Event Question

So the whole Events thing is official right? Can character reference them in a topic that is started after the event? Something like hearing about it or a rumor, things like that?

[I'm talking about the whole Raikage vs Hokage thing which was AWESOME btw...]

Thanks for your kinds words about the event, essentially this was just the opening introduction, allow a few things to unfold before you go referencing it in character, Ame and myself will be hopefully posting two threads tonight which be continuations of that topic. Once these topics have moved along a bit, not until Ame and Sadao tell Kumo and Konoha respectively would it become public knowledge their the Raikage and Hokage have died.
