Jasui is semi tall, about 5'10''. He weighs 130 pounds, he is basically has little body fat, and thin, thouh has muscle. Jasui has black eyes, and long black hair, his skin is in bewteen tan and ghostly. Jasui's atire consists of a long sleeved black shirt with a collar, on the back of the black shirt is his Uchiha family crest, a fan. He wears a scarf, and that scarf acts as his headband, on the scarf is the metal, and engraved the kumo symbol of clouds. The rest of his attire consists of black shorts that go past his knees, with his kunai holster over his thigh on his shorts, on the right side of himself. He also has on black ninja sandal boots.
Personality: Jasui, like any other Uchiha, has one or two problems. Jasui is not always knowing what he wants his goal to be, he always moves up, though never knows why he keeps going. Jasui can be serious when he needs to be, and also when he was younger in the academy, he goofed around at times, and was also partially pratical joker. Even though he was a pratical joker he still paid attention to the teacher, and attempted to remember all the knowledge through note taking and sometimes memory. Even though he still adds jokes in once in a while, though tries not to upset others and annoy unless they are a flat out doofus. He laughs at funny things, but if someone is acting plane out stupid, he acts calm, and either ignores, or comes out with a comeback. As he gets older he starts to act in a manner of not talking when he doesn't need to, though talks when he does need to, or want. Though he will always keep his humor with him. He is thought to be as cool, like sasuke but humor like naruto. Also Jasui is friendly, though cautious with people he first meets, but if they pose no threat, he will act open to them. His life wasn't really troubled, only on one or two occurences though that is it. He usually at times feels in solitude do to there is not any other Uchiha in Kumo. Uchiha's were suppose to be great and respective shinobi, even though he was on that path, he wasn't sure if it was his dream anymore, or what he was expected of due to his Clan. So his basic new reason for being a shinobi was to find himself, and to continue to make himself a better shinobi. Cause of all these thoughts, Jasui is quiet to think over them when his viewing, or attention is not needed. Jasui also thinks over many situations in battle, due to the fact of his constant thinking. His current hope is to get a team due to the fact that he feels that his team will change him on an emotional/mental standard. He would learn things to approve his character, and other things about him through his sensei, and his team members. His first goals would be to prove to himself that he is worthy of the Uchiha name by beating all members of his team, including his Jonin sensei. So due to all these thoughts, and feelings of finding himself, and proving himself, his total personality reflects all of these factors and makes him in many ways full of thought, though overall he is truly just a calm, and analyzing person on the outside. Even though he is quiet at times though, he still is a very social person, and likes to wave to people he knows in the village, and is very friendly.

Clan Traits: The Uchiha have a number of traits which set them apart from the normal ninja. First off being that they all seem to have black hair. Also, every one in this clan has a main element of fire. They seem to be very proficient in the three basic jutsu arts of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Taijutsu (This does not mean Uchiha characters can have three specialties), and are usually known as the elite brand of shinobi. Uchiha generally seem to work with their speed rather then raw brute strength and are very agile and quick.
Kekkei Genkai: Sharingan is the blood inheritance limit of the Uchiha Clan. The Uchiha are said to be descendants of the Hyuuga, with the Byakugan changing into the Sharingan over time. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and then defeat it. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and almost instantly memorize the movements required to be able to complete it, including the needed chakra moldings and seals used. However the clan member cannot copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline and the clan member must have a body capable of meeting the chakra and physical requirements to do the jutsu. This rarely stops the clan member though, as such stressful situations often push their limits farther and allow them to harness their full potential.
The Uchiha clan member is not granted the Sharingan at birth; it is only activated later in life, typically during a time of emotional stress in the heat of battle. The Sharingan itself can be transferred to another non-Uchiha by a medical ninja, such as happened with Leaf ninja Uchiha Obito to his teammate Hatake Kakashi. Because his body was not born to carry the Sharingan, the eye is always activated and it burns Kakashi's chakra when used. To lessen the impact of the Sharingan on Kakashi's body, he normally keeps the eye hidden and out of use. Also of note, is the fact Kakashi, a non-Uchiha, was able to advance the Sharingan from two tomoe to three tomoe after gaining the eye.
The Sharingan itself contains three tomoe (comma). A higher mastery of the Sharingan can be seen in the creation of a new tomoe in the eye, with three tomoe being the typical highest form of the eye. The rare Mangekyou form is a unique evolution of the Sharingan beyond the three tomoe form, please see its entry for more information. An eye possessing two tomoe can allow the Uchiha clan member to track the movement of an opponent and do some minor copying of an opponents attack. For avoiding incoming attacks, the Uchiha's speed and agility will greatly control whether they can move to avoid it. However, three tomoe will greatly help in this area.
