Izumi is breathtaking. Her nubile form constantly has a distinctive wet sheen to it. Being unable to dry off, Izumi only wears clothes suitable for the water or that are oil resistant, meaning that she wears mostly bikinis. All told she is equal parts of adorable and tantalizing. Beyond the appeal of tanned skin in a perpetual state of dripping wet, she has long blonde hair and large expressive purple hued eyes lacking pupils. Standing at 5'4" tall she still has some growing to do, her curves having yet to fully develop.

A true surprise lays inside her mouth, severely pointed canines which gives her an impish quality when she flashes them in a smile or smirk. While it's hard to take her serious, even with wickedly sharp, pointy, fang-like teeth; there is no humor in being nipped at when it can oh so easily draw blood. This has worked in her favor in the past, giving perverts second thoughts about making inappropriate moves on her. In a land of wealthy men, even the promise of wickedly sharp teeth aren't always enough to keep all hands off her. Usually no one can manage to keep their hands on her though.

The glistening wet look she constantly sports in in actuality an oil of sorts that makes her super slippery. Actually grabbing her or even smacking her butt tends to result in a comical sliding off of the assailant, who was previously unaware of her slippery nature. She is covered head to toe in the slick oil, even her hair, which has some interesting properties. The oil is able to seep through porous cloth (like the types found in most swimsuits) without harming the cloth but will effectively destroy normal clothing. What results is a scantily clad look lacking even sandals. Still, she fits right in on Suna's ritzy Strip where many confuse her as just coming from the pool.
Personality:
Lacking in modesty. Izumi has spent all of her life nearly in the buff and has learned not only to not be bashful about it, but to enjoy the attention. A monster was born the day she realized that men coveted her body, turning her into a tease of epic proportions. While the attention was enough for her at first, she grew to love the power she held over men, lording it over them to get presents, free meals, and all expense nights on the town. Among her various pleasures she regularly indulges on someone else yen are sushi, fine jewelry, lingerie, trips to the spa, and various sweets.

Izumi is typical of some teenagers in that she is entirely self absorbed and loves every second of it. She isn't one to often stop and consider the feelings of others. Typical Izumi thinking is that some people don't like her because they are jealous of the attention she gets, or of her body. She has no qualms about expressing it either.

Beyond tormenting rich older men, Izumi has a particular fixation on physically fit young men, which often draws her towards ninja naturally. She likes a snappy dresser and a man who knows how to take charge and show a girl a good time. She has never been with a man for his brain.. or anything other then shallow or superficial factors. Power is a major turn on to her, which makes the hottest man in the land the kage, naturally.

Kekkei Genkai: Not surprisingly, the kimura clan has certain natural abilities that utilize oil. The most recognizable of these is the oily coating on members of the clan that makes them extremely slippery. They are in fact so slippery that they can slide barefoot across mostly flat surfaces (wooden decks, level floors, flat roads). The oil itself is hydrophobic (meaning that it doesn't mix with water), allowing water to roll off a kimura without getting them in the least bit wet. This is so potent that they can go swimming and be completely dry the entire time.

Indeed the oil is multipurpose and acts as an insulator, keeping the clans scantily clad members warm even in the pouring rain that Ame is known for. But it's not just a defense against water. Most are surprised to know that the oil produced on the skin of the kimura clan is flame retardant. While this wasn't always the case, the trait was favored by the self immolation of those without it. A delightful side effect is that the oil has a pleasant scent.

Two other notable characteristics of the Kimura clan are their purple eyes which lack pupils and their excessively sharp canine teeth. Their eyes give them superior vision in low light but restrict the colors they can perceive somewhat. The sharp teeth have no other effect then giving them a rather vicious bite. With their teeth sunk into a fish or other small animals, they can often kill it by snapping the animal's spine. In Ame, the clan acts as fisherman and takes great pleasure in the consumption of live fish in this manner.

They posses qualities which can't be seen among which are: the ability to combine fire and water chakra to create unique oil jutsu, and their stomachs ability to produce oils of varying types. (Note: some lone fire and water techniques can produce oil, but true oil techniques cannot be imitated without access through this KKG, just like other advanced elements.)

Most Clansmen don't have much control over their ability to use the oils in their stomach and can't get much variation in them, but with training in the medical arts it's possible to get a great variety of effects from the stomachs oil by controlling the reactions of the body. Further refinement outside the body can lead to some potent and unique oils.

