Kyo Ryuzaki is a teenager as of right now. Only one year older then his brother blaize. He has a light tank skin. A more Mature face compared to his brother's baby face. He has a hairstyle if when wet seemed spikes were dripping out of his hair to were the eyebrows are. if not then he would have a normal clean cut, not having long hair. His Hair is a light brown just likes Blaize but dies it every now and then. For this moment it is unclear which is his favorite style. maybe its because he goes undercover and change his appearance. His face is clean no cuts, mustache, or beard. His eyes are of ice blue but may turn red during special occasion. Then you have his body. He has a normal build but with more Muscles that Blaize originally has due to his solo training with his KKG. Then you have his hands. They are covered by Fingerless gloves that are usually black in color. Once again Kyo can change them in his looks. You then have his outfits.

His outfits very within his attitude. because of his training he wanted to dress differently to go with the disguises he goes with. The most common outfit he wears is a Black Jacket Usual with the zippers off. He wears a black shirt underneath it. The jacket holds Brown straps that look exactly likes the belt he is wearing. The jacket sleeves are cuffed as his fingerless gloves were shown. black to match his outfit. He wears Ninja pockets within his left and right legs and two on his shoulders as well as pockets between the jacket zippers.

Personality:
Kyo Ryuzaki is personality is like that of what he is, an older brother. He keeps himself up and not wanting to be a loser. he wants to be better then what he was yesterday, today, in the past couple of seconds. Being the older brother to Blaize made him want to learn about his secrets even more so that he will be able to answer any questions his brother would want to know. Being able to learn and being able to have the will to be better then you were before is one of Kyo's personalities. Though he does not force it like some would.(i.e gai, lee)

He is kind and respectful to those who are older than him. He is not afraid to put his two cents in as long as he think he is right for the situation that is at hand. When he is with a team and someone without his skills asks for help or a question, Kyo is not hesitant to help that person out in the situation, he would not go and act like someone should know everything that he knows in battle that is not a good leader.

He can be quiet at times, when he is concentrating making his personality like a ghost. Quiet yet observant to everything is around him. He needed to learn this to obtain patients when solving a problem or even by waiting. When he was with Blaize he had to become observant to the things around him to keep Blaize out of the negative and it provided himself with his training to know what he needed to improve on.

What is a person without fear right? Well Kyo has fears as well. His biggest fear is to lose his mind. With everything around his past and his present he keeps hard to become sane and not break down. He has a fear that when his brother is in need of help that he could not help him. He fears that his training with his brother was not in vain. He also has a fear of losing his brother and his close friends. He worked so hard to obtain respect as well as being the older brother to Blaize. If he loses his comrades and his brother because of something he could of done or done differently than the fear would just eat him up alive.

Now to habits, unfortunately we can't say that Kyo doesn’t have habits. One of his habits is having something around his forehead. If its not a headband its something else. The reason being is because of a mark he had the day his parents died, that mark serves as a symbol of their death and for that he covers it up to make sure no one answers. Another habit of his is twirling a pen/kunai when thinking. When he would have a chance he starts to twirl something along his fingers. It serves no importance other then he uses it to help him with his concentration.

Kyo is really open to others and doses not judge them until they show a reason to be judged. To the people that eventually become someone that Kyo does not want to be around he changes. One of the first reaction is that he won’t talk much to them if they try to speak with them unless for a good reason. The second reaction is that he overly cautious wanting to see every detail believing that someone might go wrong with the presence of a person he dose not like. He will give that person his or her space if that person is befriended with one of his friends. He will give that person minimal respect so that there won’t be a reason for them to get into a negative situation.

Kyo makes exceptions to people. When he gives them trust and respect then others he will call them his friends. These are the people Kyo will look for guidance for. As well as help his friends when there is needed. There are fewer of these friends Kyo gives his absolute trust for. These people are the People Kyo will go to the ends of the earth for, help them in any situation or problem and will do anything that he can to help them in their time of need.

Family. It is very important to him. His Mother and father are now dead after being assassinated. Or so that what he believes. He only has one brother named Blaize Ryuzaki and is in the village hidden in the Sand. He takes care of his brother with everything of his being on willpower. As of now he does not know if there are any other clan members out there.

