I'm sorry life sucks, but there are some good things in life too. I've found focusing on simple things that make you happy, or just positive influences in your life help you keep sane - I speak from personal experience. I have no idea what's going on in your life, but I figured I'd share some kind words of wisdom (if you can call them that). Oh, how I miss the simplicity of childhood...