Hailing from the Rain prone land of Amegakure, the Kimura clan is mostly fishermen by trade, or were before disaster struck Ame in the form of flash floods. Even though they had evolved to become superior dwellers of a rain afflicted country, the clan couldn't stand up to the most recent wave of disasters. With their livelihood and homes decimated by storms of the like never before seen they had few options left.

With Iwa destroyed to the north, the Kimura clan feared they would be next to be wiped out if they stayed in Amegakure. Instead of risking certain doom, the little known clan of rain dwelling fisherman packed up and moved to a foreign land so different from their own that they nearly turned back. Fortunately for them, the newly expanding suna was in need of those who could work in and around water to set up and maintain the various water features and pools of the area now known as the strip. With Kimura clansmen being particularly adept in and around the water they garnered themselves a little niche in Suna society, members of the expanding working class needed to support the metropolis rising in the middle of the desert.

The Kimura clan was never considered a ninja clan of any renown, but some of the youth have taken up positions as Suna nin rather then enter into the normal workforce. Like everyone else in suna, this younger generation wants more then their parents, seeking fame and renown in a land of startling grandeur.

Vulnerability to Hydrophobic Poisons: Being covered with oil inside and out has some disadvantages. Among those is that poisons soluble in oil travel much more quickly through your body. This means that the poison can quickly spread through the body and stay in the system longer then for the typical person. This makes these types of poisons especially dangerous to a Kimura.

Slide out: Being covered in a slippery oil makes it hard to hold onto some objects tightly as well as making the user more likely to slip and fall. This makes it hard to come to a stop quickly during rapid movement, or to grapple with an enemy. Kimura clan members develop very strong cores and muscles related to balance to combat this, but it's often not enough.

Slick Release: While Kimura clan members have trouble tightly holding objects, their slippery fingertips allow them to let objects slide from their fingertips with nearly no friction. This lets a clan member throwing things get a clean release from the projectile without altering it's flight path, which results in a high rate of accuracy.

Oil Alteration: Through advanced body controlling techniques a Kimura can alter the poison their stomach secretes, creating oils with altered properties. How they in turn use these oils, is completely up to how creative the user is.

Barefoot Skating: Do to the oil even on the bottom of a Kimura clan members feet, they can slide across smooth surfaces. This lets them use a motion like one would while on ice skates to pick up speed and maneuver. This gives them a unique form of movement that enemies aren't used to encountering.

Dr Feel Good: Izumi knows both the arts of massage and acupuncture. While she is lacking in the field of combat medicine, she knows all about the therapeutic methods of healing. This does give her a keen understanding of anatomy, which is useful as a ninja.

History:
[Birth-Early Life]
Kimura Izumi is the second child of the lower branch of the Kimura Clan. She has one older brother three years her senior. Both were born in their home country of Amegakure during a time of relative peace for the Rain Country. Izumi's older brother would go out with their Dad every day since she can currently remember, and fish in the various lakes and streams of the land. Meanwhile, Izumi was at home with her mother as a small child, doing what children do. It wasn't till she approached the age of six that the question would be posed, "What do we do with her?"

[Admission and Academy Life]
The family fishing business was at peak capacity and the high branch of the Kimura clan already had a daughter to be wed off, so it was Izumi's fate to have to endure the clan's other off and on profession: ninja work. So at age six she was taken to register at the Amegakure Ninja Academy. Now, amegakure has never been a powerful or wealthy country, and as such the academy wasn't the best around. By comparison to the other bigger villages, Amegakure's academy was more then lacking. Students from Konoha left the academy knowing more then the basic jutsu. Student's of the Amegakure academy left knowing few jutsu, but the importance and drive to complete missions.

While the teachers may not have been the best, Izumi's academy days taught her a lot about the real world and how brutal it could be. It was more of a crash course meant to make soldiers quickly then a program meant to produce strong shinobi, so while Izumi attended the academy she also learned about her families history and the tools they had at their disposal. Izumi graduated the academy fully understanding how to make and use bombs, and what they did to people.

[Promotion and Flight to Sunagakure]
At age twelve Izumi graduated the academy and became a genin in Amegakure. She began to learn about poisons from her new squad leader, as well as from the clan elders soon after graduation, spending over a year and a half in Amegakure before disaster began to strike. It all began with an odd green glow in the sky. Then came the rains like they had never come before.

While Amegakure is known for raining near constantly, the pounding the country took from these storms was unprecedented. Things became dire in just under a month. With entire crops decimated and the fish washed out into the ocean or worse, the Kimura clan had no choice: They had to leave.