First and foremost is the usage of the flame is that of chakra and real flame. The flame the Ryuzaki clan use can burn, when the user will allow it, heat, shape manipulate, or combine with other elements and even other Katon jutsu only amplifying its power and so on. The way the shinobi of the Ryuzaki clan has been able to use and learn fire then others is the constant training under heat terrains, or well they were forced to.

The only Power of the Ryuzaki that seemed the brothers have tapped in is the ability to learn and use fire element at an easier and faster rate then the other elements they try to learn. With that Said the clan is able to use/handle fire within there own will. (I.E Gaara's sand without the overpower of creating it from everywhere xD) There is a story within a close personal friend of the Flame Ninja's father. "The use of the fire was like no other. The shape of the flame can only be wielded by the member who can see ever color of its potential" This has been a small suggestion that the clan is able to have a different power within the different colors of the flame. This has been known to be true because the red/orange flame has been used for offense and defense from the Flame Ninjas but they have used a White flame for their Medical ninjutsu. With this KKG. It seems that the Shinobi of the Ryuzaki can use and withstand Fire type ninjutsu better then your normal ninja. The shinobi of the clan can use up to 25% less chakra then needed to use the jutsu as well as up to 25% more withstanding heat and fire chakra from nature and his opponent. This only involves jutsu involving heat and fire that their advantages take place, Also the advantage can only be used to their shinobi rank. I.E C -B rank shinobi(Genin-Chuunin) can use 25% less chakra in jutsu up to and including B rank. As well as withstanding fire, fire like chakra 25% less damage to the shinobi if the jutsu used is B rank or less. Or if the flame is the size of a everyday house or smaller. The same goes for Jounin. They can withstand up to 25% of fire like chakra up to and including the Level of ranking they are. The same goes for chakra usage. This is tricky the limit and usage are different from Genin and Chuunin. The A Rank Jounin can limit their chakra and fire usage up to 25% up to and including A rank. While S rank Jounin can limit their chakra and fire usage up to 25% up to and including A rank but S rank are strictly limited to 2 SRanks and can only withstand 25% of the fire. \ This means that they can withstand 25% of fire like chakra attacked at them at S Rank and can use 25% off the chakra needed for only 2 jutsu at the S rank Level. Once the limit is reach they will revert back to only withstanding fire like chakra and fire jutsu usage up to and including A rank.

B Rank usage of fire is anything larger to the size of a basketball or longer than 20 feet or rope up to the size of a Shed is considered to be B rank usage of free will flame. Any thing the size of the Kazekage's mansion, distance from the Fire temple to the location of grass were team Kakashi was trapped is considered A rank usage of fire/fire chakra

Chakra Distance
With the use of the flame in the Ryuzaki clan the limit of a C rank Flame is anywhere from 0-5meters (short range) B rank Flames can reach up to 15 meters (Mid range) as well as A rank Flame can reach Long range.

Red Flame:
Users: Blaize and Kyo Ryuzaki: There main attribute of the KKG. They are able to summon fire chakra from within and use them at will. They are able to manipulate flame from their surroundings as long as their chakra had some connection with the point they are trying to make. For example if there was a tree burning on fire and one of them sends chakra(meaning in form of red fire) to the flame they can manipulate the flame to die down and disappear or use them for their own will. Though the usage of flame to control another Flame has to be equal to have full control of it. Though if the flame seems to be to much or if the shinobi can not waste chakra then they can send at least C rank flame to the target to dibust the flame.

For example: If a wagon was on fire Blaize would need to give flame equal to that of a C rank flame (look at chakra usage) to take control of the flame. if Blaize only needs to just release the flame then Blaize will still need C rank flame at least to do that.

Another example is if the left wing of the Medical greenhouse was erupted into flames and the size of the flame is larger then the size of a shed then Blaize would need at least B rank chakra to control the flame. C rank chakra to help lower the flame to half its size, or B rank chakra to take it all away.

Flames that are in control to the Ryuzaki has to be used as soon as possible. In form of a jutsu, placing flame into an item, or disappearing the flame. A ryuzaki can not use new flame until the flame they have absorbed or used now is used. If not then the flame goes away in two rp battle posts.

