Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. There are many ways in which the ninja can sign a contract with a summon but it is usually done with the ninja signing a blood contract with the animal species. This allows the user to summon different size and skilled animals to fight along side them, or on their behalf.

Shak is a really large sparrow summoning, one of the main summons of the Dark Blue Sparrow Contract. He is exactly 3 meters tall and 4 meters long, from beak up to the tail. His eyes look like the eyes of any regular bird, with a little change, his pupil is dark purple. The feathers of this young sparrow are colored in white and purple-blue colors. Actually, his whole body is white, with some parts being colored somewhat differently. A part of his wings is blue-purple colored, same with the tail. As for his head and neck, they are colored in a darker type of the same color, seeming somewhat black. As for his legs, like any other bird, they are yellow.

There is one thing quite unique with Shak. Around his neck there is a scarf, a purple scarf with an headband. Before Marcus met Shak, the headband was from the Hidden Stone Village aka Iwagakure no Sato. But later on, as Marcus started to summon him, that was changed. The Iwagakure headband was replaced by a Kirigakure aka Hidden Mist headband.

Great Sight - The sight and accuracy of Shak is on a quite high level, on the highest level than any other sparrow. His sight is equal to the sight which Eagles and Hawks have. Meaning, he has pin point accuracy to spot his pray and the perfect advantage to make a surprise strike from above.

High Speed Level - The level of speed which Shak has are equal to the speed of an Hawk, meaning he can reach high levels of speed when attempting to render his pray and when he is trying to perform a sky dive.

Ability to talk and understand human language - It is an ability which was thought to Shak by Marcus himself. Sparrows start with their human language learning at the age of 20. But, since Marcus took Shak as his partner when he was 17 years old, he had to teach him that by himself. It was hard, but after a couple of years, they perfected it.

Background:
Shak is a extremely large sparrow which originates from the strange realm, known as Dark Blue Sparrow realm. This realm is the same as the one where Toads live. But, the only difference is that this realm is located besides Toad Mountain [I do not remember the exact name..], in a large open field. Like in Toad Realm this is a large area where thousands of different sparrows live, enjoying the life with no humans anywhere near them. But, unlike the realm where toad live, this realm has no special oil nor do sparrows use any type of natural energy, since they are not bound to the nature so much. Anyways, Shak was born and raised here, together with his brothers and parents.

After a few years, when Shak was somewhat 17 years old, a young man appeared in this area. It was a boy who went by the name Marcus Hatake. Like his grandfather before, Marcus was brought here to meet the sparrows with whom he signed a contract. The Sparrows had a tradition, which was quite important to them. This tradition made Marcus pick one of the Sparrows and select it as his soul mate summon. The Sparrow which he would have chosen would be his partner and the two of them would have to learn how to work as together as a team. That is, if Marcus would have used a summoning, his partner would appear unless he was specific about the summoning and chosen someone else.

Anyways, Marcus came to this realm and the sparrow which he chose was Shak. Everyone was shocked, from all the stronger and higher ranking and experienced sparrows, the young ninja chose Shak. Since Shak at that point was still young and and he was a lower Ranking Summon, this was a quite odd choice. But, Marcus followed his guts and decided to spend his life training with his new summon, who was born on the same day as he was. Yes indeed, later on Marcus and Shak found out that they were born on the same day, quite a strange coincidence.

Description: Dai Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Wind element. Named after a mythical creature, a shinobi uses her/his fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with her/his chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area.

To use this Jutsu, instead of a fan, a sparrow uses his wings. Shak uses this Jutsu almost every time when he enters a fight, when Shak blows it its power is equal to the power as if it was used by another shinobi with a fan.

Name: Kamaitachi - Cutting Whirlwind

Description: Kamaitachi is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Wind element. Named after a mythical creature, a shinobi uses a fan to blow a concussive wind that is imbued with his/her chakra. When the opponent is caught in the wind, a tornado will raise them into the air and hold them with the chakra. The wind will then begin to cut the target with the sickling winds.

Method to use this wind in Shaks case is same as for Dai Kamaitachi, with one difference, the wind blast is weaker and it acts just like Kamaitachi blown by a shinobi with a fan.

Description: Fuuton • Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. A shinobi [or a sparrow in this case] inhales a large amount of air into his chest and then slams his fist into his chest to expel it [A sparrow just breaths it out]. To strengthen the attack a shinobi/sparrow will imbue chakra into the air. When expelled it forms concussive spherical projectiles capable of inflicting large damage.

Name: Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu - Reverse Summoning Technique

Description: Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which allows an individual to summon a person or being to their location using a summoning scroll. In normal Kuchiyose, the signed summoning contract allows the summoner to call upon his or her summons without the contract present. This modification allows for any individual to be summoned through the use of a scroll tied back to the one to be summoned. This scroll allows the individual to be far away and be transported instantly to the location of the summoning scroll.

In Shaks case, if he wishes to train with Marcus at the Sparrow Realm, he will slam his leg onto the opened scroll, channeling chakra into it. This will cause Marcus to appear there in a instant, no matter where he was. But, this is a non-combat skill, it is only used for when Shak and Marcus decide to train together.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

In Shaks case, he just releases chakra out of his body, forming copies of himself. This copies are used as an distraction and Shak does not use hand seals to form them.

I really dont think a bird or any non primate summon has the ability to use henge, or kawamiri. Also, it can fly, I see no need for Shunshin to be on its jutsu list.
