Name: Eleytheria, Persephone Age: 29 Gender: Female Appearance:Standing at five feet and eight inches, Persephone can easily be described as a beautiful creature. Her body is lean in build, the muscles toning her figure not easily distinguishable beneath her clothing. Her breasts are not ample, to say the least, their size however, is complimentary to her structure, balancing out the rather boyish build. Not one to dress overly seductively, the kunoichi can often be seen sporting a black, long-sleeve spandex shirt beneath a mesh of gray material, the tunic loose around her neck, as the fabric falls in layers, tightening around her slim frame. The sleeveless, triangular shirt is made of a molted gray and black fabric, allowing it to more easily blend in with the shadows. It reaches just below her arse, ending in a style that is reminiscent of a long t-shirt. A pair of black tights covers her legs. Her shins are traditionally wrapped in white gauze that disappears beneath her off-gray ankle boots. The shoes themselves are nothing special; slightly heeled, and easily weaponized as spring-activated knives rest peacefully in their soles. Her hands are garbed in black gloves, as her medical apron rests upon her waist. The forehead protector signifying her status as a Kumogakure shinobi can be found integrated into the tongues of her boots, as well as occasionally resting upon her head, pushing back her bangs. Like most Uchiha, Persephone is in possession of the trademark ebony locks, their dark lengths oftentimes glistening in the sun. They tint red in natural light, reaching down towards her mid-back when down. Having found that the upkeep for such a style to be ridiculous, Persy tends to wear her hair in a more practical manner; the locks waving down gently from a messy up-do upon her head. Lazy bangs frame her heart shaped face, tickling her proud jawline before attempting to reach her shoulders. A straight, aristocratic nose rests in the center of her face above a pair of soft, pink lips. Above, a set of cloudy black orbs lay, their stare a never-ending source of emptiness. They blink occasionally, but reveal nothing about the shinobi that possesses them as they lay dead upon her visage, having never noted the bright colours of the sky, or her own reflection. Persephone is unfortunately blind, her orbs forever studying nothing. Forehead Protector: Embossed into the tongues of her boots. Personality:Persephone can easily be described as elegant. She’s an old, kindred soul, her perspectives on life simplistic and natural. She holds great value in the unintentional, believing that the actions we commit should be judged by the results, instead of the intentions. If one was to walk an old woman across the street and somehow she was run down by a vehicle, the negligent assistant should be judged harshly because of his inability to protect. The ebony haired kunoichi holds a strong belief that when we commit ourselves to something, we must follow through successfully, no matter the consequences or trials that can be faced. In these regards, she can often be seen as stubborn or aggressive in her beliefs, arguing her point until it is almost seen as fruitless, however, she can be moved if she feels that her opponent has presented a near flawless rebuttal. Not overly quiet, the raven does not allow her blindness to limit her in any other way. She’s intelligent, oftentimes quoting or relating situations back to philosophical ideals or poetry when the mood strikes her. It is often accompanied by a theatrical sigh or some, over the top action that has people shaking their heads in amusement. Persy is very witty, her humour dry and abundant. She doesn’t often joke, however when she does, she supplies enjoyable one liners that have the potential to be highly inappropriate. This more laid back side to the kunoichi’s personality tends to be more welcoming for others as it is exuberant and joyful, filling the air with warmth and laughter. She does not often get embarrassed which compliments her unconsciously speaking mind quite well. Not one to think before speaking, Persy has a tendency to speak her mind honestly, crudely, and exactly right to the point. There is no such thing as beating around the bush when it comes to issues and finding the solution, which oftentimes makes her come off as bitchy. The comments themselves do not ever deter her from being who she is, but there are moments where Persephone sits down independently to mediate and balance her soul once again. As a naturalist, she believes in the inner workings of chakra and spirits within every living, breathing creature or plant. Being very down to earth, she oftentimes finds herself located in a quiet destination, surrounded by foliage and peace. Here, she mentally recharges, feeling that wandering throughout her life without assistance to sometimes be straining. Persephone especially loves the rain - warm, long, drizzling tears of joy that stick to her eyelashes and soak through her clothes. She cannot detect why she enjoys the feel of slick wetness on her skin, but the idea of rebirth and the cycle of life, often influence her ideologies about precipitation. Not exactly known