It is known that the Flames can also be used as different sources of fire such as heat. The most notably form of that is Blaize's Flare heat jutsu and Fire rope jutsu. he can use his KKG of flame to use the jutsu to make heat and make flame from the heat. The Flame can also be used within weapons and other items without intentionally burning the said items with their flame control. The way it it seemed to the target the flames are there but it does not burn the reason being is that the Ryuzaki's flame can take a half to their natural burning effects and make it nutural or not depending on the Ryuzaki shinobi. Though it seemed easy for them now because they had to train how not to burn each other while they were C rank Ninjas. The first to gain control from the flames was Kyo Ryuzaki and then in turn taught Blaize how to control the aspects of his flame.

Beige (Sand color) Flame: Another use of the flame. This flame seems to be perfected by Blaize Ryuzaki. The color of flame is used with his natural fire element with his secondary element Wind. With the training of wind control and uses in Suna, he has learned to use flame with wind within his KKG. This started to change the color of the flame to Beige.
This Flame is a flame mixed with Fire and wind nature. This is a flame that is amplified with the power of wind. Not only does this flame is empowered but it has a effect of wind with the flame. The Wind with the flame is able to make cuts within the body. Flesh wound type cuts that opens the skin and the flames will get into the skin to make a different type of burning within the body.

This chakra control is B rank at minimum. The flame can only be engulfed in Blaize's hands and arms not legs. This flame can reach up to 10 meters in length. It is a double flame and can be combined with additional red flames and Jutsu that includes Wind and or Fire chakra only.

Yellow Flame: A use that seems only Kyo Ryuzaki can use. When having learn of his second element, lightening Kyo has tried to use this with his control of fire chakra to produce this yellow flame. Though he cannot Handel lightning like the use of his flames but he can get a seemly good sense or ration, he cannot manipulate the lightning however though he can use the lightning at will and can directed it using this method. During combat when hit with this flame the target will not only feel burning on its self but it will feel a shocking sensation. it is used to help disturb there concentration on a jutsu or give them a slow reaction time though not strong enough to stun unless given a powerful blow.

Other Types of uses grow within the two shinobi lives, there may be More Ryuzaki out there or not though they will keep on training in order to find out more about their clan.

Secret Clan Jutsu: (Blaize and Kyo Uses)

Description: With the Style of the Ryuzaki this was one of their basic form of offense and defense. While focusing the fire element chakra they can make it so that The fist and feet are engulfed in flames. While adding damage it also leaves the opponent left with a burning effect.
Kyo is able to channel the flames that was stored up in his hands and feet and extended it out of his body. This skill can be used over again to increase the flame in his hands and feet. This skill can only increased three times. Also with each increase it takes that much hits or use to exit out of his body.
(For Example if Blaize uses this skill to engulf his hands in flame he can use it again to double the flame and damage in his fist or the arm in that general area. In order to take out the flame Blaize must be hit in his fist twice[or in the arm or shoulder of the side of the engulfed fist] to let the flames go out. But if he extended the flame out of his hands one time then the flame is gone and the skill must be used again in order top have flame in his hands.[The flame can go about 5 meters-Midrange])

This skill can also be added to jutsu to add a fire effect to them. In the form of bring out the flames out of his body. For example if Blaize uses the Shield of debris and add flame to the shield the shield will add a burning effect and may be harden if the user chooses to.

The weakness to this is that its natural enemy, Water can drench out the flame if used a C rank or above water. Though because of the clan it is noted that the flame will not just wash away they will invert itself to steam to create around the area. though the steam is small and will not cover more then the circle area of the user it is just a last use of the flame before it is put out.

[the flames and its effect changes within the color of the flame and its classifications. The Clan shinobi makes jutsu based on the flames but are limited to that shinobi only and not to the clan as a general whole.

Description:By using the Ryuzaki's inferno or even by summoning up fire chakra. Kyo is able to form a fire spiral around him. During this time the fire spiral will give him use for a defensive maneuver. As the Fire rises The tip of the spiral would start to form a dragon's Head. Then Kyo can send the Dragon spiral out at the foe. Trying to Clasp the opponent in his jaws, if not at least to release the flames onto the opponent. The Fire can go around 10 meters. It can be able to coil around its opponent. Once command, Hit target by force, or Grasp an opponent in its Jaws. The flame will start to Rage towards the said target. Leaving it with heavy damaged and not to mention, Burns in high caliber.

