got out the way so the girl could jump in. "I made food" He said as he pointed to the treasure mine of his food.

As the girl came in, Midara had a smile on this face. Not only because it was someone to talk to, but she didn't have a uniform and he was going to get her one. " Help yourself to all he food you want" He said with a smile as he closed the window behind her. Midara smiled as the girl said she stated her reason. It was good to see Amaye again. He was very happy that she actually came back and finished her mission. That was something good for Gurentai itself.
There was enough food to fill her up, hopefully. He gave off a very home-like feel and chuckled a lot to himself during the whole food conversation. He examined her body though, he tried to do it very discretely.

Obviously, Midara knew that Ayame didn't know exactly where she was. It was a home to Midara, only because he made it his home but it was more of a headquarters. The leader spends a lot of time his time in random places so it is pretty hard to find him, unless you came as soon as he woke up. Chuckling to himself, "This is apart of the Gurentai Headquarters" He said with a smile. He was glad that it gave off a home-like feeling. He wanted it to be called home for all his members. That's why he made it very clear he wanted some sort of barracks.

He walked over to the kitchen, motioning Ayame to come. He grabbed a small plate and a small bowl from the cabinet for Ayame. He sat it down next to the food and grabbed a spoon for the soup. Setting the spoon in the bowl, "I will be right back." He said with a smile. "Make yourself feel at home" you could hear through the hallways as he was walking away. He went into his office and in one of the closets was several boxes. He opened one of the boxes and it had a row of Tantos, all matching that were packed perfectly. He grabbed one, set it to the side and moved the box into the closet. Then opening another one he grabbed a skin tight under body wear that was sleeveless and black, also in the box were leggings of the same material.

Setting the clothes away to with the Tanto, he closed the box and set it away. Opening another box had a white cloak that he took and set it to the side. Then grabbing the armor for the clothing. Then he set all the boxes back into the closet as he went into the back of his desk. Unsealing it by adding his own charka, the drawer opened. Inside, were necklaces.
He grabbed one along with a ear piece radio. Then setting it all in order, folding the clothes at the bottom, then setting everything on top in a orderly like fashion. He grabbed the set of clothing and walked back into the kitchen. "Ayame-Chan!! I have something for you!" He said as he started to walk into the kitchen. "Your going to need to try these on"

Matsunaka walked through the large doorway of the gurentai headquaters, The wind comming with him the moon shinning in a pale luster glow, MAtsunaka like having his bones out in the moon, it gave him a monster like look. Matsunaka walked through the halls and over to the kitchen, "I'm starving scaring people and increasing my legend." Matsunaka heard the voices before he saw the people, one was masculine and the other was, "A woman's voice." Matsunaka recongized the voice immeditately, "Midara and some girl, The uchiha shows his wild side." Matsunaka retracted his bones except for the ones on his spine. Matsunaka came from behind the corner and leaned on the wall ad chuckled, "Yo midara I see the girl got her little gurentai outfit, I was jut wondering since i've been here since the beginning, where is mine." Natsunaka checked out the girl and turned his attettion back to Midara his long waist length black and white spiked hair swaying with him. "Hello I'm matsunaka Kaguya and don't worry Midara I won't take your new friend, I already got friends of mine own.: Matsunaka tookout a toothpick and placed it in his mouth.

The leader watched the girl go off into the bathroom, which he pointed out. It wasn't like he wanted her to change right in front of him. He wasn't allowed to date. That was a personal rule he left to himself. He didn't want any drama to ruin his days of a shinobi. Drama can cause a lot of bad things to happen and bad things are one thing that the boy doesn't like. He waited by himself, not wanting to rush the girl. He probably took even longer finding the items for her.
The girl looked rather cute, but nothing that Midara couldn't handle.

He smirked as the girl asked him the question about the necklace. Pulling his own out, " This is liquidated charka. You drink it, and you have enough energy for one more C ranked jutsu. Only use this....if your about to die" The boys eyes widened as he had his hands on his waist right above his ninja pouches. This is where he naturally kept his hands. The girl looked sleepy though, you could see it in her eyes that she wanted to sleep. The boy wasn't as tired. Since she was a member of Gurentai, she could sleep in any of the barracks for right now. It wouldn't bother the boy. He needs to spend more time with his fellow teammates anyways. Maybe he'll take a nap in the barracks also.

The boy then started to hear light footsteps. This set a shock into Midaras face. 'Who was it?'Not being able to recognize people by the sound of their footsteps. That truly would be a special characteristic that might prove useful. Looking at where the footsteps seemed to come from. Then looking back to Ayame with a bright smile to assure everything was alright. Then he heard a sentence that was labeled with his name. Knowing the voice, he looked towards Matsunaka and gave off a bright smile.

There was a friendly feeling to Midara, as he laughed. "The rest just came in today" He said as he smiled. Knowing he would go and have to get another set. Matsunaka's set was made just for him, since he was a kaguya and he would need special material for his suit. "Make acquittance". He said as he chuckled and started to walk away to his office. " I'll be right back" He said as he turned to Ayame, saying that sentence to her. Then looking back at Matsunaka. "We are all friends here."