for her patience, the kunoichi can be easily irritated by ignorance and bull-headedness from an opposing party. She rarely loses her temper though, as it takes some time for it to reach a boil. When it does, it is often suggested to back away as she becomes verbally violent; lashing out at any sort of emotional weakness she feels is available for her. Yeah, she can be a little bit of a bitch, and during those moments, it’s always best to back away and leave her be until she finds her center again. Persephone’s name literally translates to, “to bring freedom.” She seeks just that, like a raven spreading its wings and praising the skies with its dance. There is nothing else the kunoichi seeks than the ability to be independent and happy. She works towards just that; a sense of utter peace. Origin: Hi no Kuni Affiliation: Kumogakure Rank: Raikage Specialties: Taijutsu and Medical Elemental Affinities: Raiton, KatonCombat Style:As a medic, Persephone doesn’t idly enjoy the idea of combat. She believes it is an excuse for man to commit violent acts and then justify it to themselves. However, she is not idealistic or idiotic. A shinobi does use violence to protect their village, and as a Kage, she takes the strength and security of Kumogakure seriously. In combat, she focuses on swift footing and close-range combat. Combining her background in the body, she uses her medical techniques as an assisting crutch in battle. The kunoichi focuses on specifically, the Marma Points, a system of spots on the body that are essential for healing, as well as serious pain. When hit with chakra, they can affect the nervous system, causing temporary paralysis in one’s limbs and potentially their whole body. From this style of fighting, Persephone insists on speed and quick-movements, focusing on the openings of her opponent. She is a patient fighter and uses her skills to keenly avoid battle where she knows her weaknesses are in. Special Characteristics:- Spoiler:

Description: The final level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 60% which makes them remarkably faster. At this stage their speed has transcended so high that their movements are essentially instant, being capable of enclosing short distances in a blink and moving at undetectable levels.
Name: Elite Evasiveness Rank: A Type: Physical Physical Requirements: Must specialize in Taijutsu or Medical. Training Requirements: A 1600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: With further training and a now natural instinct to keep oneself alive under all circumstances the user now gains this characteristic. The ninja now has perfect evasive talents which allow them to perform a limitless array of stunts and maneuvers to escape physical attacks. Their movements become so fluid and precise that they can even dodge dozens of weapons from all angles by performing quick maneuvers that can range from somersaults, black flips, and other forms of physical motions. Essentially only unavoidable forms of attacks can hit an evasive expert in their prime.
Name: Advanced Chakra Control. Rank: D-S. Type: Chakra Based. Physical Requirements: Must specialize in Medical Ninjutsu or Genjutsu, and must not have an Increased Chakra Capacity or Bijuu. Training Requirements: 700. Description: An exceptional attribution that one is innately born with and further invokes during the course of their training. Chakra Control is key to preserving your stamina which will increase your vitality and enable you to use techniques to its fullest capacity. It is essential for nearly all specialties of Ninjutsu but is heavily coveted in the areas of Medical Ninjutsu and Genjutsu which require good chakra in order to perform their techniques proficiently. Those with Advanced Chakra Control however are able to take it to the next step and preserve more noticeable chakra from their standard pool. Depending on the rank of the technique, a small quantity of chakra is preserved within the body when executed the Jutsu, which ultimately lowers the cost of your techniques. Furthermore because your Chakra Control is so flawless and exceptional, your Surface Walking and Water Walking techniques no longer cost chakra because you can now perform them effortlessly. Name: Medical Chief Rank: A Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: Must have Experienced Medical Nin Training Requirements: A 2000 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A ability acquired to highly experienced medical ninja whose power in healing could be considered legendary. Through intensive training and studying the medical ninja has attained near superhuman knowledge of the medical field which includes but not limited to; anatomy, biology, chemistry and toxicology. With their now flawless chakra control and vast knowledge, the medical ninja's eijutsu potency is increased by 40% which allows them to rapidly heal wounds and heal through injuries others would deem impossible. They can identify injuries a person possesses from a single glance and can treat them accordingly. From their knowledge of poisons the medical ninja now has enough skill to create antidotes for virtually any poison given a sample and proper supplies.