Description: This is not something that is used in combat. This jutsu is main to explain why Kyo uses a different color medical chakra. While medical chakra is green, kyo could only form his medical chakra with white flames. The white flames, in this aspect, are his green chakra. While normal; medics glow with green chakra, Kyo’s chakra is a white flame. The Medical chakra is the same except the chakra give off a little bit of warm sensation to the patient its healing. Other then that no other differences the jutsu holds then the change of color and the very subtle warmth.

Description: By forming hand seals, Kyo is able to form a small shower of fire to his opponent or the area that is covered in the shower of flame. The flame can only give a warm sensation to the opponent and start to create heat bumps to the opponent giving him an uncontrolable sensation that is able to throw him off the train of thought, or lose concntration because of the heat on his body. This flame is not powerful to ignigt a fire and thus can not burn anything, but in contrast can be used to detect organisms in the general area. The Shower of flame can only travel as far as five meters from the caster but the shower only covers about a 10x10 area.

Description: This jutsu allows Kyo to form basic shurken and kunai out of flame. These flame can be used to thrown at an existing opponent. The weapons would disperse into flame as soon as it hits the target. There, would then burn the opponent in that area, then being pierced by the actual weapon. This jutsu is great for mixing both the real weapon with a fire adaptation but the shurken and kunai would be just the shapes out of flame, meaning you can tell its flame and not being disguised as a real weapon.

Description: This jutsu allows Kyo to channel chakra out of his hands and legs to form streams of chakra out of his body in the four cardinal directions. The fire 'tails' can reach about two meters of his body and can the four tails can spin around his body. The use of this jutsu is to attack multiple enemies from multiple sides or simply for defense. The flame goes out once in contact from a jutsu of its rank, an explosion, water, or by the users will. The jutsu has a limit of two post if nothing has stopped the tails and can be dispersed up to five meters from his body. Meaning they can be 'detach' and be aimed at a target. I.E. like a shurken can be thrown to the direction of an opponent. While this jutsu is used to protect kyo or attack a foe this jutsu can not be used to tie up an opponent.

History:

There is no records that blaize of Kyo found within there search to find more of the clan. Though shinobi who has faced both Kyo and Blaize said that they have wielded a great sense of chakra as well as masters of the flame element. Though younger they could only grow Stronger. The mother and Father of Blaize and kyo has died during a travel t a new land. Kyo believed to think it was an assassination because during the time of death Kyo saw a man who used wind to get away from the sense after looking at the dead bodies during the time of the attack.

There is another who knows slightly more about the Ryuzaki clan. a name Blaize and kyo refereed to as a friend of their father. he was an excellent man of Weaponryand the one who gave blaize his katana. he worked with their father for many years. Though he could not tell them of the past he can be seen as the only link they know about their identity of the clan and why the mother, father and even this man keep it a secret for all these years still.

There was shinobi in the small villages near the moon country that has ninja forces. This is were the Ryuzaki clan was born. The clan was friendly with other ally nation and groups of clans that seem to wonder were there was work. The clan has been making return trips to the moon country to help in the aid of the hidden star village. The clan has been dispersed after the third great attack for the star. The attack has made clan's extinct and the few remaining members of the many clans aiding and fighting for the star has been taking into hiding. The ryuzaki was no different. They had enough of protecting the star. and to increase its forces they have decided to roam along within the ninja world with different names and alias. The parents of the Blaize and Kyo Ryuzaki has moved to a small country land before they have has that murdered from a clan who blames their parents for deaths of that specific clan.

The Ryuzaki clan has lived within different areas of the shinobi land. Within each area of the country they have learned the main elements of the village. In example: Sand village learns the secondary element Wind. The Hidden Rock has learned the Earth Style. The Lightning country has learned the lightning element. SO on and so fourth. Though the only two elements has come within the light has been Fire, Wind, and Lightning elements. The other combinations of elements with fire are possible but has not been shown or known to the Ryuzaki Brothers.

