APPEARANCE Kazuhiko is a young man of noble features and a gentleman by the social standard. He stands rather tall, though does not tower, at the height of five feet and eight inches. His weight is overly low and thus kept a secret, as many would consider him a near-anorexic and such a state of health is not befitting of a noble personage. Consequently his raw appearance leads to the impression that he is lithe, fast and nimble and indeed, his speed is a product of his slender physical form. In order to hide this knowledge from potential enemies however, Kazu often wears loose garments, though no aesthetic trick nor even his best efforts can fool a keen eye or a good ear, that needs but to listen or watch closely to the way he moves. At the same time, though pathetically thin unlike most 'common' men should be, the noble retains a muscular form: a testament to his specialisation in the martial arts.
Kazuhiko has a wonderfully picturesque face, appropriate to one of his heritage and wealth, which speaks of power and unattainable, god-like grace. Often-case lost in thought, it is commonplace for the youth to stare off absently, his lips constructed in an ambiguous, near-straight line that sways ever so slightly to mirror his thought process. His eyes are large, deep and golden - a fine mixture of Imperial Topaz and Scapolite. It is in his times of presence, that both his eyes and lips come to exert their full power; the prior burn wonderfully with a sense of insatiable curiosity and mysterious infallibility. His lips and particularly his smiles, are alive and earnest, displaying his perfect white teeth and the slight canine, wolf-like shape they attain. Kazu has a relatively small nose and a pair of rather thin, clearly opinionated eyebrows. His hair is brown-black, messy and unworthy of mention, with the exception of the slightest azure hue it is liable to display under the mysterious affections of sunlight.
Although in the past, Kazuhiko's fashion choice was so peculiar one could argue it was evidence to a deep-rooted, wealth-related eccentricism, recently he has undertaken a gradual deviation from this old, self-important style of unusual, exotic clothing to a new, more practical form of dress, reflecting his growing involvement with the shinobi world and consequently, his growing recognition of and comfort with his role as a shinobi. Whilst it is not necessarily rare to see him don a white collared shirt and long black coat, it is perhaps more common now, to see him favour an array of loose garments a-similar to those worn by Chunin or Jounin; on missions he will often don the vest associated with those ranks. Of course, he has a variety of styles, and depending on the situation, his clothing changes often - that is, his old way of dressing is still prominent, just perhaps more reserved for meetings and noble-interactions. His favourite accessory, for example, remains his ebony walking stick. Yet overall, Kazuhiko has become more open to variation and experimentation.
PERSONALITY Kazuhiko can be best described as an enigma – a complex and almost chaotic mixture of feelings and thoughts, which make up an overly confusing and intricate personality. What makes his true persona so difficult to understand is the manner by which Kazuhiko was brought up. His parents, being rich and of noble birth, raised their only son in great luxury and encouraged a development of various traits, such as self-importance, adamancy and conceit. Thus, a significant part of the young man’s personality was manufactured and only through age and maturity, has he truly begun to develop, overcoming his artificial character. Indeed he has come to surpass many of the indoctrinated habits and personality quirks, becoming more ‘human’ as a result. Whether this is beneficial or detrimental, only the future can decide.
One of Kazuhiko’s defining traits is his pride. Having grown up to tales of greatness, to tales of his clan’s power and rich tradition, to tales of heroic Ashikaga leading the world to a better tomorrow, Kazuhiko was for many years blinded by an idealistic image of his family, and consequently, this fuelled his self-esteem, confidence and changed the way he viewed himself and others. For much of his adolescence, he believed himself superior to almost everyone else, yet it eventually came as a shock, for it became evident, that his family’s greatness was merely a huge hyperbole and that the truth was far different from his conceited view of the world. Though his confidence and pride remained intact, Kazuhiko’s eyes were opened to the fact that the great Ashikaga Clan had fallen, its obsessions, thirst for power and greed destroying a once illustrious name and image. This has bred his dislike and distaste for his kin, and it began a long process of attaining independence from his controlling family, which is still far from completion.
