Physical Appearance:
Suijo is most noted for having his entire body coated in a beautiful milky white complexion. This is due to the blood that his mother has enabled the flow through his veins from her Nara blood. His flesh is coated in a very fine tanned complexion despite the constant amount of time he spends in harsher cooler environments. His flesh continues to carry a proper tone and level pigmentation to it even though he is constantly exposed to extreme conditions.
Standing at roughly 151 Centimeters and weighing roughly 42.5 kilograms making his overall appearance in terms of both weight and height very solid. Though not exactly average he is still capable of hiding his overall intentions and appearance. His tone is muscular to a fine point yet somehow it stills carries a form about himself which enables him to avoid coming across as muscular. This gives him a rather odd appearance as a whole, as if he’s a teenager still undergoing the growth stage of his adolescence.
Suijo carries heavy brown shaded eyes as all of those who carry the Tensu blood within them have. His eyes carry a much softer glow to them, as if they are half awoken the entire time and lazy all the while. A rather odd characteristic for a shinobi in truth, but it is his odd and unique eyes which have often kept his enemies from taking him seriously. They are often seen from beneath his light shaded hair. Suijo’s hair is odd in itself, seeing as how it is naturally dark yet comes across as having a blue tint to it. His hair is often kept in a loose design which enables it to fall over his eyes with very little ease.
His attire is a typical jump suit which consists of a typical pair of baggy pants which are colored a black shade. They have a very loose pair of socks which are protected by custom cut sandals which look as though a cross between shows and slippers. They are very tight fitting having the space to protect his feet and fit in the ends of his socks, yet still allowing him movement with minimum effort and discomfort to his feet.
Personality:
Suijo by his nature is very lazy, be it from his bloodline, or simply because he doesn’t take his time to think things through he is very lazy. In truth it is believed that most if not all men who carry the blood of the Tensu within them are simply lazy vagabonds. However, for Suijo the reasoning is much simpler then the fact that he doesn’t wish to engage in combat. For him, his laziness comes from a much more under developed idea as to how things are meant to work, and how things tend to work when he’s in the midst of combat.
For Suijo, he tends to second guess everything yet know the answer to everything all in the same right, it is as though that whatever it is that he does has reasoning behind it, yet in the end the reasoning itself is unknown to most if not all. That is due to his odd upbringing which has lead him to think that everyone is either his enemy or out to get him in some form. In the end it is unknown if he simply questions everything for self gain, or if they are simply doing whatever it is that they do for some form of sheer enjoyment.
As an ally his entire works come down to how well he can complete a mission, what is to be spent or lost in attempting to finish the mission, as well as what his chances of finishing a mission are with his current grouping. He is very protective is based on finishing his mission with the highest level of success and with the lowest amount of faltering moral. It is as though he doesn’t take any chances in any of his actions.
When not doing his work as a shinobi, he is a typical warm and caring young man who is very easy to understand and speak to. He is always willing to take time out to help his friends in furthering themselves when it comes to random little things, even spending his time around and about trying to make things look a little better in the world around him, he does just about whatever he can or needs to do help those around him. However, in truth he continues to carry another face around his heart to keep his emotions at bay.
In the end it is unknown if his overall fighting style reflect his ideas as a shinobi, or if his personality shifts and alters depending on how he sees the world. Or if he simply sees the world differently than others tend to, so it’s an overall mystery. However, even for someone with Suijo’s outlook of the world he never allows such things as a lack or misunderstanding to freeze him from seeing the world as it really is, that even means that if need be he’s willing to turn his back on his fellow members of his village to obtain the truth.
Catch Phrase: An Unknown Unknown is something that never reveals itself until something major happens.

Clan Traits:
Oonami – The members of the clan carry a trait known simply as Oonami or ‘Surge’ which is generated by expelling a large amount of force from any and all of their techniques. The energy itself can only be born from having combined the efforts of elemental shifts of lightening as well as water, this enables the user to gain massive control over chakra and shift it however they see fit. However, due to the practice of the Oonami itself, it manifests itself in the form of both Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu. Therefore, anyone who is born into the clan itself must understand that they are by default limited in many aspects as towards what it is that they are capable of doing as well as performing.