The reason why the shinobi of the Ryuzaki has great usage of fire chakra is because the earliest ancestry of the Ryuzaki had been shunned to live in exile in the land of volcanoes. The land of volcanoes is what the Ryuzaki called this land after being shunned of from a concourer of a small village. A small village war in which the Ryuzaki home land was defeater and the surviving people had to be exiled to the nearest place the volcanoes. In this land the people had to bear themselves to live in the hard terrain. Some people left and tried to find another place while some were still willing to live in that area. Certain people of the clan decided to take this as a chance to do better with seeing so many of their clansmen fall, or die from escaping they trained and endured this hard time and location with the heated flame until their bodies have been a custom to the flame and fire of the land. The few remaining that were enduring the flames were shinobi and had dedicated their lives under the fire and heat of the volcanoes and with each generation came a easier will and endurance against flame. That flame had become natural to them like breathing can. When they were ready they left the volcanoes and escaped to new land. With their new found powers they gave a surprise beating to the people who took over their original land but they knew what they had to do. Flee the land and don't try to re conquer the land. Just take the surprise win and go out and live a new. And that is what they did, and the Ryuzaki had been living under land near the hidden star village until they were forced to separate again. With the new generation of Blaize and Kyo living within the Hidden Sand and Hidden Cloud Villages.

Though his intelligence is not that of a nara though his intellect can be in that category. Chakra Can be broken down into some forms.
1) He is great at sensing his own chakra, yes it is your own and you must know how yours works but Kyo uses it in a different way. Kyo is able to put chakra in his items and can sense his chakra to locate the items he puts into them. This is very useful on his missions that he can give his comrade an items and if kyo needs to find them he can sense his chakra and follow they way. Sort of a version of a person using there nose but in this case its different.

2) Chakra in form of element: because of his chakra training with his KKG Kyo is able to use chakra in shape manipulation. Mostly can use it with fire though and can change into shape at will. For example the flames on his arms he can use those flames as an outlet on another jutsu with the use of his KKG. as well as used to make a fireball so on and so on. Though what he uses the chakra for next will remain that form. Meaning if he uses a fire he had on his right arm and uses a jutsu using the flame of his arm then the flame on his arm is now gone.

Acrobatics The skill of being flexible and fast on your feet. Kyo had to learn this while training at his father's friend Dojo when he was young. When the man was teaching them about self defense he thought them to be quick on their feet because if you can't over power your opponents you can still get away long enough to execute another plan. This skill makes Kyo more flexible and able to think quick on his feet

Deductions Kyo is intrigued with the fascination of mysteries and detectives novels. Kyo has trained on his own and his dad's friend to think of deductions. by deductions he means taking a scene and thing of what has happened in that time. For example for seeing a disturbed tree, he would think what has happened like if a ninja was traveling along and stepped on its branches to continue the travel.

Photographic Memory: A great skill that kyo is grateful to be born with. The skill is to be able to recall what a person has seen as long as it has been within the persons memory banks. Though to perfect the skill. Kyo does try to give a longer look to what he wants to chose what things to remember.

Special Abilities: a bomb that is able to take out a mid range. With pure potassium with the bomb it will explode a few seconds after leaving the owners hand. Also because of the pureness of potassium it can burst into flames within water. Letting this weapon become useful within battles with water elemental shinobi. With the small infusion of kyo's chakra. Kyo can use the fire that formed from the bomb contacting the water in his own will. Though when the fire of the potassium will only stay lit for a few minutes (2 post max) then the fire will just be of kyo's own chakra.

Origin: these bombs were created within the time blaize was alone with no squad to lead. Kyo told him to go see a presentation that will change the ages. It was a small presentation of potassium. It shows a pure small piece of potassium in water would start a fire. But it has a limit. When there is no more potassium then there is no more fire. So blaize and kyo did research on there own. And with the help of the presenter and a blacksmith. They had a general idea to use the knowledge they gained into a weapon. This is there first prototype. A k element bomb. Though just a small use they are using this bomb and gathering data so blaize can make a glove with a layer of potassium built within it. So if he was facing a water elemental shinobi his flames will not be let as a disadvantage.

Thus, they won't get more blood, but more red and white blood cells are created, an effect which helps fight against the ailments and symptoms of losing blood. However, this jutsu has a downside which is the fact that the user's own blood dilutes as long as the jutsu is activated, which means that basically it is indeed a blood transfusion and the user must be careful at how much blood he or she gives to their patients.

At D rank once it hits a person it will only send a tingling sensation that it mostly used for disrupting a person’s action, meaning that to cut off their concentration for a brief moment to allow themselves to know that the lightning had some effect.. During C rank the lightning will only cause numbing sensation to the part of the body it landed on for a post, durng B rank the part of the body will be paralyzed for one post leaving that part of the body feeling like that part of the body is dead weight and leaving the target with minimum movement.

