| Isama woke up to an abrupt start. He had never been able to have a proper sleep, yet he never seemed to be tired. Whilst he started stretching he noticed a tray on the end of his bed. This was a regular breakfast that his aunty regularly gave him. But it looked to be bigger than normal, ‘I wonder what chores she’s got planned for me now’ He thought. He slowly dragged himself up and looked at the tray. There was a note to the side of the bowl of cereal. It was an old fashioned fold that his Aunty knew. He was always interested in it. No matter how long you look at it, it always seems different. Isama picked up and started to unfold it. It took a good 5 minutes to unfold, but once it was, it read.
Isama, Make sure you do well on the chuunin exams. Maybe you will come home a better man. And done worry, it’s not a big meal for you to do chores. In fact it’s so you have energy for your exam. Aunty Hemlet
That’s right; he had a chuunin exam today. Well, the second part of the exam. He looked at the cereal. It was a mix of all his favourites. Isama smile at how thoughtful his Aunty was. She always was this way. Ever since his father left him on her doorstep. Isama picked up the spoon and thought ‘I better not waste this then, Ill need all the energy I need’. He wondered how his Aunty was; she has been tired since the travel from Suna. They had been given an apartment to stay in while Isama was participating in the exam. After Isama dismissed this thought he begun to chow down on his breakfast.
It wasn’t long after that He finished and got dressed ready to go. He was wearing a white shirt with blue trousers. He also had his Black leather jacket and his fleecy hat. Finally he put his goggles on. Isama looked like he was going for a normal walk in the park, But he knew that wouldn’t be that case. Once he got his supplies ready, which consisted of Kunai’s, Shurikens, Exploding notes, ninja wire, and his Bow and Arrows. He went everywhere with his bow and arrows. Once his supplies were ready, he set off. Out his apartment, where there was no sign of his aunty, and down to a secluded path. Isama preferred this path because he could spend his time alone and away from people. It wasn’t a secret path; it was just never used because of the rumours spread about it. The kids thought there was Monsters who used this path, and adults thought there was Murderous Thieves who used this path.
After a 20 minute walk Isama was finally at the place for the second exam. It was a wide river with what seemed to be stepping stones. But he forgot about the stones, thinking they where normal. He had another look around and noticed a scroll. He walked over a picked it up. ’Is this the test? Maybe it’s got an exploding note. No, Ill just open it with caution’. Isama slowly opened the scroll, holding his head as far away as possible. Isama opened the scroll, but nothing happened. ‘Hmm, Oh well!’ Thought Isama. He began to read it.
It didn’t take him long to read it all. He also fully understood it. ’So I simply cross 3 stones to the other side, how hard can it be?’ He thought whilst having a quick glance towards the stones. Isama had a long thought about them. ‘ They cant be ordinary stones, They all must have different traps on them. But what kind of traps.’ Isama already had a thought in mind about what stones he was choosing, but what will happen when he steps onto them. Isama headed towards the third stone of the first three, and he stood on the bank in front of the stone. He had decided to study the rock, but no doubt it would be of no use.
Isama was right, there was no point studying the rocks, they had no clues of the danger they held. Isama had already thought of several strategies for different types of situations. He thought he could maybe use a clone on the stone first. But that would be a waste of chakra. So he headed towards the first stone. He then dropped a Kunai onto the stone and then quickly ran behind a nearby tree. Isama was waiting to see what would happen.

| Isamu waited at the riverside for his Genin to appear for the exam, keeping a concious note of the time. Isamu was a harsh man, so he would make a note of it if the Genin was even a second late. Whether being that harsh made him a bad man, he didn't know. Nor did he care, it was the way he was and he doubted proctoring a Chuunin Exam was going to change that. Finally, the Genin arrived, luckily he was seventy-three seconds early, so Isamu would have no reason to mark him down, which was good. Isamu didn't like being harsh, even though he was. Seemingly prepared, after reading the instruction scroll, the Genin observed the stones for quite a short amount of time before he did anything.
After a few moments, the Genin approached the first stone, rummaged around in his ninja pouch, and dropped a kunai onto the stone, blade down. He then turned on his heel and ran away from the stone. The kunai dropped through the air, and slipped on the stone, sliding off of it and into the water, showing the stone to have absolutely no friction. But of course, the Genin did not see this because he decided to run away from the stone, and not watch the results of his test. This, was his first mistake, in Isamu's opinion. The kunai was floating in the river, and began to go along with the flow of the river, heading downstream. Whether the Genin would return in time to see the kunai, and realise what had happened, Isamu didn't know. The kunai had been dropped at an angle where it would've stuck in the rock, but Isamu wondered if the Genin would be able to pick up on what had happened to his kunai. |