Kekkei Genkai:
The Jusui is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Tensu Clan. This power enables the user to control and manifest the chakra that flows from their body, by bending and altering the chakra around them as they see fit. This causes for the user’s eyes to take the form and overall appearance of multiple shades of blue which continue to ‘swim’. While active the eyes themselves appear to give off a form and style which looks as though they are attempting to drown and draw an enemy into them, yet for those who know of the Jusui’s strengths and weaknesses they are nothing more than showy.
The primary ability of the Jusui is that it enables the user to see and sense changes in temperature as if seeing them through heat sensors. This does not greatly affect the user’s direct eye sight, nor does it alter the effects of his enemies techniques. This simply forces the user to notice and see any source of heat as though looking through heat vision. For a Chuunin however, they are capable of pinpointing the exact location of an enemy’s heat signature assuming that an enemy and the user have made physical contact with one another. For Jounin, the signature to follow and define heat is so powerful, that so long as the enemy is within five hundred meters of the user or leaves a decent enough trail they can be followed with very little ease.

The illusion itself has two parts to it, the winds are capable of rivaling hurricane force winds, while the insides of the target are covered with heavy acids which burn to the touch. The user themself however, is nothing more than an illusion while this technique is in effect.

Foreshadowing: While some shinobi pride themselves in shadowing, Suijo is known for the art of Foreshadowing, in a sense he can lose anyone so long as his timing and openings are correction.
Acrobatic Due to his nature, Suijo is capable of moving and controlling his body in forms that only Acrobats of the highest caliber could even dream of.
Flexible Most men of Suijo's size and weight aren't capable of maintaining a physical form that enables them to remain flexible. Yet in Suijo's case he's done a very good job of being capable of holding onto his flexibility even as he progresses in age and such.

| Background Information
History:
Beginning
Izuna Hyuuga was an average shinobi and an average female as a whole. Her appearance was simple yet sweet to a fine point. Having very soft and fine milky flesh which was passed down to her child. Izuna was a beautiful woman in the sense that a mother or aunt would be considered or seen as. In truth there were many men in the village of Konoha who valued her as a very suitable pride.
Her skills as a shinobi were very well balanced, and to compliment them she was a very wise and brilliant tactician as well. Her overall skill as a Hyuuga was held in such hey degree that she was never willing to allow anything to get in her way while she was working. Even as her body began to expose itself to aspect that often limit females, she never enabled such things to get in her way. She was a roll model for any and all shinobi and Kunoichi to strive for.
Life Before Birth
Prior to his birth, Kaitou's mother Izuna Hyuuga was branded as an outcast amongst her own people. Her love and attachment to a member of another clan from outside of Konoha caused for her to be labeled as a traitor and she was shortly kicked from the clans ranks upon having been found out. Her lover wore the name Inagi Mosuga. They had fallen in love and made their way to the land of Hidden Mist so that they could be together, however due to the state of the land as a whole, there was very little chance of them being able to find peace.
During her time in the Hidden Mist Village Izuna began to grow more and more attached to the idea of raising her child under the same pretext that she had set for herself. Enabling him to grow and develop into a young man who would hold onto his very ideals and hopes as a man rather than placing his actions onto his clan. In the end she would be continue to carry own her style and life until the birth of her child.
Upon her child’s birth, she shortly returned to active duty against the proper authorities on the topic. She was unable to revert to her one hundred percent self, and as such she was unable to properly prepare herself. This caused for her to die while in the midst of a mission, shortly after the father of Kaitou decided that it was best that he left the young child up in adoption and to be raised by those who would be more adept rather than dealing with it himself.
What neither of the two were capable of telling was that their young child had developed a tainted variant of his original bloodline due to the fact that he wasn’t a pure Hyuuga. His overall prowess and appearance, didn’t seem to match the overall focus and ideals of the Hyuuga clan itself, as such he was forever destined to be seen as an outcast even to those who carried his father’s bloodline. However, neither his father nor his mother could tell that he was never going to be able to fit into the world around him as a normal man or shinobi. How could they when he was only a child, and as he grew they would never see him.