THE BACKGROUND. - The History:
Growing up blind was never an easy feat for a child; however, having never had the opportunity to see to begin with, Persephone never felt like she was missing a part of herself. Her family was an average one, her mother and father were both members of the Uchiha Clan. They were a loving couple, both full of love and laughter, their attitudes towards life evidentially rubbing off on their spirited child. Previously having a son, after Persy’s birth, the family decided that four members was the perfect size for their household. Initially, when they realized their daughter was blind, they were devastated. It was not because she would be considered “damaged goods,” but because they felt that they were responsible for her defect and they were worried about how she would survive in a never-ending world of black.
It was scary for her too. Persephone as a child felt lost at moments when her legs would hit furniture or she’d feel an object and yet she could never see it. The young girl knew something was amiss, that she was different. Oftentimes, she’d hear her family chatting about clothes and appearances and she would sit for moments on end, curiously thinking about what her beloved could see that she couldn’t. It was frustrating for the raven, but she persevered through it, knowing somewhere deep down that there was nothing she could do about the darkness that enveloped her in a warm embrace. It was here that she decided she would seek comfort from the inky blackness instead of fear for the unknown before her.
Looking back on things now, the young woman would note that that was a defining moment for her. Accepting who she was allowed her to grow mentally quickly, her mind and heart boarding itself up to the snarky comments and sly grins idiots before her thought she couldn’t see. She used to roll her sightless eyes, wondering how people who had the opportunity for vision could not see what was obviously right in front of them and that no matter who you directed comments like that towards, if they could hear you, there would be consequences. During this time, Persephone was just beginning the academy. Due to her blindness, she would often not leave the Uchiha Compound without an escort but because they knew she needed to slowly grow more independent, they approached the Inuzuka Clan for a shinobi pup. Bringing Persy with them, the little girl met her eventual soul-mate, am Australian Shepherd- Husky Cross that like Persephone was born with a defect. Fortunately for the young shinobi, the injury never healed properly, and thus, the dog wasn’t useful for a shinobi life, Koushi’s hind legs hindering his capabilities to move swiftly enough for battle.
Koushi was the reason that Persy slowly became independent. The dog went with her everywhere, guiding the academy student through the streets of Kumogakure -a village her family transferred to in order to free their daughter from the pitying looks of their village,- so that she slowly became familiar with the world around her. Learning seals was a difficult task at the academy, but through the patience of her teachers, she was soon able to do simple ninjutsu and genjutsu. The techniques themselves never appealed to the nin however, as she would have difficulty tracking her opponents. Graduation from the academy almost didn’t make sense to the little girl, then, but she was happy enough to join the ranks of her brother and father before her.
As a genin, Persephone was placed on a 3-man squad where she did very little to begin with. It frustrated her that she couldn’t really assist on missions as her eyes, Koushi, did not come with her when they left the village. It was during this time that the young child of twelve decided she needed to come up with a permanent solution so she would not be so dependent on her family and teammates. The idea of being the weakest link infuriated her, and with that thought, the beginnings of the Chakra Echolocation occurred.
Her family, who had witnessed the Hyuuga techniques before, used them as their muse for her new technique. They prepared it especially for her, their dedication to the jutsu coming solely from their love for their daughter and the hope that they may be able to help her. The dream for Persephone’s independence fueled their fire until it was finally completed. Learning the jutsu itself was hard, however. The genin spend days attempting the technique before one lazy, dreary afternoon, Persephone caught her first glimpse of the world;
And it was beautiful.
She trained steadily then, her hope to see that awe-inspiring site once again pushing her. For months she worked on the jutsu, allowing herself to perfect it enough so that she could focus her chakra without seals. Only then, when she could willingly call the world to her eyes did she finally feel ready to take on the genin exams. It was there that she truly tested her mettle, having to multi-task with re-executing the technique while introducing her new, adaptive way of fighting – targeting the Marma Points. Astonishingly enough, she safely passed through the exams with minimal injuries, earning her chuunin rank.