| Isama was running to a nearby tree, it may have looked like he didn’t see what had happened. But he knew exactly what was happening. Isama always uses his special clan jutsu, The Chakra blade, when using Kunai’s. He usually makes 5 Chakra blades each weekend. And he keeps them in his pouch. Usually he disperses them after they hit their target. This is why he keeps a steady stock. As he was running away, He could sense that the Kunai had failed and was now going down the river. Before the Kunai got any further he dispersed the chakra and the kunai disappeared with a ‘poof’.
Whilst he was running back he was devising a plan to vault himself onto the stone. He was hoping he could set off the trap and then go onto the stone after the trap had detonated. He was then planning to use Ninja Wire to vault back and onto the stone, but he had to get his calculations exact. So he had to go ahead with the second part of his plan and face the problem. Isama quickly started rummaging through his bag and brought out a kunai and Ninja wire. He tied the Kunai onto the Ninja Wire and quickly calculated the place to shot it. Once he found the suitable branch he shot the kunai towards the branch and it wrapped around it. The Ninja wire was strong, so he went for the vault. Isama kept on running until he the ninja wire was getting tight. Then he jumped, flying high over the branch. When he got above the trees he let go of the Ninja wire. Isama was soaring towards the stone, His calculations where a success. He was going to hit the stone perfectly. As Isama was getting closer to the stone, he got into a ready stance for impact. He hit the stone with such a big force he almost fell into the river. Isama quickly regain his stance, ready for the trap to be released. However that Ninja wire had made several minor cuts on his hands, He was still able to use them though.

| Isama was a brave genin indeed, if perhaps a little foolhardy thought the onlooking proctor. He smiled as he knew he would all too soon need to test far more then an active mind and the odd Kunai. Well built and quick he may be but soon enough they he would learn need to how quick he was on his feet, literally. The seal stone made no reaction at first to this attempt but then it did not need to, everything as it were would take care of itself. Isama's own momentum threatened to be his very downfall as he hit the stone and instead of coming to stop he hurtled in a sliding skid towards the water bound edge. The surface of the stone was akin to slick ice, frictionless and without grip whatsoever and any moment the skidding Genin would run out of stone to skid on. The fact most of the force had been downward helped somewhat but even so he was perilously closing to falling off. The proctor looked on appraising wandering what if anything the young genin could do to save himself from an early swim |

| Isama Looked at the stone, Astounded at why he could not get grip. His momentum kept on carrying him along the stone. Isama was shocked as he got closer to the water. 'Dam, Im not aloud to use my jutsu to walk on the water' thought Isama. Isama shut his eyes and concentrated, He had to forget about the water and come up with an idea. 'I Know what to do' Thought Isama whilst he was using his clan jutsu, Chakra blade.. He quickly knocked a Arrow on his bow and tied the last of his ninja wire to it. Just as he was about to fall in the water, he fired the bow, towards a tree as the ninja wire was streaming through his hand. The bow was a success, it hit the tree and now Isama was hanging over the water holding onto the ninja wire. But he knew the arrow would not hold for long. He quickly pulled himself up and slammed the Chakra blade into the stone. Isama now had a good grip of the stone, and it was lucky. Just as Isama pulled himself up the arrow had broken out of the tree. Slowly as possible Isama stood up whillst keeping a foot wrapped around his Charkra blade. One he got good footing he jumped, Because of the stone he did not jump that far. But it was far enough. He managed to reach the second stone (OOC: Stone 4) but his chest slammed on the side. Isama was winded, But he wouldnt give up because of something like this. So he pulled himself up and layed on the stone, wheezing. It was quite a big knock. As he regained his breath he stood up, still clearly hurt from the fall.