Growing Up
Due to his very odd nature as a child, Kaitou was unable to clearly find a proper area to settle down into as his own. It was as though he had been cut off from those around him due to his body carrying most of the physical features of his Hyuuga blood. In a sense most of the men and women in the village refused to accept him due to the fact that he was not of a bloodline that originated from the village of Kirigakure, and as such he is still to this day often looked down for it.
In a sense he was never meant to be accepted as a member of their village or as their friend due to the fact that he wasn’t one of them. It was as though everything and anything that he did was never going to allow him to grow and develop as one of them. In the end he was never accepted as one of their friends. And without a mother or father to treat him as though he was accepted, there was no room or chance for him to be accepted. In the end it was as though there was nothing that he could do except for simply grow and develop on his own.
So, Kaitou began to go about generating his own method of thinking and dealing with things upon noticing that there wasn’t much for him to do aside bettering himself. So as he slowly began to practice and develop his skills as a shinobi he slowly began to lose himself in his thoughts and bettering himself. It was as though nothing that could have helped him escape from the depths of the world that he had been thrown into, and in the end it was as though there was nothing that he could do except for sitting around wasting his time as a shinobi. Unable to ever act as a normal young boy.
Getting Older
It didn’t take long for anyone to slowly notice that there wasn’t much for him to do except sit around and attempt to go around bettering himself. It was as though he had slowly become a simple machine. Most of the other men and women of the village feared for him, however they were powerless to speak to him in a mannerism that would be fitting for him. He never respected any of them for how they had treated him growing up, and now that he was old enough to fully understand the concept of fighting on his own it was as though he never wanted to be with anyone else. This was more than likely due to the fact that his very own mother and father basically pushed him away and now he had been left with the idea that no one else wanted him either.
Even as a genin, his overall cells and groups looked to him as though he was a rather confusing person to settle with. In the end it began to effect their overall skills and talents, whenever it came down to working alongside Kaitou. Most of the younger children were afraid of him to the point that they never wanted to work alongside him due to the fact that they feared his overall power and skill. That made coming up with anyone to work alongside him difficult to the point that it was impossible to get him to settle down. So, his cells were constantly changing all the while he was a Genin. However, his own success rate never seemed to be directly affected by the constant changes that his groups and self had undergone in the short amount of times that he had been working with them .
As a genin he began to make friends with random animals and such that he managed to meet up with while on his works. It was as though he was unable to clearly make friends with humans, so he simply settled for making friends with animals in the place. So in a sense it all worked out fine for him when he was capable of finding a pet who would accept him as he was, rather than look down on him as others had done. In his eyes it was as though he had finally managed to make a friend who would never attempt to throw labels on him or push him away as everyone else around him had done.
Chuunin Style
As a Chuunin, Kaitou was only capable of bettering himself upon managing to gain assistance from his new found fowl friend who had gone out of his way to show him a new world itself. A world in which everyone was not to be seen as his enemy, and even his allies could better accept him if he was willing to allow them. In truth, that was something that confused Kaitou to no end, however having barely earned the title of Chuunin, Kaitou wasn’t in much of a position to really argue with himself when it came to bettering himself. So in the end he simply went out of his way to go out and make himself a simple kind of man who would be capable of reaching out and advancing.
Having gone a rather long period of time without making any friends or allies, Kaitou had grown attached to the idea that everyone around him was a prepubescent child attempting to make friends. Upon reaching the rank of Chuunin however, he began to learn that there was a need for everything and a place for it as well. There were no cells that were set in stone as there had been when he was a genin, and as such he never really needed to take his time out to watch his actions. As his missions began to develop and grow, so did his allies and their overall prowess and power. He would simply do a mission carry on as he always had and then leave his allies for a brand new grouping.
In the end it was a very fine style of growing and developing, yet for him it was as though he had finally reached the level of skill that he had been striving for. As though his entire life was a fine machine, and he had finally found his place as a cog so he could work without having to worry about others. It was during this time that he had began to take on the rank and sense of self that he had developed at his current stage. Many people had begun to look up to him as a Shinobi and even his overall sense of self was developing to the point that everyone could accept him as one of their own. Despite having gone through so much as a child many were ready and willing to see Kaitou as a different kind of man due to his new found self.