The flame goes out once in contact from a jutsu of its rank, an explosion, water, or by the users will. The jutsu has a limit of two post if nothing has stopped the tails and can be dispersed up to five meters from his body. Meaning they can be 'detach' and be aimed at a target. I.E. like a shurken can be thrown to the direction of an opponent. While this jutsu is used to protect kyo or attack a foe this jutsu can not be used to tie up an opponent.

Background Information

History:

Born First Means Man Up:

Kyo’s mother and father was shinobi that lived near the hidden star village. They were from a clan that decided to help the hidden star village from pochers trying to find the secrets. During the Last great battle of the Star the clan’s location has been destroyed forcing whatever survivors to leave the country and try to find new lives. It seems that the shinobi, the ones that birth kyo, decided to leave the country to stop becoming shinobi once and for all. They stopped the focus of being shinobi and hanged their headbands and focused on more important things, a family.

Yes a family is what they wanted and to live like civilians and that’s what they did leaving their shinobi arts to quite a minimum. They focused on having a child, and their first child they name him Kyo, Kyo Ryuzaki. While being the first born the lives of the Ryuzaki three became quite good. So good that they decided to increase their numbers, to become the Ryuzaki four. Yes for Kyo was going to become a older brother. And a year later he was, an older brother to Blaize Ryuzaki. With this he gained a younger brother and was told that he had to be the one to look after him, He had to become more responsible in his life and his parents would teach him that for 10 More years of his life, until the day came that he had to do what his parents had told him, to be the person he looks up to when no one else is around.

You Learn to survive in the field then learning at the academy:

The death of his parents took it hard on Kyo just as it did to Blaize.(OOC: Murder on Blaize’s history) The murder was something he was not going to accept. Especially that the murderer just looked at the two of them smiling when they were on the ground. When they were thrown to the ground. Kyo was the first one up seeing his brother was the only one who survived he got up slowly to check if he could help his parents. As he did he saw the man jump down. The man with the white bandana. He looked at the brothers as Kyo looked at his brother as he was trying to get up but passed back out after. Kyo then started to move as he was infront of his brother. He started to pant and then started to talk to the man.

The man started to disappear as a gust of wind started to head towards Kyo. Kyo started to cover his head by placing his arms in front of him in an x Shaped as he thought about protecting his little brother. He did not care if he died, but he wanted to make sure that his brother would survive. And as the gust of wind came close his eyes closed as he felt his hands and arms become hot and the wind stopped in its tracks. He started to open his eyes as he saw fire engulfing his hands and arms. His eyes widen as he started to think how this happened. He did not know what to do but this fire, this flame saved him.

He started to pant and sat down on the ground feeling that the man was no longer with them. The flames started to die down and eventually started to disappear. He started to cry as he was thinking of his parents. Mostly what his father had been telling him. Stories about him and his mom saving people as if they were super heroes. Could this be truth, I mean his father did say that the power of choice was fire, is there truth to this? He was confused but he knew that the flames did come up from wanting to protect Blaize. But for right now he would have to keep it a secret until he learns to control his…his…abilities…

Blaize Story: The Flame of the Ryuzaki—Pre teen

Kyo was there as well and noticed what it was when he saw them because his dad had told him about hidden villages and their shinobi. There was something different about them that Kyo had pointed out “The symbol, it seems that they have taken it off “It didn’t matter they both took one of them to keep as a remembrance. Based on the picture that hid the headband, Kyo took the left one that was his dads, and Blaize taken the other which was his mother’s.

When the both taken the head band something happened, an explosion, the front door was burst open and the whole front of the house was burning with flames. With no free exit they jumped out of their parents’ window and fled the scene. They took refuge at thewoods near were they parents bodies were buried. In all this confusion and loss of there parents Kyo quickly took lead role. He told Blaize that they had to leave this town. Something in this town was hunting them and wanted to destroy all evidence that we even existed. Although his idea was a little crazy it did maker sense.

