Natural Abilities:
A tattoo, wrapping around Ling’s right arm, has both the inscribed eastern alchemy used for the creation (rather re-creation or manipulation, of a disintegrated material) of material AND that of destruction. Thusly, this tattoo eliminates the need (thought not the ability) to clap his hands to transmute. This tattoo gives the ability to analyze as well, so with a touch, Ling could understand a material, surging alchemical energy through it. This tattoo does not, in any way, eliminate or lessen the cost of using alchemy; it is simply another way of using it. The creation part of the tattoo is white, where as destruction is black. This tattoo never wears.

As this does nothing besides eliminate a preperation stage and not the actual usage of the technique... my only comment is thus: Training link? Train it for whatever rank you are currently at now.

Yuppers ^^ items needed to be trained unles they are just E-Rank i believe. Or basic tools like Kunai and such.

Genjutsu is the only spec that can bypass hand seals with an item. If you want this you will have to do some convincing as well as find a high ranking fuuin user who could possibly create such a thing for you. Yes, that means an actual character.

Haha, while I would first comment on the fact that it's not for the utilization of ninjutsu, but rather alchemy, in which you'd have to read the alchemy clan to understand.

However, these were for ling, and thusly may be archived
