Point Blank Shot has no reason to be a jutsu, as all you're doing is firing an arrow. Involve chakra usage that makes the arrow more deadly, and it can be approved.

Eyes of the Beast haven't got a viable reasoning as to why you would be able to see through your pets eyes. Any explanation?