During this time, Persephone continued to work hard on her jutsu, training her body and mind to work in unison together. Instead of focusing on purely physical aspects of life, the chuunin took to mediation. Calming her mind and soul allowed her to connect with her body and interact with it in ways that she did not believe were previously possible. This new revelation assisted the woman with interacting with the area, as it allowed her to get in touch with her more natural roots. Coupled with her jutsu, Persy was soon able to view the world at her leisure.
Chuunin was not everything she believed it was going to be, however. Oftentimes, Persy found that the missions weren’t what she thought they would be. Considering her disability, she did not often get assigned to guard duty for the village, nor was she capable of grading genin during the chuunin exams. So as she continued her daily tasks as a shinobi for the village, Persy continued to work on her techniques, instead focusing on medical ninjutsu. It was during her time as a chuunin did the woman finally master Katcha Thirummu, a form of physiotherapy that occurred when one focused on one’s marma points. Overall, she felt like it was a success for herself as it allowed her to feel more useful to her village and fellow protectors as well.
The Jounin Exams were not something that Persy did exceptionally well in. During the exam, she felt worked and stressed - both physically and mentally- as she realized how demanding being a ninja was on one’s soul. Throughout the entire experience, the raven moved past her comfort zone and her technique, using it to its full potential. Here, she fully worked on mastering the Chakra Echolation so that she could use it at further distances instead of just for hand-on-hand combat. At the end of the trials, miraculously, as she will describe it to others when she looks back on it, Persephone had passed and finally achieved Jounin, where she thought she would sit until the end of her days.
Life had other plans however. As a jounin, Persephone felt very content with her life at last. Her family was still continuing to grow and thrive together, and it was here that she often found sanctuary from the turbulent life that she was involved in. However, at 20, she felt it was time to go off on her own. Purchasing her house was a large step for the blind shinobi. In some ways she viewed it as ultimate independency and it was exhilarating to be able to move about without the interference from her albeit well-intentioned, but hands-on family. Koushi became her sole roommate, and even though his sarcastic nature could be a handful, his company was much appreciated.
As her years progressed as a jounin, Persy became involved more heavily with the Kumogakure hospital, progressing slowly into the medical field. She volunteered a lot of her time healing, working with her fellow medical ninja to enhance their skills and techniques. She attempted to promote her technique of physiotherapy, but it was difficult for many shinobi to see beyond the chakra sources, so the raven, disappointed, gave up on teaching others. The technique is solely hers until someone will finally wish to learn it, and be capable to. At the hospital, Persy slowly made connections with political figures, her healing becoming well-known in the village. Here, she made her initial contact that eventually got her in to heal the ailing Second Raikage.
The man was paranoid – constantly checking his doors and the village below. If Persephone was honest with herself, the man terrified her. He was hard to read, and especially bi-polar when it came to his emotions. His fears of a conniving village fueled his actions and as she watched over him, using her medical chakra at night to allow him to sleep, the ebony-haired woman always questioned his insecurities. On his deathbed, years later, Persy sat beside the powerful leader and wondered quietly why she was even present at such an intimate moment. He was dying, and it was only then that she realized that he did not have anyone else to watch as he passed. During those moments of silence and his haggard breathing, the jounin reflected on her experiences in life and the sadness that practically exuded from her companion’s. Life wasn’t meant to be like that. It was meant to be enjoyed and cherished, and as she sat beside this troubled man, Persephone felt extreme caring for this twisted kage.
As he passed on, she held his hand gently, praying to Kami to protect his soul. Standing up, the woman brushed off her clothing and made for the door where she was stopped by his council. They conversed quickly about their condolences and it was here, that they informed her of the new Raikage. In a rather cliché manner, it was proclaimed, that she, the blind Uchiha, was to be the next Raikage. It should be noted that it was not news that was received well, as the woman stared more blankly than usual at the advisors before shaking her head and declining the position, stating that a blind leader would not be beneficial for the village. It took several days for the woman to eventually give in.