| The Genin lay with his back on the stone, catching his breath. He stayed laying down for a few seconds before getting to his feet, which was rather risky, in Isamu's opinion. When he got to his feet, the seal had already activiated, but Isamu doubted the Genin would have noticed it, because he wasn't looking at the underneath of the stone. The seal had activated whilst the Genin was still in the air, but the similarities were close between the appearance of what was the stone, and what was now a turtle. Of course, the shell still looked like the stone, so the Genin hadn't noticed anything yet. As he stood up, Isamu was sure the Genin would see the turtle's head protruding from what had been the stone, the scales of the shell he was standing on.
Of course, the turtle didn't like being stood on by a human being, so it got rather 'snappy'. Lifting it's wise old head slowly, it rotated it to look at the Genin. Whilst the turtle may not be the best in speed terms, it was wise and intelligent. It had bobbed slowly backwards towards the stone the Genin had come from, furthing the gap to the next row of stones he would need to jump to. The head of the turtle, which was now staring at the Genin with a steely glare, opened it's jaw wide, and launched it's mouth towards the Genin's supple skin. If those teeth sunk into the Genin, they had the capability of ripping his arm off, if they got a good enough grip. Of course, Isamu would intervene before then, as he knew the seal to deactivate the turtle. Would the Genin be fast thinking enough? |

| Isama was looking around, not thinking of looking under his feet. At the beginning he thought the stone was broken maybe. But he couldnt understand why. Isama had another look around. He noticed that a tree was closer to him than before. Isama finally decided to look underneath him. Then thats when he noticed that the stone was no longer a stone, but a turtle. It was a good thing he noticed too. Just as Isama looked at the turtle it lunged its mouth towards his leg. Isama had only a little bit of time to block the attack with a Kunai. But the Kunai flew backwards at the force of the blow and it peirced Isamas leg. Luckily he did not peirce a artery. But he still had blood streaming down his leg. So before the turtle could attack again he used His genjutsu. Isama used the demonic illusion Jutsu. He made the thrid stone (OOC:Stone 9) Look like a massive pile of lettuce. Once the turtle noticed the Lettuce it started swimming towards the stone. Isama quickly ripped some cloth of his shirt and tied it around his wound. 'I will need to use the rest of my chakra wisely, That jutsu took alot out of me' Thought Isama whilst he was wincing at his painful leg. When the turtle got to the stone Isama limped onto the stone and dispelled the jutsu. Once the turtle noticed it was fake it swam off with an upset expression on its face. Isama stood ready for his next trial.

| The Genin was making the mistake of looking around the area at a horizontal level of his eyesight. He had yet to look down, beneath him. "Has he not felt the movement yet?" Isamu wondered to himself, thinking the boy not be in good enough touch with his senses. When the Genin finally did look beneath him, he say that something was wrong straight away. Something was very wrong. His eyes buldged as the shock became apparent on his face. The turtle's head was lunging at the Genin's leg, mouth wide open, displaying some razor sharp white teeth, glinting in the sun. The movement was sluggish, but it was obvious that it packed a lot of power behind it. The Genin did not want to be bitten by those, if he wanted to keep all of his limbs. Whilst the turtle's head approached, the Genin rummaged in his ninja pouch and pulled out a kunai, the light from the sun bouncing off it and blinding Isamu momentarily. The Genin managed to block the turtle's lunge with the kunai, disloging one of the turtle's teeth, and knocking the kunai from the Genin's grip, knocking it back from the force, cutting against the Genin's leg. But he had no time to wallow in the pain, as the turtle was returning for a second blow. He formed a few seals, and then the turtle was under genjutsu. Isamu wasn't caught under the Genjutsu, so he couldn't see what was happening. But whatever it was, it was effective. The turtle calmed down completely and began bobbing back towards the closest row of stones to Isamu, effectively covering the gap it had made for the Genin. Whilst this was happening, the Genin ripped some of the material from his shirt and used it to cover his wound. The Genin then jumped to the final stone of his test, whilst the turtle swam off with an upset expression. Once the turtle returned to place, Isamu de-activated it's seal, returning it to a stone, so it wouldn't interrupt with the next stone.
As the Genin landed on his final stone, the seal activated. The seal exploded in a bright shining light which would definately blind the Genin, at least temporarily. The screeching explosion noise which erupted from the seal was deafening and would have cut off the hearing sense of the Genin. It was irritating Isamu, even from where he was stood. So it would be even worse for the Genin. Isamu wondered how he would cope making the final jump, with his two major senses cut off; sight + sound. |

