i suggest putting a time limit on the name change requests to avoid those frequent name changers.
for example:

members: can only change names once every 2 months.
moderators: can only change names once every month.
administrators: as frequent as they like :D

Just a quick suggestion, each Kage monitors their available ranks. I know its supposed to be updated from time to time for thoes who are applying for the first time but just thought it would be easier to deligate it to them instead of some one doing a update on it when they see fit ^^

I thinking opening a single spot in the special forces slot for each village would be a smart thing. Allowing room for advancement as well as some one to start 'paving the way' of their villages special forces.

It means me and John Morrison run around insulting people as a joke. Even though it would be spam, most people would find it funny, unless they were being made fun of. That's why it was just a simple suggestion. I never really thought people would wonder...

i have a suggestion. an ooc topic in each village to request mission help. the reason it is in each village is because so its members can check out who needs a mission buddy and so on. also more shinobi visit their villages topics then the general ones. or its more eye appealing so to speak.

Ok, I believe this is important...

The weapons template needs a class, like blunt, exotic, etc. I'm willing to go through all the locked apps and pm the links to an admin or mod that needs to be fixed so we can get this done without having to bug everyone to do it. This is important so that people who don't have that class of weapon don't spend time and labor working on a weapon of a different class.

Seems like a valid point, but the description of a weapon usually helps that along pretty well, though it does seem relevant to add a section to the template where the type of weapon it is goes in, though adding it to previous apps isn't too important, only if that app goes for an update or something.

I think there should be an instruction guide for the little things, like how to use code for the new guys, or how to make a topic into a poll (which I really need to figure out because I can't seem to do that here XP) . This could include the codes like the Guest code or the color code. I feel that this would help new people out a lot.

I had an idea about Kenjutsu or most weaponry actually. How about maybe just a message in the weapon section, or any other appropriate section, saying that weapon techniques only need to be made if they involve chakra or are intricate and require some level of skill at B rank or above. I feel that it may be daunting to members who want to use weapons but cannot make up techniques for everything like a vertical slash or a guard.

Also a good idea though it seems rather obvious to me at least, and many others find it self-explanatory. The category describes what goes into it, and the only one that might raise questions is Exotic and thats easy enough. Does the weapon look excessively abnormal, require unusual skills that normal shinobi don't have, or does it come from another culture? Then its Exotic.