Ultimately, Persephone’s decision to take on the role of a Kage came down to her drive to improve the village. She wanted her home to continue to thrive, growing and expanding its horizons past what the previous Raikages had envisioned. She wanted to prove to herself that she was capable of such tasks and maybe, that she was strong enough to do so. Going against the status quo was something the young woman was used to, and she wanted to continue to prove that her blindness was not a weakness that could easily be used against her.
Persephone has been Raikage for three years now. Things continue to progress smoothly as the woman has spent the previous years being groomed to lead, hoping to continue the economic strength of her beloved nation, with of course, Koushi.

Why was she here, again?
Eyes unseeing, the raven stared forward blankly, a sigh escaping her pink lips. It had already been an hour of watching and listening, and yet she couldn’t seem to find anyone that interested her in a spar. The castle - whose name was too long to even mention - often sported some intriguing characters, both in fighting styles and personalities. It was a rather leery place, the paint peeling off the blood-spattered walls as the hard, concrete flooring beneath her feet groaned painfully, the constant hard hitting and stomping vibrating across its grey exterior. The noise that was present in the place threatened her eardrums as the loud shouts of excited spectators, crashing glass and heavy hits being laid resounded in her eardrums. Even her slender, aristocratic nose wrinkled in distain, quickly attempting to relieve its senses of the tangy, slightly sour smell of sweat, and the metallic hit from freshly spilled blood. It was a strong sensation, to be surrounded by the excitement and adrenaline that was spilling from the pores of the castle, the entire, nearly overwhelming, sensual experience only enhancing one’s opinion of the place.
This was no beauty spa.
Even then, although the place was highly unattractive, it exuded life, the occupants giving off a youthful aura that permeated itself through the castle, allowing the place to glow with a permanent warmth that could not be attributed to the rather rank, cool air that she was currently breathing in and allowing to pollute her lungs. Inhaling slightly, the young lady continued to watch the floor from her perch upon the balcony, leaning over the wooden rail to observe the hoarding crowd; more so listening to their shouts and the play-by-play that was being screamed out of one’s lungs. Due to her sightless eyes, the kunoichi often couldn’t view the matches or her opponents, so it was through this higher concentration of her four other senses, that she was capable of visualizing the combat below her. The assistance of the crowd was also a wonderful asset and it was through the sudden quiet that struck the floor beneath her, did Persephone finally show some interest.
Pushing her slim frame from the rail with tightly coiled muscles, she straightened her form, the long, ebony locks cascading down her back, swaying in their tight bounds with the motion. Her hands settled into the pockets of her long tunic, disappearing into the molten gray of fabric as she casually walked down the steps, the silence of the battle arena, effectively blinding her to her surroundings. Tuning her ears in more carefully to the breathing of her fellow spectators, she maneuvered herself carefully through the crowd, brushing her lean body against stranger’s as she deftly made her way through the throngs of apparently awe-struck viewers. Hissing at the close quarters and more pungent aroma, the raven continued to push forward until she stood outside of the ring; one arm resting at her side as the other eloquently shoved a leering man’s face away from hers. Too damn close for her comfort.
Instead of asking a question towards her fellow shinobi, Persephone listened in intently to the voices around her, the murmurings of a ‘tiny, little boy fucking owning that big brute’ echoing rather convincingly throughout the crowd. Confused, the chuunin tried to focus her senses on the body that was apparently in front of her. Toes moving against the thin soles of her shoes, she reached out, estimating the body’s weight and size from the vibrations that were quietly thrumming against her nerves from his breathing. For a child to throw a large man, wouldn’t his breathing be heavier? Yet, this person’s was even, if not regular. Tilting her head slightly, she continued weighing him, finding that this larger weight did not match his body either. This wasn’t right. Blinking intently, she cleared her senses before stepping forward within the circle, her mind whirring quickly through potential possibilities for this apparent boy before her. Smiling comfortingly, she leaned down, an elegant hand resting against his shoulder, “Hello there,” she murmured, her husky voice quiet and soothing, “Are you alright?”
