Name: Suiton: Seisha Hari - Water Style: Needle Volley
Rank: D

Element: Suiton - Water Release
Description: A technique which uses water as a medium to create needles to injure the opponent. This is simply, and usually accomplished by kicking a puddle of water towards the opponent, which turns into a volley of about 10 six-inch senbon-like needles rather than a harmless puddle, which usually hit low at the shin's and hamstrings, being strong enough to penetrate 3in and primarily causing damage by greatly hindering movement. The technique is very unexpected and effective because it requires no handsigns.

Description: The technique utilizes chakra in the mouth and simple molding rather than handsigns, to form 5 hard senbon-like needles in the mouth, which are easily concealed as they are formed in secret. What they lack in quantity they provide in quality, as these senbon are spit out at high speed and with enough force behind them to puncture right through an opponent, and is greatly unexpected.

Description: A powerful jutsu if utilized with cunning, deception, and skill. The technique causes one or more previously created Mizu Bunshin, or Water Clone(s) to explode violently, with force like that of an explosive tag. Those in close proximity, like say that of close combat, are severely injured with damage varying on distance and position.

Element: Suiton - Water Release
Description: A deadly technique which targets those incased in water, either completley or partially, such as through the Water Prison technique or similiar. The user forms the appropriate handseals and initiates the technique, which causes the water encasing the target to compress gradually, crushing those within with deadly force and quite possibly killing them.

Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique

Element: Katon (Fire)
Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

Fuuinjutsu:

Name: Seikou Shitai Juuinjutsu - Tatoo Cursed Seal Technique

Type: Fuuinjutsu - Juuinjutsu

Description: A technique which utilizes the branch of Fuuinjutsu, Juuinjutsu or Cursed Seal techniques. A rather introductory, basic, and weak Juuinjutsu technique, it is first initiated by forming the appropriate handseals, which causes an invisible black Juuinjutsu tatoo to cover the body, concealed. When the user is physically touched by the foe with the intention to disarm, hurt, kill, or otherwise negative, the seal activates and reveals the black tatoo which glows bright orange, and dissapears. The seal then appears on the opponent's body, which causes pain like that of being burned by a C-rank fire jutsu for a few seconds (3-4) before dissapearing, leaving the target traumatized.

Name: Tsuuro Fuuin - Pathway Seal

Description: A rather creative seal, the technique is produce by forming the necessary hand seals, which creates the seal which lies invisible in the hands. The seal is then passed on to the opponent through simple contact, which then lies on the opponent's body. The true nature of the seal lies in its nature to morph into any other seal the user knows, which then activates on the opponent's body, but still costs chakra.

Yamanaka Clan Techniques

Name: Kireseishin - Mind Shard

Description: A simple yet powerful technique of the Yamanaka Clan. The technique allows the user to leave a small piece of the user's mind inside the mind of another person, which is undetectable. The purpose it serves is similiar to a homing beacon, as it causes all Yamanaka Transfer techniques and most other clan techniques to hit with 100% accuracy, but only once with one technique, and at a max range of 10m The piece can live for many years, and can be used on multiple people, and requires simple contact to establish, from a touch to a punch, requiring no hand seals, but simple mental focus.

~Reduce to Short Range. Additionally make the compression process more gradual rather than instantaneous for OP reasons.

~Denied. Although only a few seconds, this is a powerful restriction seal because of it's application process and instant effect. Something like this would be at least B-rank.

~Denied. The concept is quite unfair and if it wasn't then it would still be suggested to have it's rank increased far beyond what a Genin could accomplish, and the fact that it lasts for years justified its unacceptability.

Hehehe. What if I changed the Juuinjutsu paralysis effect to just alot of pain or numbness? As for the 'Mind Shard' would there be any other way for it be approved? Such as removing the 100% accuracy with some lower precentage or if the technique is ranked 'A' (which I know I can't have)?

Hmmm,. Okay I'll let you do this if you want. Make it so the shard is applied through tactile contact and 100% only if it's in close range of 3m.

Alright so long as we're bargaining, the shard already has to be applied through touch, and what if I amped up the rank to C with the range being 5m - 10m? I plan to rank up this technique as I rank up, mght as well start at C. ._. Mind Body Transfer alone is already 100% accurate at 3m, thats close.