As expected of an heir to a powerful family, much effort was placed in Kazuhiko’s education, enhancing his natural intellect as well as instilling a unique charisma into him, seen through his quick and sharp tongue and the alluring, melodic voice with which he speaks. The young man is well versed in arguments and in rhetoric, bred to one day become a leader unlike the world has ever seen. His tutors pushed him to expand upon his memory and to attain a sense of perception, which he has since nurtured and which he has integrated into both the social and shinobi aspects of his life. Despite being taught to inspire loyalty with his sizeable charm and wit, Kazuhiko squandered such skills when he became bitter, disillusioned and cynical in his adolescence. Certain that his life was meaningless, that everything that there is to achieve in life was achieved for him, the young man fell into a curious state of angst and depression; only when he returned to his shinobi duties, did he once again feel like there was something to accomplish - something to aim for.
Despite displaying a degree of stubbornness that is a leftover product of his childhood, Kazuhiko is an extremely curious individual, that is, curious about and interested by people as well as knowledge - vast information of varying degrees of significance. In the past, he had shown a certain immaturity when it came to disagreements, yet since, Kazuhiko has grown to enjoy debates and arguments, having come to understand that they are merely devices for further intellectual progress. Whilst he still struggles with authority, meeting peers as well as superiors who had impressed him with their skill and personas, changed this. Since, his rebellious tendency has died down somewhat to an acceptable level. That is not to say that Kazuhiko is docile, rather that he has matured and opened his eyes to the workings of the world, even if these workings are not to his liking.
Kazuhiko is often characterised by the aura of calm and cool that he radiates. Although it's true that the young man has always been quite emotionally detached and had developed a calculated approach to most things long ago, age has developed this skill further. Since his turbulent, rebellious and bitter teenage era has passed, Kazuhiko is slowly edging towards a state of a serene, quiescent wisdom. His control over his emotions has improved drastically, and although he too suffers from mood swings and when the situation demands it, has a tendency to display a flavour of vivid emotions, he spends most of the time deep in thought or is otherwise mellow and quiet. Indeed, he has come a long way from his arrogant, obnoxious, younger-self.
COMBAT Being both a highly intelligent individual and one versed in combat stratagem at that, yet also a young, fiery and energetic man, Kazuhiko is often categorised as extremely hard to fight alongside or fight against. Said to be exceedingly whimsical about his approach to each and every opponent, Kazu easily mixes aspects of Taijutsu with his wide and dangerous arsenal of Ninjutsu techniques, both of his Clan and of the Elements he possesses. His approaches often aim to understand the capacity and capabilities of his opponent, in which case clones, speech or other provocative means will be used to bring to light the opponent's skills (though this is not always how he will fight). From there, Kazu takes on a very selective and carefully planned approach, using the abilities and techniques he believes to be best suited to deal with his opponent. However surprisingly, there is a very unusual 'hands-on' side and attitude to the Chuunin. He's not afraid of Hand-to-Hand Combat, nor is he afraid of trading Ninjutsu, or testing whose stronger or faster; in other words, Kazuhiko enjoys competition and wishes to test himself and his prowess against others. Although he doesn't have a photographic memory of any kind or likewise, an exceptional memory, Kazu is said to learn quickly whether from his mistakes or the mistakes of his enemy, often remembering, even if only the very bare details, of a Jutsu or a Style that the opponent has utilised. He's quick to pick up on Clans and, being observant, often realises when a trap or illusion is upon him. Therefore the longer the fight goes on, the more deadly Kazu becomes, as he grows to understand his opponent and his shortcomings. SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS - Physical Based:

Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Most physical motions are identified and picked up by the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or a change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with Genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the Genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell. The ninja also becomes extremely perceptive and observant when it comes to people, being able to pick out mood changes or better understand character. In addition, this skill becomes useful in combat, where the Ninja grows to understand the patterns, habits and the 'rhythm' of the opponent over periods of time. HISTORY The Ashikaga have always been proud of their past and traditions. A branch of the Senju, which eventually became its own independent entity, the Ashikaga have been recognised for their entrepreneurial skills more so than for their contributions to the village; indeed, some would even call them a business rather than a clan. To a large extent, this is quite accurate. Young members of the family are taught about the economy and ways of exploiting it as well as business practices, and are expected to contribute to the clan’s wealth and prove themselves financially able, by establishing their own businesses and seeing them grow and expand. When Kazuhiko was born, the Clan was already in its 10th generation, and things had changed drastically since the clan’s foundation. Whilst the Ashikaga had produced many talented shinobi, as the years passed more and more focus was placed on money, and indeed greed rather than honour, became the clan’s main focus. When Kazuhiko was born, he was taught independently of the shinobi system, and indeed, brought up to not only ignore the Academy, but also the Genin rank itself and as such, was raised with high expectations behind him.