For now, she’d play along with whatever this little charade was so she could discover his real intent, and only after that, would she decide what she wanted to do.
Needless to say, she had finally found someone interesting.

- Academy Jutsu:
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu • Clone Technique Rank: E Type: Genjutsu Range: N/A Medium: Optical Element: N/A Description: This technique creates identical clones of the user. However, they hold no actual substance and will disperse upon impact of an attack or contact with an opponent. They cannot disrupt the area around themselves with their movements; won’t kick up dust, crush grass, etc. They are simply optical illusions used to momentarily fool others. Chakra Cost: 1CP per 5 clones
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. Thus one cannot transform into large creatures. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: 10 meters Element: N/A Description: After performing a tiger seal, this technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. The object that the user switches with must be preset somewhere else in the thread, meaning that the object must have received specific mention previously in the thread. Chakra Cost: 2
Name: Explosive Tag: Activate Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to activate an explosive tag they have planted somewhere. Preferably they should be within close to mid range and visible to the user. You cannot activate another persons explosive tags unless your chakra has been channeled into them beforehand. Chakra Cost: 1 (per 3 explosive notes)
Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them, although it consumes half the chakra cost of the Genjutsu. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Name: Chakra Echolocation Rank: E - S Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Refer to Description Description: Similar to the Hyuuga clan in their Hakkeshō Kaiten technique, the user can dispel chakra from his/her body and instead of it being used offensively, the chakra can be sent out and then it reflects back, allowing the user to visualize the area around them for a brief moment. During this time, the user is momentarily capable of receiving a complete 360 degree vision for 10 seconds before the image diminishes and the jutsu needs to be renewed. Unlike a regular picture, the user does not view it in colour, but instead in a monochromatic form of blues and grays. This vision is extremely clear as it vibrates off of the objects around her to create it; however that does not mean that at 200m, she will be capable of viewing patterns of tree bark. This technique is seal-less as the user has been trained to concentrate their chakra so perfectly for this technique to work automatically as a necessity to their survival.

- Medical Jutsu:
Name: Shousen no Jutsu - Mystical Hand Technique Rank: C-A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Shousen Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by medical ninja. This technique allows the ninja to heal wounds by focusing their own chakra to their hands. If the higher the medical ninja's rank is the quicker they are able to heal more critical and serious injuries. Injuries of equal rank may be healed in 1 post, and completely restored in 2. If choosing to heal a wound higher than the rank of the Shousen used, it requires 2 extra post per rank. Thus C-rank Shousen healing an A-rank wound would require 5 posts to fully heal, while a B-rank wound would require 3 posts for instance. If healing a lower-ranked wound with a higher-ranked Shousen, the wound is fully healed in one post as opposed to two. Chakra Cost: C- 6 (2 per post), B- 8 (4 per post), A- 12 (6 per post)
Name: Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel Rank: B Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle. Chakra Cost: 6 (Additional 3CP Per Post)
Name: Fuukin Isou no Jutsu [Organ Transplant Technique]. Rank: B. Type: Medical Ninjutsu. Range: Close. Element: N/A. Description: Fuukin Isou no Jutsu is a habitual medical procedure performed by many medical specialists and experts within the field. It requires great surgical skill and physiological knowledge in order to perform safely. Utilizing this procedure, the medic can complete transplants between people such as eyes, hearts, kidneys etc. Performing this procedure takes much time even for the most skilled medics as well as absolute concentration. There are many applications in which the surgeory can be made depending on the circumstances of the procedure as well as the techniques. For incision purposes a medic may find it suitable to use a Chakra no Mesu, or to speed up the healing process a Shousen may be performed, or even the traditional methods may be performed. Name: Gishi no Sakuse [Artificial Limb Creation]. Rank: A. Type: Medical Ninjutsu. Range: Close. Element: N/A. Description: Gishi no Sakuse no Jutsu is a rare technique known by only a handful of medics for the mere purpose of treating those who have lost limbs. Only those with excellent chakra control and a natural skill in medical ninjutsu can even hope to perform such a delicate technique such as this. To start the procedure the medic will utilize a string of hand seals identical to that of the Shousen technique with the addition to the rabbit seal. Once completed the they will manifest a fine sphere of green chakra around their hands and place it on the area of the severed limb. Because of the concentration required by this technique, it is ideal to have a patient sitting still during the process. Piece by piece the medic will use their chakra to create an artificial limb for the patient by molding flesh from the severed area of the person's body. The pace of the creation is quite slow, taking approximatley ten minutes in order to do for most medics. Because the limb is essentially new, tattoos, markings and even muscular irregularities in the arm would be removed as a result. Chakra Cost: 12CP.
