As I explained to you on your character application, clan breeding is not allowed, especially the Uchiha and Hyuuga. Please consider joining just one of the clans instead or possibly a different clan all together, let's not forget that you can also go clanless. It's nice that you're trying to create techniques, weaponry and clans. But please try to read the systems first so that you have a better understanding of the site and how it functions.
