Basic Ninja Tools package :3 Think this could be suggested to new memebers to add to their application? I think it's a good idea o.o;

Type: Other; Support

Natural Abilities: Basic ninja tools and weapondry. Shuriken and Kunai are used for medium range combat, usually a simple way to injure someone. Caltrops are traps, used for taking someone down stealthily and, quite possibly; painfully. Caltops come in many different sizes, they look a little like animal traps. Bomb Tags are pieces of paper with a bomb seal on the front. They are usually sticky, and found on certain areas like trees. Motion detonates them, a good way to land an ambush without getting involved. Med Packs negate any damage done by a level D rank jutsu or lower. Contains bandages or all sizes, medical tape, ointments for burns or infections, and drops for eye or ear fuzzyness, and liquid bandages. (Gluing a small cut together.)

Quantity: Shuriken: 3x, Kunai: 5x, Caltrops: 2x, Bomb Tags: 4x, Med Packs: 3x

Arrange the quantity however you wish =P

I have a small suggestion. Can there be an increase to the limit of a summoning. Meaning i know if a shinobi can summon x amount of summonings but only can summon one at a time. For example a person can have a contract with 5 summonings within it. Although at the current rank the shinobi can summon up to three(or x amount) of the summonings. But can only summon one at a time in a thread.

What i want to suggest is: "is it possible for us to summon up to two different summonings. As long as the scope of each summoning. Is one for combat and the other for scouting, Used as a messenger or something along the realm of aid out of physical or mental combat"

Because it was possible for Pervy sage to summon one toad for combat and another toad for traveling to the leaf.

As Naruto was able to summon the two Toad brothers as one was used for combat and the other was used to help train Naruto and his brother.

The reason i give the scope and the limit increase to two summonings is because while i am suggesting this idea i want to limit it quickly before it gets overpowering. Also another possibility can be to limit the rank of the second summon or at least limit the rank of the summoning that is not in combat.

For kumo shinobi can they use cloud ninjutsu? Or do they have to have cloud as a specialty and/or water and wind ninjutsu to make cloud?

I'm just asking because I thought it could be possible to use cloud ninjutsu w/o stating cloud as a specialty just like

Sasuke, lee, and gai can use 'dancing leaf shadow'

And zabusa can use
'Hidden mist jutsu' I belive it was called.

Well I just wanted to know please help me in this question ty

To my knowledge only some clan jutsu are unique to certain villages, jutsu that are known by multiple ppl/clans are fine.

Provided you have a good explanation/reasons for it's creation and each jutsu's rank/effect i see no reason why you can't.

@ Blaize: Increasing the number of summons that a user is able to produce out into the field is exactly the thing that had to be changed. It allowed characters to summon large numbers of summons making them incredibly OP, without any backlash or specific experience needed. It is like this so summons are used in moderation, for something that they should be a back-up weapon not a primary one. Yes, Pervy Sage could summon more than one but he is the only character in the series that we have seen to have a comprehensive and indepth knowledge/skill of summoning making him somewhat of a summoning specialist. If you want to specialise in summoning, go ahead you will be allowed a large range of summons, but for now it is staying how it is.

@ Elder Sage: Your old points have just been clarified in the thread. Kage's were to total the amounts from before and add them up. I forgot to add your's on sorry. >.<

Can a admin and or mod from the previous ultimate shinobi give me back suna status please. Reason being I want to copy some gfx from there to here amongst other stuff but I can't bc the suna colors were taking away from me after I failed the last mission in the old us. So al I need is to have my suna status in the old us. Thank you Smile