Name: Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu - Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Chikatsu Saisei is an advanced medical Ninjutsu technique. The technique allows the medical ninja to use the hair of the one injured as a medium to reconstruct damaged body tissue. The extent of the damage will control how difficult and long the procedure is. The injured person will be placed in the center of a square marked with rites for the procedure. One medical ninja will sit at each corner to provide precise chakra control to help in the cell conversion process. Another medical ninja will sit at the lead to guide the process. Chakra Cost: 14
Name: Inyu Shometsu - Secret Healing Injury Destruction Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Focusing his or her chakra to an area to be hit, he or she can begin the cell creation process the moment the area becomes injured. The jutsu will continue to heal damage until the user runs out of chakra, leaving the possibility that the damage will not be completely mended when the jutsu ends. Chakra Cost: 15 (6 per post after activation and is still in affect)
Name: Kuchiyose: Iryō chīmu [Summoning: Medical Squad] Rank: A. Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close. Element: N/A. Description: Kuchiyose: Iryō chīmu is a exclusive summoning technique accessible to only Chief Medics. After forming your own personal medical unit under your ruling as Chief, you are now able to summon your subordinates into the field to aid you in healing. To call them onto the field the medic would conjure the summoning seal on a surface where their two medics will appear and report ready for duty. Each medic has a standard chakra capacity of 30CP, and are restricted to using only medical ninjutsu to treat allies. Because they are not combatant medics they can easily be killed by enemies so it's ideal to use them out of danger. However, because you gain three assistants in your healing, you can now heal multiple persons at one time, making this technique very useful on the field. Chakra Cost: 12CP
Name: Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision Rank: A Type: Medical Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: Changing the chakra in the user's hand into an electricity, the user can create an electric field to disrupt her/his targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, the user can use the field to disrupt her/his targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body. Lasts 4 posts unless somehow disabled. Chakra Cost: 16
Name: Sōzō Saisei [Creation Rebirth]. Rank: S. Type: Medical Ninjutsu. Range: Close [Self]. Element: N/A. Description: Sōzō Saisei is a borderline Kinjutsu medical technique that is learned by the most devoted and talented in the field. The user generates powerful amounts of charka where it disperses and stimulates the proteins within their body to increase the speed of cell division and reconstruction of cells for as long as they can sustain it. This allows them to recreate all organs and tissues, thus it is known as the absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. Chakra Cost: 18CP + 9CP Per Post.
- Custom Taijutsu:
The style of Kalaripayattu originated in India. It focuses on hitting the Marma points which are located throughout the entire body. Unlike most key nerves, Marma points are rather large and easy to find, ranging from one inch to five in size. When these points are hit, it can cause severe pain as well as momentary paralysation of one’s limbs.