As the only son of Ashikaga, Kokatsu a great focus was placed on Kazuhiko’s upbringing. He was surrounded at all times, by various tutors or specialists or learned-men, as well as noble and upper-class company. A vast knowledge was transferred upon him and he was taught the shinobi arts as well as the art of leading or fighting under duress; indeed, he was more than ready to become a chunin by the time he was of the (academy) graduating age. But young Kazuhiko was denied, perhaps rightly so, which put a great dent into his pride as well as made him bitter and threw him suddenly into an angst-filled adolescence stage of his life. Like many spoiled teenagers, he blamed the village for many years and yet also his parents as well as his family; he blamed many things, but never himself. Kazuhiko had few real friends, so he turned, perhaps somewhat ironically, to further training and spend much of his time reading or pursuing idle hobbies, such as playing instruments. He even partook in some vices, though fortunately did not develop an addiction of any kind. Whilst smoking became a habit of his for a few years, it was clear that he was deliberately doing so to show off his rebellious nature, but seeing as he gave up with relative ease as soon as the point was made, it’s doubtful that he was ever particularly fond of the drug.
Throughout his adolescent life, Kazuhiko was best characterised by his bitter attitude towards people. Convinced by his clan to act with a degree of superiority, this was magnified by the frustration he was filled with, so that he became utterly unbearable to almost anyone that wasn’t of his social class. At the same time, Kazuhiko pursued an oddly liberal lifestyle. He was always filled with a great curiosity and sought answers to many questions; he was always hungry for knowledge. People became interesting to him at some point, and he wished to understand them better, though of course this was not really intended to be a social endeavour. As such, although Kazuhiko never made new friends, he became aware of his own social capabilities. He found himself proficient in manipulation, something that he had done quite obliviously throughout the majority of his life, but now could consciously utilise. He saw that his voice had a charming quality about it and that his vast knowledge could easily impress others and grant him a favourable impression. Although he would not admit it at the time, though he considered his interactions a mere social experiment, the youth secretly enjoyed it all. As much as he tried to change this, Kazuhiko was human and had human instincts that no quantity of frustration or bitterness could erase.
A great change in Kazuhiko could be seen starting around his sixteenth birthday. Whatever the reason, the noble began a process of transformation. It is unknown whether he came to realise the sad state in which he was in, or came to enjoy the company of others too much or perhaps wished to rejoin the ranks of shinobi, but by the time he was seventeen and indeed rejoined the military, he was a changed man, though of course many of his detrimental traits had still remained.
However becoming a shinobi brought a great change. Kazuhiko’s position as a genin installed a degree of previously unfound humbleness into his character. He begrudgingly came to understand his position in the system, and through meeting various interesting and strong individuals, he saw that the system wasn’t necessarily wrong; for the first time in many years, he saw that he was weaker than others, that he had much to learn and that there was much ahead of him. It was refreshing to have a goal again, to feel hope and not frustration, to see gain in actual social interactions and slowly but surely, create bonds with his peers. Although the change wouldn’t be instantaneous, Kazuhiko began to smile again and laugh and care for someone other than himself. He didn’t necessarily shed all of his bad traits and habits, but certainly, he became more amiable and more bearable, and indeed some would even say, friendly and trustworthy. Indeed, Kazuhiko developed a somewhat new view on life that brought much relief to the village, which was plagued in the past by his bitter, dark figure. That Kazuhiko was gone and the newly-born young man wanted nothing to do with his old-self...