Leaving the dining area once more, he walked into his office and unlocked one of the drawers on the right. There was the whole uniform in a brown paper bag which was labeled. ' Kaguya, Matsunaka'. The boy picked up the bag, then saw a piece of paper, the piece of paper wasn't there before. It seemed as if someone was leaving. Sadness filled with Midaras heart, he grabbed the paper and put it in his drawer. Then he closed it and locked it. Walking back into the hallway that lead into the dining area. "Here you go" He said as he threw the paper bag to Matsunaka.

Matsunaka caught the bag with one arm the gurentai cloak seem to have hole in areas where his vest did so he could slid out his bones and not destroy the material. "Well isn't this nice," Matsunaka look at the mask and the necklace, He put on the necklace and the mask. He grew horns behind his head, "Don't I look scary." Matsunaka retraced the horns of bone and took of the mask. "Ayame pleasure to meet you, And I been with the gurentai since Midara ask to have it made." Matsunaka placed the bag on the ground near his feet, "Yo Midara I might dye the suit black and my mask might be black but don't worry i will still be part of the team." Matsunaka leaned against the wall "now what have you two love birds been up to."

Ayame asked a question, as normally, Midara was going to answer but he was interrupted by Matsunaka. At first his attention was pointed towards Ayame, but something come up that Matsunaka said that Midara would need to address. The leader missed out when the other boy pretended to be a demon, because he was about answer the girls question. To much was going on right now. "Matsunaka...Don't dye your suit. We all will wear the same uniform" the boy said with a tone that would show leadership but not sounding like a jerk or yelling. Then he said something.

The boy looked down towards the only girl in the room. It could be easily misinterpreted that something was going on. Walking into a room with a boy and a girl, by themselves smiling at each other. "Matsunaka, don't think like that" he said as he gave a stern look at the Kaguya member. Then he pointed towards the kitchen, "I made breakfast. Me and Ayame have already eaten." hopefully Ayame wasn't still hungry. "Make sure you drink milk so your bones can grow big and strong" chuckling to himself.

The trio certainly did look good as they all matched. Something like being out of uniform would most certainly be bad. Not just that Midara didn't like it, it was also the fact that it would simply look bad. Have everyone in one uniform except one person. None the less, the boy was quite happy with the overall effect of Gurentai. He certainly would need to find a new co-leader.
Then he looked back towards the girl. "Numbers are not confirmed yet"

"Anyways, expect missions soon and a hard training work out every morning." He said as he walked back over to one of the dining tables and took a seat, waiting for everyone to come and sit down. "Any comments, concerns or questions?" He asked the two to see if he was able to make it better.

Matsunaka looked across to Midara he could see the same happy go lucking expression on his face that was always there, his eyes moved to look to the girl her face was mix of emotion and reactions from his remark, "it's ok I don't think you to are like that,yet anyway." Matsunaka then rememered Nidara remark about team, "You know I like to be different why don't you just let me be different. Being uniform is terrible." Matsunaka walked over to the table turned around the chair and sat down. so the back of the chair was on his chest, " So Ayame i was wondering if you think of me as a monster or were you willing to think of me as Human. I mean with the whole bone thing you could tell i am a Kaguya so do you share the rest of village beliefs." Matsunaka stood up and walked into the Kitchen area where there was some food he grabbed a carton of milk, he went to the table and sat back he chugged the milk waiting for an anwser.

Mtsunaka showeed true intrest in her words wanting to know her anwser, he nodded whileshe spoke then he finished the milk he wiped his mouth and slammed the carton the table, "Well isn't that such a sweet anwser, I respect your words and I apperciate your thoughts but come on now we both know I'm no nice guy like that Uchiha prime time kid over there." Matsunaka turned the chai back around and leaned on it the two legs off the ground. "So ayame I was wondering I hope you don't mind but what is your clan, your special ability. I would like to know." Matsunaka crosssed his arms bouncing the chair with him pushing off the balls of his feet.

Matsunaka felt a certain uneasiness when she talked about knowing Sunagakure history, (" Wow people always got to question my intelligence.") MAtsunaka continued to listen to her words, when she spoke about magentism "So your good with metal, That is something special, Midara you know how to pick them." Matsunaka followed her am as she moved the spoons and sliverware in the sink floating it in the air. "If you can make weapons out of metal i'll maje sure not to make you made around a junkyard." Matsunaka stood up and pushed in his chair,"SInce your part of the gurentai I will tell you my nickname, Call me Zodiac." MAtsunaka stretch and grabbed a kunai swinging it around his finger, "So Ayame since you have my trust i need you to understand something about me, Once you do something to break my trust I not someone willing to forgive even for Midara future girlfriend." Matsunaka turned aorund and walked out of the room he turned his head calling over his shoulder "I see you two later." Matsunaka dissapeared intot the hall with his gurentai bag and things in hand. Before going to His room He put on his mask and grew his horns."Nice."