So Kyo and Blaize now left the town on there own for about a year. In that year Blaize and Kyo trained together the martial arts that dad taught Kyo while adding stuff from there own. They both ran into an old partner of there dad’s and he couldn’t believe that his kids were alive. Blaize and Kyo really couldn’t trust anyone after there parents died it seemed to be only for themselves. Blaize and Kyo gave in a short time later were they stayed with that man for a week teaching them their father’s style of martial arts, until some how accidentally Kyo burned Blaize.

They were training one day with some advance techniques with their father’s partner. They were training out side during the evening and had a fireplace near by. Both of the brothers were sparing until somehow Kyo’s fist was engulfed in fire and burned Blaize with it accidentally. Their dad’s partner was surprised at them and told them that they both had a unique ability that their father had. He told them a story that both his parents were ninja long before either of them were born. Though he didn’t go into much history he did explain that his father was the only one that combined his fighting style with fire elemental Jutsu. Both brothers couldn’t believe it until he explained that they had to keep it a secret because they didn’t want their kids exposed to that lifestyle. Of course it was too late and they wanted to learn to defend themselves so this guy told them about two different lands were his parents grew up in. This is wear they had to separate, Kyo left off to the land the father was born in to find out his secrets as Blaize went to the other land to find out his mother’s history.

Before they had to get an exact location their father’s partner was murdered the next day, the same way there parents and houses were destroyed. Now this was the time for Blaize to learn about his family and to learn to really be alone.

: The land of the hidden history – Teenage Years

Just like his younger brother, Kyo set off his own journey to learn about his mother and father. The ruins he found was in tact. Their he was surprised to see a group of people looking around the ruins. They started to meet at the front as they started to speak about blowing the ruins up like they did to one not to long ago. During the time Blaize left for his journey. This was the only clue to his parents and he was not going to let it fail hm. He stopped the three bandits and fought with each of them and won. But when the last one fell the ruins busted to pieces as the whole area was now ruble.

As Kyo started to get up once more the man that murdered his parents came out from the top of the ruble and smiled at him. He then left the scene again and Kyo was powerless to stop him, he used too much chakra on his last fight and with the collapse of the ruins he started to get up and check the ruins for scrolls, documents, or something but nothing was legible or useful.. he started to lose chakra and then started to collapse on the ground as he was then woken up in a bed and splash water in his face. He started to wake up to a female not to much older then him as she started to inspect him.

Kyo was too weak as he let her do as she pleased. There a man started to come inside of the room he was stayed in as he started to speak.
“You there, what were you doing there in the ruins don’t you know its run by the spiked bandits”

Kyo eyes widen, the man knew who this was. The spiked bandits, it was run by someone in that group. He started to ask who they were but the man told him that kyo destroyed all members of the spiked bandits. There was only three of them and the three of them was down. So the man who showed up cjust used them as puppets and destroyed them as soon as he was done with them. Kyo was at another end, until the man told him if he could escort his niece to the lightning country. Seeing how Kyo took care of the bandits the man thought that Kyo was the perfect man for the job. Kyo agreed on the condition that the niece had to wait a week. And during that week he meet blaize to meet up and discuss what happened.

It seems Blaize did not have much luck to except for the scrolls. The scrolls he found and help him form ninjutsu was things kyo had already learned so there was nothing to his benefit. He told Blaize that they must go their separate ways and he enrolled Blaize in a school for the gifted from one of the people he met while traveling and told him that he had to leave for the lightning country. As they parted Kyo and the man’s Niece soon departed for the lightning country. Their once entering they were attacked by rouge shinobi trying to steal their valuables, there Kyo defended the girl as long as he could but she got in the way as some people might call it and got him defeated. As soon as his chakra was down he was saved by a man, a man he would start to know very much.
As soon as he started to wake up to a new Place. The man introduced himself as the nieces father. T

heir he thanked Kyo for protecting his daughter from harm and offered him a place to stay in the lightning country. Kyo couldn’t accept because he had nothing to give. In contrast the man said it was alright as long as he agreed to become his medical assistant. Kyo agreed and was now enrolled in the study of medical field and medical ninjutsu. The man was a medic nin and for being a help to his daughter brought him to become his assistant.
The man wanted him to be a fine shinobi in the cloud village and enrolled him as a citizen in the lightning country. Before that could happen he had to be enrolled in the ninja academy. The man made a deal with the services of the lightning country and took him under his wing and will teach him the jutsu to pass the academy. During every night of medical study they would train the basic jutsu.

