Monday 20, April 2015: The Advanced Stealth and Black Ops Stealth SCs have been updated with regards to chakra suppression and in-character use, and it's now explicitly stated that chakra suppression cannot be active while preparing, executing, or channeling a jutsu. Please refer to the guide for specifics.

Saturday 25, April 2015: The Ranking System has been changed. Please see the guide here for details. Those that have applied for a rank up prior to the new system's posting will be able to continue with it, but all new rank requests must abide by the new system.
Additionally, criteria for staff and trial moderators has been outlined in the new moderator sign-up thread. Be sure to check that out if you're interested in helping the staff out.

Friday 8, May 2015 The Ranking System has been updated. The numbers have been reduced and the requirements have been reworked a bit (to include separate tables for Wanderers and Nukenin).

Friday 22, May 2015 The Character Creation Guide has been updated to reflect minimum word counts and bullet amounts for those that wish to go that route with their character history. The Combat System has been updated to include the "One Jutsu at a Time" rule, with clarification for how it applies to different circumstances.

| Saturday 23, May 2015: The Academy Techniques have been updating, reflecting their own unique type, with them being separate from the standard Specialty selections and thus open to all characters (unless noted otherwise) regardless of character type.