Little did he know that war was on the doorstep and things would be changed forever...

After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Name: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Because the chakra of each clone is evenly distributed, the user and each clone will contain the same amount of chakra after deducting the initial chakra cost. After striking the ground with their hands, the user is able to overturn the earth and cause it to rise up around their opponents. Placing his/her hands against the dome he/she is able to suck out the chakra from the people trapped inside at a rate of 7CP per post and bring it into his/her own body. At the same time the user will use his/her own chakra to spread throughout the dome, this allows him/her to repair any damage his/her opponents manage to inflict on the inside. The chakra is not evenly spread out though, as the chakra flows away from the user, it becomes more and more weak. Allowing the dome to be broken on the far side if hit by a hard enough force. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his/her gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target, but none utilizing chakra. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel further than 10 meters from the original body. Name: Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Suiton (Water) Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a solid bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby. Chakra Cost: 9 (2 per post)

After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel water from his/her gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. This shield will protect the user from basic attacks, such as non-jutsu kicks and punches and from basic weaponry, such as kunai or shuriken. It will be destroyed, however, by techniques of equal rank or worn down and eventually destroyed by continuous non-jutsu attacks. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Mokuton: Jaberin no Jutsu | Wood Release: The Javelin Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Mokuton (Wood Release) Description: Jaberin No Jutsu is an offensive ranged technique, that allows the user to both create and fire a wooden spear-shaped projectile at an opponent. In order to do so, the user will first gather Mokuton Chakra in his arm and in his palm. A wooden circle will form upon his palm, from which the javelin will be created and fired. The arm has to be straight and the palm has to face and aim at the opponent; then, the chakra is both instantly released and converted into wood through the circle on the palm. As a result it appears as if a wooden javelin had protruded from the arm itself and was launched at the opponent from within the limb. Alternatively, the user can grab the javelin and use it as a close-combat weapon. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Mokuton: Mokusei-te no Jutsu | Wood Release: The Wooden Hands Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Mokuton (Wood Release) Description: A technique used to enhance the damage dealt through punches, Mokusei-te requires relatively little chakra or time, allowing the User to form wooden glove-like shapes around his hands at short notice. To cause further pain, small spikes will protrude from these gloves, so that attacks may puncture the skin and draw blood and so that retaliation or blocking becomes more dangerous. The presence of the wood can also protect the hands from minor damage. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Mokuton: Tan'itsu Shīdo| Wood Release: A Single Seed Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Mokuton Description: The user will focus chakra in his hand and then press his palm to the ground, upon which he will infuse the earth with the mokuton element. Shortly after his palm makes contact, a single oak tree will sprout and grow from the very same spot. The tree reaches an average height of 18 metres; the user can speed up this process immensely by channeling more chakra into the earth. The tree takes two posts to grow fully or else, can be grown in a single post. Chakra Cost: 3 CP (+ 1 CP for instant growth)
Name: Mokuton: Tokutei no Sōsa| Wood Release: Specific Manipulation Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Mokuton Description: Tokutei no Sōsa is a technique which utilises a weaker form of Mokuton, in order to grant the user more control and precision. The user will gather chakra in his hands then press them upon the ground in order to infuse the earth with the mokuton element. From the ground will spawn numerous roots as well as thin branches which can be used to either try to bind the opponent by wrapping themselves around him, or else, the thin branches can be used to collect weapons or even throw them. The branches and roots will travel both on the surface and underground, burrowing their way quickly towards their target. Although any shinobi can outrun them, the relative quietness with which they move and their sheer quantity makes the jutsu very versatile and dangerous. Should an opponent be caught, the roots and branches will at first climb his legs, before they begin to wrap around him. The roots and branches can be destroyed by C Rank Ninjutsu or Taijutsu or a D Rank Katon Jutsu; or a B Rank Suiton Jutsu. Chakra Cost: 6 CP + 1 CP per turn