It did not take Kyo long to learn it because he had to learn chakra control from his bloodline and medical background. As the man then taught him what he needed to know he was ranked as a temporary genin.
The lightning country would not grant him full citizenship until he promise to take the upcoming Chuunin exams, and learn Lightning as his second element. Kyo had to be explained everything of the ninja world at least its exams. As soon as he was learning things of the ninja world he agreed and was granted citizenship of lightning country and the rank Genin, in exchange he would be apart of the next Chuunin exams and his mentor was also teaching him basic Raiton ninjutsu.

The man that took Kyo in came to be his new mentor and told Kyo that he had to practice outside the comfort of his new home and take on missions so he could be better acquainted of the village. He agreed to all of these terms and was not a cloud shinobi. He started to place his father’s headband on his arm in reverse, then place his headband on his forehead. The road will be long into becoming a Chuunin but he wanted to stay in the land of lightning and continue with his life with his mentor.

He knew that he could teach him a lot of becoming a shinobi, and hopefully this would help Kyo become a fine shinobi that Blaize could look up on next time he sees hm.

Role-Play Sample:
Kyo was angered to see the man who was right before him again. So upset that his hands started to form fire just like that day he first saw him. The time for talk was over as he then looked up at the man with his eyes glaring at him as he then started to rush towards the man. The time was to make sure he was to pay. He was to pay for killing his mother, killing his father, and almost killing his brother. The man would be never forgiven of what he has done. Kyo started to jump and run up the pile of earth that the man just made not to long ago.
The man looked up at him. Its been some time since he seen the victim of one of his attacks. He couldn’t tell exactly who he was until he saw the flames on his arms. Then his smile turned nto a tch. He was sucking his teeth cant believing that they did not die yet. Judging by him being alone he could suggest that his younger brother had died and now the person standing before him was the only one left. The only one left to kill and kill his secrets with him. As he then started to raise his hand focusing wind chakra around the point there was a loud noise in the sky. He stopped as he looked up.
It was a bird, a bird that chirped loudly three times in the sky. Kyo wanted to know what it was it stopped him at mid track. It was just a bird just swirling around in the air. What was he thinking he could not think of things like that right now he has other matters. He started to look down when the bird dispersed n the air and then looked at the man once more.
The man was gone…and there was nothing he could do. The bird was just a diversion to leave. Damn it all he left again. The only clue he had left, was gone when the man made his mistakes. His hands stopped engulfing fire as he started to pant as he was worn out from the last battle he just had. As he felt hi eyes getting heavy and then next thing you know he felt his body tilting back to the ground.

Chakra usage to use free will fire is at least C rank or above. Unless using flame to light a small candle or burning a tip of a rope or something similar in that aspect. In that case that is D rank usage. Anything the size of a softball to the size of a basketball is at C rank cost. This needs to be better explained dude, just because your clan specialises in fire jutsu dosen't explain why when performing jutsu they use less chakra? Even if the jutsu they use is fire related, i don't mind you having chakra cost reductions provided you explain 'why/how' indepth. Also, the reduction '%' you've stated is overpowered, i'm afraid i can't allow you to have a 50% reduction :/ it's not so bad when your lower ranked but once your able to perform S ranked jutsu you'd basicly be able to perform twice as much as everyone else. You see my problem with it?

I see what you mean. I will change everything to 25% reduction then. So that would make it ok, i guess. Unless you think another amount is fair. Second. Is what exactly do you want from the clan. You want in depth but all i can do is to add in a peice in clan history in how they obtain uses with Fire. I will edit these things now and will edit this with a 'complete' on the bottom of this message

Me, personaly, i think 25% is still to high so you can lower it to 15% and i'll approve it or you could ask for another moderators opinion. I don't mind them approving it but in my experience characters who have energy cost reductions can become over powered if left unchecked, i don't want someone PM'ing me complaining that you can perform twice the amount of jutsu they can and your both the same rank. Sorry man, apart from that, the explanation is fine.

What does healing ember do?

Chakra Scalpel is a B-rank jutsu, as in only B-rank can use it but its still a C-rank jutsu.

Just the color diffrence from green to white chakra. And just gives oiff a light warm sensation. Nothing more nothing less.