Name: Marma Grouping One; 44 Points Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: Raiton Range: Close [0~4m] Description: Focusing on the Marma points on an individual, the user concentrates the Raiton element into their hands, focusing their strikes on these points. There are eleven, respectively, in each limb. When struck, this technique causes temporary paralysis in the appropriate limb that has been targeted for two posts. Chakra Cost: 5 CP
Name: Marma Grouping Two; 20 Points Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: Raiton Range: Close [0~4m] Description: These are located in one’s joints. By channeling the Raiton element into their hands the user focuses their strikes on these points. When struck, this technique dislocates the joint, causing the two attaching limbs to become immobile. Name: Marma Grouping Three; 23 Points Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Element: Raiton Range: Close [0~4m] Description: These are located within the tendons and ligaments. By concentrating the Raiton element into their hands the user focuses their strikes on these points. When struck, a tear occurs within the ligament or tendon, resulting in pain and a restriction on movements. This is especially effective on Taijutsu and Weaponry users as physical attacks become painful and difficult. Chakra Cost: 5 CP
Name: Marma Grouping Four; 8 Points Rank: B Type: Taijutsu Element: Raiton Range: Close [0~4m] Description: These are located on one’s bones, specifically in the sternum, femur, fibula, tarsals, scapula, the twelve vertebrae, humerus and pelvis. By concentrating the Raiton into the user’s hands, feet, knees or elbows, the user focuses their strikes on these points. When struck, this technique causes a break in the bone, the severity depending on the connectivity of the hit. Chakra Cost: 10 CP

It sends extensive electrical charges through the brain, disrupting the signals to the chakra and nervous systems. Name: Sensori - Neural Deafness Rank: C Type: Medical/Ninjutsu Description: The user must be medically trained to be able to use this jutsu because of its complexity. After performing two hand sings, Ram and tiger, the user will draw chakra to their two pointing fingers in each hand. Upon placing them just outside the ear channel, the chakra will be transferred to the inner ear. The purpose of the chakra is to forcefully shut down the hair cells in the Cochlea. This will cause a medically induced deafness. The use for this in the combat sense is to make the user immune to sound jutsu and sound based Genjutsu. This jutsu may not be used more than four posts at a time. The user can release the jutsu in same post without any lingering effects. Can be used no more than twice per thread or there is a risk that the hair cells cannot be restarted. Chakra Cost: 5 CP
Name: Katcha Thirummu; Marma Healing Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Range: Close [0~4m] Description: This type of healing does not often occur in battle. Focusing on the marma points, the user is capable of enhancing the endurance and flexibility of a shinobi. It is a form of near instant physiotherapy for nin that are recovering from previously paralysing attacks as well as just an enhancement and relaxation for hard working shinobi. Chakra Cost: 5 CP
Name: Dokunuku no Jutsu Rank: B Type: Medical Element: N/A Description: This ornate jutsu uses chakra to literally pull foreign materials from someone's body, no doubt requiring precise control on the user's part to avoid causing further internal injuries to their patient. Chakra Cost: 10 CP

By concentrating Medical Chakra into the user’s hands, they focus their strikes on these points. When struck, this technique causes; A-Rank: Complete immobility for two turns as it momentarily breaks the brain’s connection to its limbs S-Rank: Death as it causes internal devastation, destroying the lungs and breaking the neck. Echolocation Deafness Rank: C Type: NInjutsu Range: 0 – 5 meters Element: Raiton Description: Concentrating chakra into the user’s mouth, they release a high frequency noise that covers a 5 meter radius. This shout of chakra is not visible as it is moving at an extremely high frequency. It causes a severe pain to the target’s ear drums, momentarily deafening them to their surroundings. This technique often results in a retreat of the opponent to escape this sound. This technique lasts one post and the pain lingers for two. Chakra Cost: 10 CP

- Shinobi Dog:
Name: Koushi Appearance: Koushi rests at a comfortable 3 feet above ground, his head reaching a solid 4 feet. He’s long in length, spreading out at a comfortable 5 feet. Weighing approximately 145 pounds, this Australian-Husky mix is marked beautifully with browns and tans, the patches of his fur resembling splattering paint. Description: The canine having been born with a defect was useless as a shinobi dog and because of this, became Persy’s companion and guide dog when she was 11. He does not go out on missions with the shinobi but supplies her with lively company. He is not fit for combat, and therefore is useless when it comes to aggressive behavior. He's similar to a big, cuddly, teddy bear. Affectionate, sly, and sarcastic, this rather large mutt is an enjoyable friend and extremely protective over his master. Oftentimes, Persephone can be found with him by her side, annoying the poor dog.