Name: Mokuton: Ishiyumi no Jutsu | Wood Release: Crossbow Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Mokuton Description: The user will gather chakra around his hand and forearm, releasing the Mokuton element through them, so that a cross-bow like construct forms on the limb's surface. The crossbow manifests and gains shape quickly, moving down the arm so that it becomes an independent object, held by a handle; the contact with the skin allows for Mokuton chakra to be transferred in-between the user and the weapon. Although the crossbow has no firing mechanism, chakra is used as a propellant whilst the user creates the bolts using his Mokuton element. Due to the missing mechanism, bolts are not as dangerous as their real-life counterpart, yet have a great piercing capability and fly quickly nonetheless. Because there is no mechanism and everything is fueled by the user's chakra, the weapon can be used without (a significant) interval and at close range. The weapon can be destroyed by C Rank Ninjutsu or Taijutsu or a D Rank Katon Jutsu; or a B Rank Suiton Jutsu. The bolts are treated as D Rank projectiles. Only four bolts can be released per turn. Name: Mokuton: Semaijurin no Jutsu | Wood Release: Small Forest Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: Mokuton (Wood Release) Clan: Senju Description: Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Senju clan.A technique that changes one's own arm into big trees. Using chakra, the tissues are transformed into trees at the cellular level. Then, by activating the trees, stimulating them to grow rapidly, they lengthen at high speed and fork into many branches. It is possible to capture the enemy with these branches and at the same time, these branches, though not sharp, are still capable of performing ranged blunt damage. Though a powerful technique, it's not capable of destroying a solid surface very easily, and is a beginner's version of Mokuton: Daijurin no Jutsu Chakra Cost: 8CP (2 per post)
Name: Mokuton: Shichūrō no Jutsu | Wood Release: Four Pillars Prison Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Element: Mokuton (Wood Release) Clan: Senju Description: Mokuton: Shichūrō no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Senju clan. This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. The user changes chakra into timber under the ground and makes it grow rapidly, while forming it into a wooden prison. The size of the prison is five meters in each side, making it capable of containing multiple individuals if used in one spot. The timber itself is treated with a chakra coating, making its destruction extremely difficult. During war, it has the great ability to detain prisoners, but it can also be used as a disciplinary measure for quarreling subordinates. Chakra Cost: 8CP

This technique lets the user summon a tree around their opponent to bind them. This technique is relatively powerful and holds opponents much more gracefully, with less of a strain on the user, because the user sinks them into the ground. Those trapped may escape if they have the Improved Strength Special Characteristic, or apply 15CP worth of chakra into their arms to forcefully pull away branches in struggle. Chakra Cost: 15CP
Name: Mokuton: Jukai Heki | Wood Release: Dense Woodland Wall Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Mokuton (Wood Release) Description: Mokuton: Jukai Heki is a ninjutsu technique used by the members of the Senju clan. The user creates countless wooden branches that grow at high speed from the ground. The wood interlaces to form a wide, net-like wall with an impressive defensive power. This net is very difficult to destroy with physical force, although a C-rank flame will easily set it on fire. Chakra Cost: 13CP

Name: Chimei-teki Fera - Fatal Blow Rank: C Type: Taijutsu Range: Close (0m) Element: - Description: Chimei-teki Fera is a taijutsu technique. After charging a small amount of chakra towards the dominant leg, the user will try to use their speed and strength so that they can perform a sideways kick to the opponents ribcage. In order for direct contact to be made the shin, where most of the chakra is stored, will hit the centre of the ribcage forcing a shock wave of pain to make it's way across the body. If the technique is performed correctly, they will be able to force their opponent to the ground and possibly even stop them from being able to stand back up. Chakra Cost: 7

◊ SUMMONS - Arashi 嵐 {Storm}:
