How it works

When the clan member activates their Kekkei Genkai all the chakra in their bodies is redirected to their muscles and skin, leaving only enough behind in the rest of their bodies to maintain life. This causes the muscles to become much more effective and their skin harder to cut. This is possible because the members of the clan are born with more then double the chakra points of a normal person. These extra chakra points are also the reason the seal is needed when they are born. Without that seal their chakra would flow from these extra chakra points uncontrollably and cause the baby to die. In order to activate the Sonzai Inmetsu in the sealed state the clan member must have at least 45% of their total chakra remaining. To do so in the unsealed state they must have at least 75% of their total chakra remaining.

Sonzai Inmetsu (Being of Destruction)-Sealed

The clan members chakra is pushed to the skin, leaving only just enough in the rest of their bodies to maintain life. Their skin turns black and any scars or tattoos glow yellow due to the heavy concentration of chakra against the skin. This chakra allows the clan members muscles to break the normal limits and doubles their physical strength and speed. The clan members in this form also become much more resistant to cutting, tearing or piercing weapons. This is because the chakra hardens their skin a great deal. However blunt force trauma becomes a great concern. With so little chakra flowing in the rest of their organs they must be careful not to get hit to hard by any crushing type weapon such as a club or with a powerful kick or punch. If they are struck by one of these types of attacks they run a high risk of internal bleeding and organ rupture. Because of the unusual way in which their chakra flows in this form the clan members can not use any of their ninjutsu or genjutsu. Also, this heavy concentration of chakra in their muscles puts great strain on their bodies, specifically their muscular and circulatory systems. After 8 posts in this form it becomes difficult for the clan member to breath due to the amount of oxygen being carried to their muscles to maintain the high function. After 12 posts their muscles rip and are completely useless to them without their Kekkei Genkai active until they are healed. If they do not deactivate their Kekkei Genkai at this point they run a high risk or heart attack or stroke. If for any reason the seal on their chakra is broken, for example if someone removed it in combat or if the clan member who placed it dies, and they try to use their Kekkei Genkai without having the seal replaced first they must struggle to maintain their chakra levels. If they fail to do this their chakra will flow out through their chakra points uncontrollable and they would die. (About a 75% chance of death if this should happen)

Sonzai Inmetsu (Being of Destruction)-Released

This advanced form of the Kekkei Genkai is only attainable when the clan member becomes a Jounin and their seal is removed. Only on rare occasions has anybody attained this stage before this when the seal was broken beforehand and they were able to control their chakra flow. In this form the same percentage of their total chakra is pushed into their skin and muscles, but without the seal they have much more chakra at their disposal. When activated the Kekkei Genkai now enhances their speed and strength is multiplied by four times. If they achieved this stage through the normal ceremony they also gain the ability to use their chain weapon as it is pushed free from their skin by the chakra. The level of chakra in the rest of their bodies is diminished slightly, but not to the same degree as when the seal was still in place. Because of this the damage to their bodies is lessened. Their muscles will not begin to rip for 14 posts and they do not start having difficulties breathing until 10 posts of the Kekkei Genkai being active. However they still can not use any of their ninjutsu or genjutsu.. However they still can not use any of their ninjutsu or genjutsu. The clan members in this form also become much more resistant to cutting, tearing or piercing weapons. This is because the chakra hardens their skin a great deal. Blunt force trauma is no longer as big a concern as it was when the seal was still in place, however the clan member still needs to be careful not to get hit too hard.

Name: Dragons Breath

Element: Fire

Description: After forming the dragon hand seal the clan member concentrates their chakra in front of their mouths. This forms a pocket of air that is much hotter then the air around it and when the clan member breaths out a very hot flame bursts out of this air pocket. This jet of fire is so hot that the clan member must wear protective gear over their faces, only leaving their mouth exposed so they can breath, when using this jutsu. Even though this jutsu is extremely hot it only has a range of about three feet and is only taught to clan members that do not become ninja. Clan members use this jutsu rather then normal fire when forging weapons.

Name: Naraku Tanken-(Hell Dagger)

Appearance:

This dagger is made of dark colored steel. The weapon is almost entirely black with the exceptions of the blade turning a blue color about halfway to the tip and a white moon with four white dots near the guard on the blade. The hilt of the weapon is made of black steel and has hollowed out section. In this hollowed section of the hilt is a perfectly clear metal with water inside it to help the weapon maintain balance. The guard twists in almost an S shape to allow the user to spin it around in their hands.

