History: Chi Katachi was a set of seals that was developed by a handful of elite Fuuinjutsu users who wanted a way to give long range specialists a way to fight in close quarters, and provide support if necessary. They were more of a scientific association than a clan but they kept the name towards a clan than being men of science. The result was the creation of CHi Katachi, a clan that dealt with the transformation of a human being into a specific animal. This was through complicated seal works and bonding animal characteristics into the seal. This was through taking the DNA of the animal and essentially create a seal that could match it and create a speedy transformation to switch between the beasts.

At first there was only one form, the wolf. Given that Konoha at the time was surrounded by forests, it was easy to capture wolves and study their behaviors and muscle structures, giving a greater insight as to how the transformation should occur. They spent what seemed to be decades studying habits and basic ideals of a wolf trying to harness what makes a wolf itself an animal.

The Fuuinjutsu elitist's also studied the Inuzuka clan, and their abilities, due to this being much like what they wanted. They used the inuzuka as the base for the seals major transformation the wolf characteristics but at the same time keep the human mind somewhat intact. Shortly after, they spread out and eventually reassembled in Suna.

And so, with these idea and this knowledge of the wolf in their head, they began creating a seal that would enable the bearer to transform into a wolf. It took a while to analyze all of there scientific data but soon came with a test product. This was done in secret, due to the need to use human test subjects. But, luckily, the first testing was a success, due to the extreme insight of the human body and the wolves body.

After realizing that the wolves worked extremely well for scouting and tracking, but not for the intended purpose, the specialists began to look at other animals, looking for the traits they wanted. They scouted all possible choices and came down with many verdicts that had a chance to work. The two final verdicts were the bear and the cat. Not a house cat, but a ferocious wild cat. These two were chosen due to the fact that they could not find one form that encompassed the traits of both animals. The ferocity of a feral beast and the strength and speeds that came with a bear and a cat.

These seals soon began to be formed, and also tested in secret, as they had a much higher failure probability, due to not having a clan to study that could transform into these animals normally. They developed the seals slowly and when they thought the time was right they began there first tests. The first few tests, having only the wolf form to go on, were sadly mutated and dis-formed, but only when transformed, to the Fuuinjutsu experts' relief. There was no lasting physical harm to the original body, which allowed the necessary tweaking and revamping to occur to the seals.

Shortly after the first test, both the cat and bear forms succeeded, and the Fuuinjutsu experts began to test the seals out in mock combat, and became very pleased with the results. Minus the many failures and corpses that were thrown away from the pure shock on the bodies and there nervous system being destroyed. They now sit back among Konoha with many more seals.

E-Rank per turn, but its a full on C-Rank amount at the start, and that lasts for all of 3 posts. Then I need to expend another C-Rank amount in one shot to last another 3 posts.

The C-Rank was to carry over the 3 turns. So the amount of chakra expelled at the first turn would last til the end of the third turn. The amount neded would go up as the user went up in ranks, but at Genin level it was to be C-Rank for three turns.

No, I think it should cost to activate and then chakra each turn.. I guess I'd be willing to go for E rank per turn. But thats C rank activation, and E rank chakra per turn used.

Given the lethality of the neuro-toxin produced by the Sasori Koutai transformation, I request that it be implemented into our poison template. With that in mind, from it's brief description alone, I assume that it would at least be an A-ranked toxin, and therefore unattainable to lower ranked clansmen. You may want to indicate that into the transformations description.