A world without a Blade
Upon having reached the rank of Jounin, Kaitou was already an esteem fighter in his own right, to the point that he could even take on some of the more difficult missions on his own without worry. However, it was his skills as a shinobi combined with his nature as a man which had granted him the power and esteem that made him a great warrior to the hidden Mist village. The original child who was never accepted and afraid to even speak to those around him had developed into a great shinobi who was never to be looked down upon after he managed to reach his new levels of power and strength.
The first thing that separated him from most was that he managed to awaken the dormant powers of his Kekkei Genkai and manifest them in the form of the Byakugan. To most it was seen as a weapon of massive power and potential, however to Kaitou it was perhaps his greatest weapon and his greatest gift. To him It was a sign that his parents did at some point care enough about him to grant him the skill and power to become a great shinobi in some right or another. So he treasures his eyes as a very high level of regard to the point that he seems to be willing to fight anyone who doesn’t accept them as a treasure or a gift.
He has also been shown as being a great swordsman to the point that he has been granted with the legendary blade Aisufin, a blade which is crafted and designed to be treated as one of the legendary blades of the mist. This was given to him after he had proven himself time and time again as both a swordsman and a shinobi. Taking the skill and control so that he could just develop his overall prowess and thinking as a shinobi to the point that he would be capable of dealing with his problems without once allowing it to interfere with him as a person. The blade itself is believed to be a reflection to his overall level of control and sense of self as a shinobi, as well as his trust in the village and visa versa.
In the end however it’s as though nothing you say or do seems to affect him now that he’s found his proper place in the world. His rank and title don’t seem to give him a large head, and so long as he is capable of working beneath the Mizukage and protecting the village as a whole, Kaitou is happy. His idea of happiness may be rather vague and hard to understand, but overall he is a very wise man who simply chooses to hide himself and his actions in a shell that can only be understood as a shinobi itself.
Role-Play Sample:
[size=11][font=Verdana]In the depths of the waters, the mighty beast from the seas began to make his rounds about the area as he noticed that his target had been found. The appearance matched that of the what he had been ordered to find, and as such it did not take him long to locate the body of the fallen being who dared to go out of her way to die on the soil of the hidden mist territory. With the movements of his rather large pet, Konzaki began to nod in approval as he noticed that the weapons and overall material of the person had been located as he was asked to do so from his previous allies of the hidden mist village.
The men and women of the hidden Mist Village had used him so much, that he had been use to doing their dirty work for them time and time again. The very thought that they would see him as an ally was something that neither he nor they could have fully accepted, yet for the time being there was little to nothing that he could have done about it other than continue his works as a doctor who was forever at their beck and call when they were unable to place their own hands in the matter.
The blade that he had been ordered to find was also by the side of the corpse. Within a moment’s notice, the behemoth of a fish began to dive down before it and devour all of the remains in a single swallow, body and all. There was very little need for the remains to be brought back to Konzaki, due to their nature as a whole. He would be unable to properly animate the body to the point that it would make a good puppet to add to his collection, and it was fair enough to say that even should he go out of his way to piece together the flesh and remains of this person, their organs would do him no good.
However, Konzaki had his orders and as a shinobi who would do whatever he was asked so long as the pricing was right, he had no right to disobey them. With a pull of his finger, the string that had been attached to his friend’s mouth acting as a line towards him began to signal that it was now proper time for him to come up from the depths. The primary question that he had on his mind was, why the men of the mist village would go through so much trouble to obtain something so worthless, yet not be willing to go through the process them. True, he was a man who knew his bodies and corpses yet it was safe to say that for whatever reason they had for going to obtain this there was very little reason to hide it from him.
As the waters began to make way as one of his fish companions began to open his mouth, Konzaki could clearly tell that this body was by no means an ordinary one. He began to look onto it with eyes that had a combined effort of sickness as well as confusion to them. True that the remains of the person were somewhat well preserved despite having been beneath the waters for all those weeks, yet now he was even more confused as to who and what he had been ordered to obtain during this mission.