Origin: This weapon is made for and presented to each clan member that graduates from the ninja academy. The dark steel represents the darkness in each person. The white moon representing the possibility for good in even the most evil people. The blue part of the blade represents chakra as the life force of every person. Taken along side the Joukai Tanken-(Heaven Dagger) these two weapons represent the total balance between good and evil, showing that they are two parts of the same whole.

Name:Joukai Tanken-(Heaven Dagger)

This dagger is made of a white colored steel. The weapon is almost entirely white with the exception of the blue line going down the blade and the black moon with four black dots near the guard on the blade. The hilt of the weapon is made of white steel and has a hollowed out section. In this hollowed out section a pierce of completely clear steels is placed with water in it to maintain balance. The guard twists in almost and S shape to allow the user to spin it around in their hands.

Name: Debiru Rensa-(Devils Chain)

Appearance:

This weapon is a chain with bladed areas covering it. The length varies from person to person, allowing each clan member to chose how long the weapon is before it is made. Each section between the blades is made of extra hard steel and crafted to look like two dragon eating the other from the tail. These links are very small so they can fit through the small opening on the blades and hold the entire weapon together. Each blade curves back toward the center of the chain in the middle of the blade with the ends of the blade curving towards the ends to maximize ripping against the enemies of the user.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: This weapon reacts to the users chakra and can be controlled in a similar manner as a puppet. Unlike a puppet however it must stay in contact with the wielder at all times. If they drop the chain the user must pick it up again before they can control its movements again. This weapon can only be used when the user activates their Kekkei Genkai and their chakra pushes it free of their skin.

Origin: When a clan member becomes an adult and has the seal on their chakra removed the best weapon smith forges this weapon as a right of passage.This weapon is heated until it is white hot and placed against the skin of the clan members right arm. Medical ninja then heal the arm so that the skin grows around the chain weapon. This chain is then a permanent fixture on their arm, only used as a weapon when their Kekkei Genkai is activated and the chakra being pushed up to their skin pushes the weapon free. This is done to remind them of the pain and discipline needed to reach this stage of their lives as well as what may be required of them in years to come.

History:

In their early years the Hanshou clan had no allegiance to any village. Instead they were assassins for hire when a village needed to eliminate someone without it tracing back to them. They used their Sonzai Inmetsu in order to take down their target before they were discovered and to escape should their cover be blown. During the second ninja war they were forced into hiding by Konoha ninja when they attempted to kill the Hokage at the time and were given refuge by Kumogakure so long as they joined the village and took orders from their kage.

Over time the Hanshou clan became used to their new lives as official ninja of Kumogakure and most of them stopped training as assassins and instead trained for normal ninja missions. The few of them that remained assassins were soon exiled from Kumogakure when the other villages grew angry and threatened a third ninja war. These clan members would usually end up being hunted down by their own families when they became wanted ninja.

During the third ninja war the Hanshou clan was the main force in Kumogakure's front lines. As a result the clans numbers dwindled to extremely low numbers. The clan almost deserted the village at this point, saying that they could not afford any more losses. Before they did this however the third ninja war ended and during this time of peace the clan built its numbers back up. Now that another ninja war has started they are once again training to be assassins rather then normal soldiers. Their reasoning being that they would not be on the front lines, allowing them to keep their clans population up, and that they could be more useful this way.

If enough chakra is present in the chakra circulatory system to retain some sort of homeostasis in your system then I'd assume your nervous system should be able to become stimulated by the effects of Genjutsu without a problem. But maybe you could answer my question by explaining why in the Sonzai Inmetsu state are you more susexctable to more powerful forms of Genjutsu than basic ones.

Another thing;

Since your 'external' chakra's strength depends on the amount of energy it has, would a person who has drained most of their chakra still be capable of entering this state?

That is a valid point and I have removed the Genjutsu resistance part of the Kekkei Genkai. I had not really thought of that.

I have added the details on this in the How it Works portion of the application stating that sealed state requires the user to still have 45% of their total chakra and unsealed state requires 75% of their total chakra.

Also I have added a part to their clan traits stating that they are trained to maximize their speed and strength from a young age, making them faster and stronger then your average shinobi

One more thing.

The post durations of your two forms are frankly long, most fights in the rpg universe tend to be approximately 10-15 posts long. Given that your strenth and speed is increaed 2/4x time for your sealed states, toning the duration down would surely make this sensible. Heres a suggestion.
