Clan Name: Tsuriai
Location:Mainly Kaze no Kuni, but members live in almost every part of the world
Signature Traits:
Hair and Eyes:
The most distinctive feature of the Tsuriai Clan are their hair and eyes. Their hair color is composed of one base color (brown, black, red, etc.) and multiple lighter and darker shades. Their eyes can only be green, orange, or purple (secondary colors), with flecks of the primary colors they are made of (green=yellow&blue, Orange= red&yellow, Purple= red&blue). Both males and females of this clan wear their hair down to at least shoulder length, and their is always some part in their eyes.
Secretivity
The Tsuriai Clan is very secretive about everything. Their past is little known to an outsider, and their Kekkei Genkai is barely understood. Most people are distrustful of this clan, and this has caused problems in the past. However, this does not seem to have bothered them, because they remain mysterious.
Partner Species
The Tsuriai have a summoning contract with the Konjou Takas, or Spirit Hawks. This was formed long ago, when the hawks began to follow the clan in their travels. The species was originally a small group of hawks that wanted food, but they eventually took on abilities of the Tsuriai people (able to use jutsu, and able to read positive and negative forces). Each member of the clan is givin a hawk to train and raise before they go to the ninja academy. Each Tsuriai child forms a bond with their hawk, and keeps it for life.
Kekkei Genkai:
Sekkyoku-Shoukyoku Kanjusei
All members of the Tsuriai Clan inherit Sekkyoku-Shoukyoku Kanjusei or Positive-Negative Sensitivity. This ability allows a Tsuriai to sense the positive and negative force in another person's spirit. When it is used, the user's hair and eyes turn to a shade that reflects the other person's spirit. The color coding is different for each member of the clan, so only that person knows how to determine the balance of forces. Because this ability is only activated when the user looks at another person, most outside the clan would say the ability is isolated to the eyes, and is therefore Doujutsu, but any Tsuriai member would tell you otherwise. The Tsuriai can feel the balance of forces with every part of themselves. The true reason that Sekkyoku-Shoukyoku Kanjusei is only activated when the user looks at another person is because the user must be focused on the person they are targeting. Tsuriai children are trained at a very young age to focus enough on something they may only see for a split second to activate their ability, and then read their color patterns before they fade. This move does not require chakara, because the user cannot truely control this, like other Kekkei Genkai (Sharingan, advanced elements, etc.), and it is more like just a sense, rather than a jutsu.
History:
This clan origins are not completly known. All of the Tsuriai members know their history, but do not share most of it with the rest of the world.
However, it is known that they began in the Wind Country. It is belived that they were originally a group of nomadic herders in the desert. During this time, they formed their partnership with the Konju Takas. After many years, they began to protect the Village Hidden in the Sand, and trained their members to be Shinobi. However, not all members wished to join the village. Those few left the country, and began to spread out over the world.

Description: The user slams a wall of positive or negative force on an opponent, depending on which force is strongest in the opponent. This attack will not work agaisnt an almost perfectly balanced opponent. The farther the opponent is to one side of the spectrum, the more damage is done to an opponent, however, a B rank attack does much less damage, for there is less strength behind it. This can only last a SINGLE turn. No handseals are needed.

Why does this occur? you also state the only eye colors and shades that a 'said' clan member can possess but then you state here that the color coding is unique to the individual and therefore they would only be able to determine that balance of forces. How does that work?

- You actually need to explain (quite thoroughly) what these 'forces' actually are? you state negative and positive but in correlation to what? in the way you use spirit it is very vague. Are you talking in a sense of Naurto whilst he is in his full tailed release where he can sense negative emotion? You need to relate this more to the narutoverse and with the fundamental concept chakra as a source of power. In the way that I see this it is an advanced/unique sensory type and therefore would be classed under a kind of yin/yang (or individual of both) release. Either way more detail on what it actually is, the strengths/weaknesses and limitations etc need to be expressed.

- In connection with the above statement regarding your jutsu. How does this ability do damage to a target?

- The fact that they have to focus with their sight does not complement the ability that much. There is more than one way to focus than just through staring at something. A general 'sense' or 'feel' perhaps when their eyes are closed would seem more appropriate.

- A clan being secretive is fine but that doesn't mean you slack from doing a decent history. Others may not know what the clan is about IC, but it still needs to be explained OOC.