While swearing loyalty is one thing, watching your family starve is another. In a move that some would call betrayal or treason, the entire clan picked up and moved to the nearby nation of Suna where they knew the rains were unlikely to follow. With news of the demise of Iwa fresh on their ears they made haste toward the hidden village in the sand. Accepted in as refugees to fuel an economy short on labor, the clan began to set up in Suna.

Many of the Kimura clan went to work in the various water displays or restaurants are the newly expanded Suna, but that wasn't the path the Izumi wanted to go. While she would be shamed for deserting Amegakure, she knew that she belonged with other Shinobi. She was different, she couldn't be just another working stiff, not after what she had been through. What she found was a surprise.

Suna not only accepted her into their ranks, but did so without incident. Of course, it was later that week that she learned that they had done it in order to keep an eye on her as a potential threat to the village, but she didn't care. Being a ninja was all that her life had been about since she was a little tyke, and now she was getting to return to that. Besides, the pay was good and there were plenty of guys out on the strip willing to throw away their hard earned yen for a shot at what they never had a chance of getting: Her.

Role-Play Sample:
Ken Ishikawa, he believed in the power of psychology and tactics. A simple thing, like a graveyard, could be enough to throw people off their game. Being late could be just as powerful, especially when it was getting dark. They were supposed to have met in the graveyard, just before sundown. Now it was quickly getting darker. A fog of sorts often settled in at night, just drifting along the ground. It was just about time to begin.

The arrival of the star gang was punctuated by the sound of rattling chain and the firm slap of weapons into hands as they tested their heft. The sound of boots crunching through the dirt and of laughing. They came into sight, carrying torches. Beyond the psyching out his enemies, Ken had just effectively blinded them with such a bright light in a pitch black graveyard. As hands raised up to cover eyes, to shield their sensitive eyes from the bright light, came the cry of, "GET THEM!"

Chains begun to whirl, whistling through the air before landing with a sound which would make a lesser man wince. But while the chains sounded nasty, the real killer here were the clubs and bats. Crushing blows smashing knee caps and ribs while howls of pain tore through the night. By the time the other gang could see right they would be outnumbered, and those who could still fight would likely be hurt. Any ninja could see the simple tactics behind what happened tonight. This was well coordinated and planned, more then the simple feuding of gangs.

Of course there was the fact that this was one of the most disrespectful things a person could do in a graveyard. It was unthinkable to be having a fight atop the bodies of great warriors and leaders past. It was sickening, almost. Elders everywhere would be infuriated. The kids these days had no respect for anything, not the living, and certainly not the dead! But who would teach them a lesson? It would be up to the ninja to restore order. There was one now..

Ishikawa Ken, a Genin of the leaf. Certainly he would restore order and disperse this crowd... the flickering light of the torch flicked across the back of his jacket, revealing a large star. He was with the star gang! Next to him was a bo staff thrust into the ground so as to leave his hands empty. He watched the carnage from the rear, content to let his boys get their fill of blood.

That was until the fight was brought to him. A fist jabbed in for his face and found air over his shoulder as the gangster felt strong hands clamp down on his arm. He pulled down and pushed up with his shoulder, leaning over and hurling the gangster into a tombstone, shattering it with the impact of the thug. Whoever's family that stone belonged to wasn't going to be happy with him if they found out. Not only was he fighting on top of their bodies, but now he was desecrating their grave sites.

Ken raised back up, grinning. Things were going just as he planned. It may only be a band of hooligans, but this night showed his command ability and strategy. His gang could win even without him as their ringer with plans this well executed. Now the only question left in his mind was how long till other ninja arrived to break this up..

Chakra conductive weapons are 'B' rank.

I realize that. However, I think that you are thinking of them in the wrong sense. These are exactly like explosive tags in that they are activated via chakra. The weapons don't conduct chakra for special attacks, they act as an ignition mechanism for the "wick" of a bomb. In that capacity I don't believe they act as chakra conductive.

I'd also appreciate a comprehensive review of my application, meaning all issues be brought up. If that is the only issue found then mention that as well, so I don't assume that you went down the app until you found one potential error.

It's sometimes easier to tackle it one issue at a time. Especially when we as mods don't have time for a comprehensive check. Just a modding style you'll have to deal with ^_^

I'm unsure how a smoke mask would slow the progression of poison. Unless the mask blocks the poison then the poison is in your blood stream at full efficiency

History could be a bit lengthier, aim for 3-5 arcs, 2 well developed paragraphs per arc ^_^

You hit the nail on the head. The mask simply stops the smoke from being inhaled, effectively filtering out the smoke in the air. There isn't much to it.