“There appears to be some heavy water damage to the primary flesh, as well as some heavy tearing of the muscles…” Konzaki spoke as he noticed that his pet had now been vomiting for some time. Apparently the stench of dealing with a rotting corpse being placed in his mouth was much more intense then Konzaki had given him credit for. With a brush of his shoulder Konzaki and his ally both seemed to fully understand that for the time being that meant that there was very little need for him to remain within the area any longer then he had been there. With a heavy and dense poof his ally had escaped the area once again and now Konzaki was free to examine the body of the fallen warrior as he saw fit.
Placing his hand within the torso of the corpse, Konzaki began to feel around attempting to tell what it was that could be saved or salvaged from within it. The oragan’s themselves were not in such a bad condition as he had given them credit for, yet for some reason he could not help but question why it was that the blood was still fresh to the point that the organs retained their color. Konzaki began to look into the body as he moved apart her remains attempting to clearly see which ones were in a proper condition and what parts could be placed into a proper puppet.
“This is odd… with a little blood transfusion and the replacement of some minor things… this body can be used once more. That is something that I did not expect…” He looked onto the body and the weapon that rested to its side with a heavy sigh as he attempted to focus his chakra around his hands in a more delicate matter so that he was capable of dealing with the organs to a point that he could not damage them. Before he had not cared of this corpse or its weapons, but now he felt the need tend to it simply because there was a chance he could use some of them.
Performing a quick series of hand seals, Konzaki began to sigh to himself as he felt the chakra he requested form itself from his second leveled system. “Gran Prism…” He spoke as a small area began to coat the ground in a heavy chakra thus cutting it off from the world around him. “Arc…” His mouth finally finished speaking as he felt his own chakra escape the area and now he was readied to the point that he could do as he pleased with the corpse without worries for anything bothering the delicate balance of the body.
The chakra that he had released into the area was enough to the point that the waters and random objects that had embedded themselves into the body of the fallen warrior had began to force themselves out of it. The pressure of his chakra acting as an agent was to such an extreme that there was very little that could be done while he was attempting to coat his hands in a heavy amount of chakra and see to it that he was capable of moving things about.
The delicate touch of each of his fingers began to run over the organs only to notice that there was some things that needed to be taken care of right away. The organs were in a fine condition, yet it was obvious that there was very little time for him to go out of his way to preserve all of the remains. His hands were still deep within the body of the corpse as he began to speak to himself attempting to come to terms with exactly what it was that he had been doing within the body of the fallen person.
“Female…according to the ovaries anyways…” He began to chuckle to himself as he felt his hands digging through the lower sections of the person as though there was no need for him to even worry of the defilement he had been placing onto the corpse. In his eyes, there was nothing that could or needed to be hidden from him. It was his nature as a doctor to get deep into things with his victim, yet it was his curiosity of being bossed around by the hidden mist shinobi which made him unable to simply do as he was told.
With his fingers digging deeper and deeper into the body that lay before him, Konzaki began to feel about noticing that there were still parts capable of being salvaged at a later date. Yet due to the nature of his mission as a whole and it’s works, he found himself pulling for a ebony shaded scroll and placing it onto the ground alongside the body of the person whom he had been working with. The blood and water combined from within her insides made it next to impossible for him to avoid getting some atop his hands as he performed a series of handseals.
Placing his hand atop the scroll and then grabbing a hold of the weapon, Konzaki felt himself moving the weapon into the scroll itself as he began to look onto the corpse once again with eyes of interest. “My guess is that… they only want you, and not the body of my friend…” Konzaki began to speak as he placed the scroll within the confines of his clothing and once again prepared to dig throughout the body.

| | seems alright, but if your going Jounin for Kiri I have to ask you to get permission from teh Mizukage to do so. also the Genjutsu you have are going to have to go since your a Ninjutsu Kenjutsu user sadly. |

| All 4 positions haven't been approved yet, I was told I was still free to go for it prior to the positions being approved.
Also according to the list most if not all the chuunin are taken as well so which is it? |

| | The rank is closed, there are two approved Jounin and the two pending Staff applications which are held and thus aren't open. There are not Jounin spots remaining. Chunnin are occupied excluding the one pending spot, you may attempt for it if you so wish, but there are two others vying for it. |
