| HOSHIGAKI, SAMEONNA.THE INFO. Name: Sameonna Hoshigaki Nickname: Xanalre (Dragon) Age: 12 Gender: Female Appearance: Sameonna stands just 4' 8" tall, extremely long seaweed green hair flows down each side of her body. She is commonly seen wearing a beautiful shade of pink, a dress in forte, collared by a fluffy arrangement. Both of her hands are wrapped in bandages up to the fingertips, so as to cover the gills for her to breathe underwater.
Her mother feels that if she was born to appear as a human, she wouldn't want her daughter mistaken in any other way or to be mocked as a freak. Although she was extremely beautiful, Viviane wanted her daughter to look as perfect to the world as she did to her.
Her eyes, amber in color, are a beautiful mix of browns and copper tones, a wonderful shade to match the color of her tanned skin. Her teeth are mildly pointed, but resemble the appearance of human teeth for the time being. Once her teen years are in effect, her baby teeth will fall out and will be replaced with razor sharp teeth instead. It is the destiny of all Hoshigaki members. Forehead Protector: Gloves and footpad insignias. Personality: Growing up in the underground waterway canals of Konoha, Sameonna was raised in a very tranquil environment, at least that's what her parents considered it to be. Being raised to appreciate nature's sounds, the majority of those sounds were from waterfalls, beautiful swimming fish in the waters beneath her dwelling, which always brought peace to the young inquisitor. Whenever she would get upset, all she had to do was submerge herself underwater to make her calm again. Like a child has a security blanket, Sameonna's blanket was the sound of creatures making vibrations in the water, waves crashing into the river, lake, or whatever else created ambience.
A bad habit, at least to her parents, of Sameonna's is that she always tends to sleep walk in the middle of the night and fall asleep on the banks of the river. When she awakens, he always wonders how she gets to the riverbank. His parents have caught onto this and have sealed up the exits so she can't escape during the night. Another quirk of her is to not want to destroy things, except creepy things like bugs. Bugs creep her out unimaginably. However, when she sees bugs, she takes caution as to not disturb it's home. Small animals she enjoys to take care of however, such as small dogs, cats or ferrets; although in the underwater village such animals are very hard to come across.
Lastly, she's usually a crybaby crying at nearly everything possible. She normally cries most when she gets hurt, even in the slightest way. Her parents are hoping this is just a phase, but one can only hope she'll outgrow it. Her mother influences Sameonna greatly, so as to inspire her in combat just by thinking about how her mother would teach her to fight; using her brain. Normally, when this happens, Sameonna brainstorms and uses enhanced warfare strategies to overcome her opponents mentally and defeat them, regardless of size or her fear. Clan: Hoshigaki Nindō: Wisdom is knowing what to do next; virtue is doing it.
THE NINJA. Origin: Konohagakure Affiliation: Land of Fire Rank: C-Rank Genin Specialties: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu Elemental Affinities: Water, Lightning Combat Style: Hand strikes are your bridge between kicking (geri) range, and grappling (jutaijutsu) range. Even a block is a kind of hand strike designed to damage the opponent's limbs. Ideally you should be able to employ a variety of hand strikes in quick succession from varying angles. Be relaxed, not tense, and know when to whip your strikes and when to follow through with them.
Fudo-Ken (The Immovable Fist)- This is the old classic fist, fingers balled up with the thumb on top. Useful for softening an opponents defenses, and pretty much everything else. It has three striking surfaces: Punch, hammer-fist, and back-fist. However, you may need to punch hard objects to harden your knuckles.
Boshi-Ken (Pressure Point Fist)- for this fist make a "thumbs up" and then press your thumb down like you're thumb wrestling (thumb against index finger). Strike with the tip of your thumb, so that you can hit small pressure points on an opponent. This is only really useful against soft targets, but nothing else works for nerve strikes (I'll mention those later).
Shikan-ken (The Middle Knuckle Fist)- Strike with your middle knuckles, the joints right above your normal ones, or your palm. Harden your middle knuckles the same way as your normal ones.
Kiten-Ken (The Knife Hand)- The basic "Karate Chop", also known as Shuto. Not really a "fist" but good for moving bones out of place. DO NOT use your fingers at the striking surface (unless you want to break them). Strike with the side of your palm opposite your thumb.
Shako- Ken (Clawing Strikes)- Commonly known as "Tiger Style" this is holding your hand splayed open as if to claw and scratch, which is exactly what it is used for. However, don't just leave the hand rigid when clawing, dig the fingers/nails in before pulling away, which is more likely to rip skin and muscle tissue. You can also jab at the face (esp. eyes) with the fingers.
Happa-Ken (Cupped Strikes) use open hands to strike the ears. The hands are open and slightly bent, as cups, which you can also use to take water. When training, dont really hit the ears, because it's a powerful dazing strike. This strike can also be used elsewhere as a palm-heel strike.
Koppo-Ken (Bone Strikes) Like Boshi Ken, but the tip is put on the middle knuckle of the indew finger, so the knuckle of the thumb sticks out and points upwards. The thumb knuckle is used to hit.