| Isama was flying through the air, What happened he did not expect. As soon as he landed on the stone a peircing light and loud noise occured. The aftermath of this was not good. Isama was blinded because of it, and his hearing was bad too. Isama winced as a loud ringing noise rang down his ears. 'How am I supposed to do anything If I cannot see or hear' Isama thought. Isama sat down starting to devise a plan. Once he had thought of one He placed his hand into the water infront of him. He had remembered what way the river was flowing. It was heading left. Isama was feeling the water to see what direction it was heading. From these result he could then choose from 2 paths. He had finished his testing of the water on each edge of the stone. Isama had to feel around to find them. Now that Isama knew the two possible directions he created two chakra blades. Luckily the chakra returns to the user when you use the blades, otherwise he would not have enough chakra to make them. When he made them he shot both of them, both oposite directions going the ways he calculated. Because the blades where made from his own chakra he could feel where they where and what they hit.
The first blade hit, It sensed like it was in some liquid. 'That must be the direction of the other stones' Thought Isama. Isama then sensed the second blade, it hit solid ground. He knew this because he felt the blade hit with a thud. Isama slowly stood up facing the direction of his second blade. Once he was fully stood he dispersed the 2 blades and felt the chakra returning to him. Isama got ready to jump ' I better make this a big jump, Im not too sure how far it is'. He jumped, as far as he possible could. Isama started to stand in a ready position for landing, But at the last moment he forgot about his injured leg. 'Well this is going to be bumpy' He thought. Isama hit the ground and fell to the floor with a massive force. He had carelessly placed his injured leg in front of him when he was landing. It had a bad effect. Isama screamed in pain as he landed. Luckily he had landed on what felt like grass, but his thoughs where only for his pain. 'Why did I have to be so careless and forget about my leg' He thought whilst wincing.

| Isamu couldn't see a thing through the flash of white light which had erupted from the explosion. His ears were also majorly irritated from it. The white light finally dispersed after twenty long seconds, but he knew the Genin would still be blind. No human eyes could handle such a sudden and sharp change of light concentration, so the flash grenade would have done their work. The Genin would remain blind for at least five minutes. So if he really wanted to, he could easily just sit down on the stone and wait for the flashbang to run it's course. But the Genin did not do that. As soon as the light had gone, the whistling noise lingered, but it was not at the forefront of Isamu's mind. He could ignore it, which was a nice thing. The Genin was on his hands and knees, using his hands to feel around the edge of the stone and the water beneath him. "Ahh, so he's using the sense of touch." The Genin then created two chakra blades, like he had before. A smile cropped up on Isamu's face, as he knew the Genin couldn't see him, so his facial expression would give nothing away, and repressing it was just wasted effort, not matter how minute. Isamu liked to save energy. The Genin lobbed the two chakra blades in opposite directions. One landed on the ground near Isamu's feet with a muted thug, whilst the other sliced into the water and was flowing downstream. A smile appeared on the Genin's face as he turned his body to face the chakra blade which was stuck in the ground. He dispersed them with his chakra, then prepared his body for the jump. "He's aced this stone." Isamu thought happily to himself, removing the smile from his face and reverting to his expressionless face, as to not give anything away incase the Genin recovered from blindness anytime soon. The boy jumped like a maniac and just made the landing. He landed goofily on his leg which had been injured from a previous stone, surely making the injury worse. Luckily, he had landed on the grass, which had absorbed some impact. The boy let out a scream of pain and was wincing a lot. Putting his pen and clipboard away, Isamu ran over and calmed the Genin down. "It's okay, you've completed this part of the exam now. I'll take a look at your leg and everything will be fine." Isamu pulled up the Genin's trouser leg to see a light purple bruising was already appearing. To calm this down, Isamu formed the hand seals for a medical jutsu in his arsenal, applying the required chakra to ease the bruising slightly. The boy would be fine, he didn't doubt that.
