Those talented with this speed are capable of running with speed half a man greater than their peers and even last a bit longer during extraneous activities without becoming exhausted. This boost in speed is usually enough to quickly catch escaping targets or outrun most regular citizens.

These ninja are so talented in strength, they can lift objects of equal weight to the themselves, and strike with the ferocity of one and half of their peers.
