Description: Each eye of the puppet is a secret little flashbomb, capable of temporarily blinding (1 Post) anybody looking towards the puppet when they are set off. Each eye can be used once per topic with the flash becoming visible roughly 50 meters away during the day and a full 200 meters away in the dark of night.

History: Koumuru is actually a modified training dummy that Junan trained with when first learning Puppetry. Some people say that your first puppet is destined to be with you for the rest of your life, and this dummy seems a testament to that statement seeing as it is literally the first piece of puppetry that Junan was able to move.

Rather than spend his days in the sun at recess for the Kiri academy of shinobi arts, he spent it in the workshop perfecting not only his puppetry skills, but designing this puppet and slowly modifying it over time. It is basic, it is worn, but one cannot say that it isn’t entirely unpleasing to the eyes or that it doesn’t get the job done when the time comes.

There's a grammatical error here, so I can't quite make out what you're trying to say.

Mouth? What mouth? Could you explain this further please.

For a D-Ranked Puppet, 150 Senbon per wrist is quite a lot, I'd say reduce it to 100 per wrist.

Fuuinjutsu? I think you're trying to say you seal the smoke bombs inside the nostrils with Fuuinjutsu. You can only do this if your character has fuuinjutsu as a specialty, or you have someone who does it regularly for you. Either way, explain this a bit better.