Rank: C Appearance: Arashi, as an adult wolf, measures one-hundred and forty-five centimetres in length, forty-four kilograms in weight and eighty-two centimetres in shoulder height, atypical to the rest of his species. Unlike the majority of his kind however, the pride beast has a sparser, coarser and shorter fur, which is a testament to his adaption to the relatively warm Fire Country climate. At the same time, his coat retains its fine and warm quality, as a means of combating the ever-changing seasons and the rain and wind, which is quite common in Hi No Kuni; although it makes the Fire Country its primary home, Arashi travels often and so needs to be adaptable. As a whole, it is of a reddish tone, though displays various colours: the flanks are light grey, and the back is rusty brown-ish with a strong admixture of black hair. More so than some, Arashi has a very canine appearance and has been mistaken for such occasionally, though his golden, predator-like eyes (much resembling those of Kazuhiko) ascertain his lupus heritage. Arashi is a slender, powerfully built animal with a large, deeply descending ribcage and a sloping back. His limbs are long and robust, with comparatively small paws. As an animal gifted with the ability to use chakra, his paws serve as a means of casting Jutsu and although Arashi cannot form hand seals, he can make use of most of the techniques via the stamping of his hind or front legs instead. His fur makes him best camouflaged in the Earth Country. Personality: A stereotype, Arashi is a prideful and honourable beast. Well matched with its summoner, the wolf considers himself a King among other animals and summonings, and has a particularly lowly opinion of most human beings, despite his own status as a weak and minor-ranking creature. Alike Kazuhiko, Arashi is especially stubborn and follows a very feline-esque doctrine and approach to life, doing whatever he pleases. For that exact reason, a very rich and bored human such as his master, is a perfect match; due to their lengthy partnership, both Kazuhiko and the wolf have attained a respectful relationship - a friendship, though neither would admit it. They enjoy arguing and debating with each other, lazying about and looking down upon common-folk together. In some respect, Arashi is more of a companion than a Summon and serves as a younger and older brother, as well as, rarely, a father figure to the youth. He often suffers from mood swings and despite acting like an equally irresponsible peer to Kazuhiko, Arashi is undeniably intelligent and has shown a capacity for common sense and responsibility in the past. Though Kazuhiko would never put the wolf in great danger, Arashi is well versed in his master's line of thought and serves as an invaluable assistant in battle; due to his enjoyment of combat, keeping the wolf away from fights for too long is a dangerous thing to do. The sound however hides a message, usually a warning, that only Kazuhiko can interpret. Due to the sound's nature, the opponent will not suspect that there is any communication between the master and his summoning. This is especially useful if Arashi wants to discloses someone's location or needs to urgently pass on information. Chakra Cost: 2 Name: Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu - Double Suicide Decapitation Technique Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. Arashi will travel through the ground to appear below their target. He will then surprise his target by pulling them into the ground, usually by biting and dragging their leg. Once in the ground his target is thus immobilized. Chakra Cost: 4 Name: The Terrible Howl - Osoroshī Hauru Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m), Mid (5m - 10m), Far (10+) Element: N/A Description: Arashi will gather chakra at his vocal chords and then produce a deafening howl. The sound is said to carry on for many miles. The technique can be used as a distraction or as a means of unnerving or frightening an individual or a group of individuals. Chakra Cost: 4 Name: Earth Claws - Āsu tsume Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: This technique lets Arashi cover his claws with rock, making them heavier and thus more dangerous. The technique requires very little preparation and the claws are enhanced almost instantly. Due to its low rank, the jutsu only lasts for a turn. Chakra Cost: 4 Name: Doryuusou - Earthen Rising Spears Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: This technique lets Arashi condense mud or stone, from the ground, and shape them into spikes that will protrude from the ground in order to skewer the target. The spikes are brittle, and can be broken with a strong blow or tough defense. Chakra Cost: 7 Name: Doro Gaeshi - Mud Overturn Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Doton (Earth) Description: Doton • Doro Gaeshi is a defensive Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After Arashi strikes the ground with his paws, a large wall of earth will rise into place as defense. The defense is not perfect though, a hard or drilling impact can puncture the wall.
