| Name: Kumogakure's Personal Flash Bombs (un-named) Quantity: 3x per topic Rank: B Appearance: Small black ball, with kanji writing for cloud in yellow. The ball itself is about the size of a slightly smaller than a tennis ball. The ball itself is made out of a rubber like material, inside it is where its abilities are sealed in. Special Abilities/Characteristics: After throwing the small bomb, it will explode releasing a bright yellow flash capable of blinding the opponent. In the process (while the opponent is blinded) it releases bolts of lightning that will form around the opponent capturing them inside a lightning prison, then discharging the electrical prison on the opponent, paralyzing them for 1 post. This can though be triggered whenever after one post trapped inside. The range of this jutsu is about 10m. The lightning prison has a height of about 8 foot , and 8ft wide . The flash of light last for about 5 seconds. At that time the opponent will be blinded for about 1 post. Ofcourse such weapon have its downsides and wastes up to about D rank of chakra per bomb used. Origin: A custom version for the flash bomb. Designed for Kumo ninja only, these bombs were made by a group of ninja from kumo.

| Whats the range of this attack? How large is the lightning prison, how long does it take to form, how long does it take to discharge? |

| As described the weapon will have to be limited to three per thread.
Needs more description, how large is the ball, what material, etc. You should have at least three lines. |

| This needs to have some sort of a chakra cost... Blindness, Imprisonment, Paralysis, for free? |

| Because its simply a 'bomb' I added that the chakra cost per bomb is 2% of your chakra. |

| Give it a jutsu oriented chakra cost (i.e. D-rank per bomb or something) |