Description: The ninja's chakra capacity now becomes legendary as it trancends that of any normal ninja would ever possess. The ninja chakra reserves are now stronger then most jinchuriki and those around them can sense the intense power radiating from the user. Those with monstrous chakra capacity have their chakra reserves increased by 65CP.

Rank: B Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 1200 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja awakens a dormant talent they've possessed and develops a new type of sensory. Now being classified as a "Sensor Ninja" the ninja is capable of detecting the presence of other people through their chakra. A sensor can detect their targets from a great distance which can extend 100m, as well as differentiate the characters by their signature chakra alone. They can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd and even locate other sensor ninja. A sensor can determine a persons location, chakra capacity, chakra type, and even emotions when in a locating position.

Rank: C Type: Chakra Based Physical Requirements: Must have Water Affinity Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: A trait given to ninja who posses a natural talent for water manipulation and has trained thoroughly to improve their skill. Their power over the water element becomes so talented that the ninja is now considered a young prodigy in the water element. Because of this, the user's water techniques are 20% more powerful with their increased in pressure and size.

Rank: B Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 1200 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: An advanced tactician capable of taking strategic intelligence to the next level, being even logical with their decisions a master strategist is hard to outwit in a fight, they are completely adaptive to their environment and familiarize themselves with all the properties of the field and use it to their advantage as much as possible, because of this they also have a good sense of direction and aren't often getting lost. Their perspective natures are unmatched and can analyze different situations with ease. The strategist will also be extremely sensitive to detail, managed to notice small things that most people cannot.

Description: The ninja innately possesses a high IQ which gives them great practical and analytical prowess. They have vast knowledge in nearly all forms of combat giving them a upper hand when faced with nearly any attack with being able to execute split second counters. With their high IQ the user can determine weak spots in attacks and defenses and can overcome nearly any obstacle. Like the obvious benefits of being very smart, the ninja is well regarded for their great mathematical and thinking abilities.

Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Training Requirements: A 600 word training post is required to gain this special characteristic. Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Every physical motion is identified to the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Wisdom Bares Beauty: Although life in the darkness beneath most of the world was bland and predictable to say the least, the ruins of what was once a great village lay waste beneath the leagues of the ocean. Along the ocean floor, however, unique air pockets rivited throughout deep mountanous structures lead to a more private and secluded story. The life of a new Hoshigaki clan member would be born - this one, being alittle more unique in the aspect of appearance; and chakra control. Sameonna, they called her. She would soon take the nickname of her mother, "Viviane" - revered in the Underwater Village as the most powerful female militant. Lorelai, Sameonna's mother, had high hopes for her daughter; and could tell even as the labor pains ended that Sameonna's life was going to be a surprising and fulfilling one.
Throughout her time spent as a toddler, Viviane would take great caution to her daughter often babying her to the point where even a simple poke resulting in an almost minute injury would be enough to send her into a medical frenzy. For this, however, Sameonna suffered physically. Although she would be active enough to move, she couldn't possibly defend herself should she follow in her mothers footsteps. By the time Sameonna was prepared to enroll into the academy, she had already learned how to meditate and regulate her chakra levels to a tee, to the degree of a genin. Although, Viviane wanted her daughter to learn the way she had before she set off on her own journey, thus never teaching her jutsu.
A Young Academic: Two years later, Sameonna is progressing quite nicely in the Academy, and she is more than excited to learn jutsu soon. Throughout her two year journey, her classmates and teachers alike think of her at an intellectual, always speaking properly and politely, using proper manners at all times, demonstrating the control she has over her chakra levels for classmates and assisting them in doing so, and things of the like. Her mother, extremely proud of course. Currently, she is using her intelligence to develop more prestigous achievements, achievements only her mother would expect. Achievements she'd gain for her mothers affection at any cost.
For now, she trains constantly and works hard. When she isn't training her body physically, she is training it mentally, often being found meditating deep underwater on the ocean floors. It is said that a unique sound can be heard throughout the area and can be heard underwater that seems to come from Sameonna's meditative state. It is very sirene, and fish of all kinds dance around her body like an underwater hurricane of rainbows. When interrupted however, the music stops and she becomes very angry for some reason. This anger could last for several minutes or several days. It varies depending on how deep into meditation she is at the time. During meditation, it seems she practices handseals at rapid speeds. The reason for this is unknown. Recently however, Sameonna has taken up classes in Lian Bing Qi (練兵器) – the art of practicing and mastering short-ranged melee weaponry such as shortswords, sai, or daggers. She prefers to train with double sai. Roleplay Sample: Sameonna laid next to him, her head down in his paws. "I remember, just a few years ago we were in the Fire country. And now we're here." Sameonna looked up and back at Garou. Her expression was of boredom. "There's a whole world to see out there..." She brought her eyes down as she could see the countryside in front of them both.
Garou got to his feet and looked through his shades out into the country. "C'mon we're going on a trip..." Sameonna stood up and barked. "Hold on..." Garou reached into his Gi grabbing his headband. He reached into his pouch and retrieved a kunai. The metal of his headband and kunai clashed. A fresh cut was made across the Sound symbol.
Sameonna leaned her head to the side confused of its significance. "Now lets's go." Looking out into the countryside and remembering the local geography, she picked a direction. "We're heading south." The both headed into the trees and jumped from one to another, "From now on we're on our own. Unaffiliated with any ninja village."
Almost without notice they crossed the Rice Field border into Fire Country.
THE ARSENAL. Name: Explosive Body Tag Replacement Technique Rank: E Element: ~ Damage to Enemy Caused: Medium (A good amount if directly contacted) Chakra Required: Little Description: This technique is similar to the basic academy jutsu taught to students in the sense that, one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This still does create an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. At this point, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. However, now the tricky part. Instead of a simple object swapping places with the user, they will have four explosive tags in a square-like formation, one in each corner. With the use of the snake handseal, the tags detonate causing a good amount of damage to anyone within the area. The fact that these tags are strategically placed to be hidden from the sight of the enemy makes this jutsu extremely effective, although very basic. This is unique to Sameonna. Example:

Name: Jade Serpentblade Rank: B Chakra: E-C (Little), B-A (Average), S (Lots) Damage: E-C (Little), B-A (Average), S (Lots) Duration: Activation post, following post, third post. Range: 12" blade. Effect: When chakra is channeled into the blade, it will resonate the color green and gain acidic poisoning properties. When the blade is swung, a green streak will be shown following its path, and if it comes into contact with the enemy to the point where the blade clearly reaches the bloodstream of the enemy, they will have a special poison begin corrupting their chakra circulatory system. If left untreated, it will slowly disable body parts one-by-one, which will close the tenketsu and render jutsu usage from those limbs useless. An antidote for the poison is given to the wielder as well as a scroll containing directions on how to create more. The effects of the poison can be negated by atleast a C-Rank medical jutsu; and last as long as the battles duration is withheld. The effects of the poison wear off after battle, as the only way this poison works is if blood is rushing throughout the body fluently enough to carry the poison throughout all tenketsu accordingly - due to increased heart rate and adrenaline flow while in combat, it makes this a perfect melee weapon. Depending on the amount of chakra channeled depends on the sharpness and length of the blade as well. (E-C; 15" blade. B-A, 18" blade. S; 24" blade.)
Name: Katanakeda Mozou (Blade of Bestial Mimicry)
Rank: Dependent on rank of the wielder.
Chakra: Dependent on Hand-Seal
Damage: Slashing/piercing capability.
Duration: Dependent on Hand-Seal Range: Wielder's hand. Effect: This blade has the capability to biologically temporarily enhance the statistics of the user based on the animal kingdom, aligning specific effects for a certain handseal used. To obtain the powers, the wielder must kill an animal listed using the sword, each a 1,000 word post; requiring 12,000 words be written to master the weapon. Each skill can only be used once per topic, and can be canceled upon demand, and multiple seals cannot be used consecutively. During the time a seal is active, the blade will resonate the color of the animal's chakra, and a streak of that color will be shown when the weapon is swung.

| Hoshigaki isn't made or cannon... So you need to make it here, Click.
You can not have any B-ranks as a Genin and you can not have 5 SCs. You can only start off with one SC at C-rank.
