Tranquility

Above, so loud.
But beneath, sound blocked.
A world covered by a blue shroud
Calm waters which keep man shocked

Here in this azure place
Tension is swayed, anger delayed
Worry, Forsake-
A spot of an obscure dark
But within has a lot of heart
Not a place of human make
But one that should stay.

Bubbles erupt, signaling a need to breath
But I hesitate, lured by the deep’s song
A melody, silencing all else
A will to remain
But reality denies this frame
The warmth fills body, lungs begin to scream
My eyes ache, willing “Stay awake!”
My chest trembles, legs begin to shake

The sand is churned as feet kick
The cold breeze ripped across my face
My mouth full of the salty taste
I sputter and spit, droplets sliding against my skin
A blue above and below I
A contrast of worlds, one true one a lie
Conversations, splashes, and cries I hear behind
Breaking the serenity that I hadn’t wanted denied

Maybe I’m just shy.
Or maybe I wanted to be alone
Maybe beneath, my feelings had shown
Perhaps the water reached out with the tides.

Well. Apparently the Hidden Mist village has been...Well. Hidden from me. I can't see my own village in the forum, lol. I wonder if this is some sort of divine punishment on me, or a problem all the Kiri are having right now.

The Mizukage has been chosen...! Or approved, really. Now, getting his ass to work and organizing the village, well, that'll take a bit more time. Hopefully the honorable and divine Shiro-sama will be present to save the day!

Of late Shiro has been lax in activity. He is currently striving to change that. What are some suggestions you have for Shiro to improve his activity, and what issues should he be focusing on now?

Furthermore, how many of you would be interested in Shiro organizing some chaos on the site? X3
