Description: A genjutsu used by Yukia. Once the target is snared by the trigger, some of Yukia's features may seem beautiful and attractive to them. There is one of two effects available : either the target will be rooted to the spot, in a paralysis that will last until the jutsu caster moves up to 10m away from the victim or the paralysis/Jutsu is broken, or the target will be animated into helping the caster instead of fighting them. The genjutsu is activated when the caster makes deep eye-contact with the victim. The genjutsu will stop once it is ended or broken. C= Area-restricted paralysis only and a 10min obedience effect limit.
B= Non-area restricted paralysis, 20min limit for the obedience effect. A= All these effects without any form of restriction.

When it comes to the second effect, am I to believe it to be almost an absolute obedience type of thing? If so, then it'd make this Genjutsu more powerful than a C Rank. Also, I'm a little reluctant to approve it as an absolute paralysis technique given the C Rank...perhaps tone the power down.

Because it is an Unnatural type of beauty, that makes the victim believe that the caster is some type of angel ect. Thus distracting the victim into falling into a paralyst.

That's not how your jutsu explained it, not to mention that not all your opponents are going to be obsessed with physical beauty and you're not going to be able to determine that was the case unless it specifies it in somebody's application.