Two tomoe will also allow the ninja to pierce Genjutsu and see the surrounding reality for what it really is. It can also allow the member to pierce another’s body and see their chakra. While the eye is not refined enough to see the tenketsu and chakra circulatory system like the Byakugan, it can view the movement and flow of chakra. This can help them tell if a person is trapped in a Genjutsu, or if an attacker is a real threat or merely a bunshin.
An eye containing three tomoe will allow the ninja to see the image of an attacker’s next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body. This prevents wasteful movement and allows the Uchiha clan member to conserve much needed chakra in battle. It allows them to synchronize their movement to strike at an area moments before their opponent is even in that spot, essentially allowing them to strike out and hit their opponent before they're even there.
Three tomoe also grants the Uchiha the ability to do Genjutsu and hypnosis after locking eyes with an enemy. This can be used to cause their opponent to do an attack of the Uchiha's choosing. This hypnosis can also be used as a Genjutsu counter, which is the ability to turn a Genjutsu spell back upon the original caster without the requirement of forming any hand seals.
The Mangekyō Sharingan ( Literally meaning Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) is a heightened form of Sharingan. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan through its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike in the case of the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user. The Mangekyō Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, and erodes the eyesight of its users, eventually causing blindness, which can be alleviated by obtaining another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a sibling. The new Sharingan is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The techniques used by this eye vary from person to person and is limited to one technique per eye. It can be achieved by the killing of someone who is very close to the user as a display of being willing to sacrifice anything for power. This can not be fooled and be a fake friend. It must be a real and true strong connection so it takes a certain kind of individual to be able to get it. It can also be gotten by extremely brutal and long training, taking many years to obtain of constant hard work and dedication, though the person can not be aiming for it and it actually just happens at random. Even with the hardest work, it is possible for an Uchiha to never achieve this level of eye mastery.
Secret Clan Jutsu:
History: The Uchiha clan was descended from the elder of the two boys entrusted by the Sage of the Six Paths with the power and will of the way of the ninja. The elder believed that might would bring peace. The Sage chose the younger as more fitting to be his successor, causing the elder to be vengeful. From the younger boy descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the second being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju.
Hashirama Senju, the leader of the Senju clan, grew tired of the endless fighting, and approached the Uchiha clan with a peace treaty. Madara feared that an alliance would lead the Uchiha to ruin, but his clan disagreed, and he was forced to accept. The two clans came together to form Konoha, with Hashirama being selected as Hokage. Madara believed that this was proof that the Uchiha would be made subservient to the Senju, but his clan saw this only as his attempt to rekindle the flames of war. They turned their backs on him, and he defected. Following Madara's betrayal, the Second Hokage gave the Uchiha control of the Konoha Military Police Force as a sign of trust. According to Madara, this was really just a way of keeping the Uchiha in check and out of Konoha's governing affairs. Over the years, some Uchiha have figured out this motive's true meaning, and tried to rebel against the village as Madara did, but they found that it was too little, too late to make a difference, as the Senju had already completely suppressed the Uchiha. Eventually a revolt was attempted by a select few Uchiha members, but this was crushed quickly and they were thrown in jail or put to death based on their role in the uprising. The Uchiha who did not partake in it, were not held accountable and after that the relations between the Uchiha and the rest of the village grew stronger and trust was finally instilled.

Jasui is able to ride on the snake but it is not recommended considering the snake can be grouchy. The snake's tounge is black. He has fangs, a purple and black striped body, also the snake has horns onto of his heads. The snake's eyes are like any other sneaks eyes, and has slit pupils. The snake has a hard outer layer of skinnish scales. Contract Type: Blood sacrifice, and hand signs. Species: Snake Elemental Affinity: Fire Special Abilities/Characteristics: The snake has venom, and if bitten, the venom can paralyze you for two posts, and slow you down 1 post after. Background: One day, when he was 13, Jasui was looking through old junk in the attic, he found a giant scroll, curious, he tried to open the scroll, and in side the scroll was a series of names written and blood, and hand prints, and from there he instantly new what kind of scroll it was, a summoning scroll. The summoning scroll, without knowing he bit his fingers and found himself in a dark cavern, with sand falling from the roof, and lights enlightening the path, he made his way down and eventually met up with a snake who was the elder, he than learned more about the snakes, and other things, when he finally left he signed the scroll immediatly, he later learned the summoning jutsu hand signs, and learned how to summon Chiisa Hebi Summons Jutsu: Name: Shedded Skin Clone Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Description: Right before an attack at any of the hebi, the snake can first, shed it's skin, and tunnel underground to avoid the attack, and to use the shedding as a clone. Than the snake can tunnel further, and pop out anywhere to attack the opponent. Name: Tongue Attack Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Element:- Description: The snake uses it's tongue, which would be 1/2 lawn as the snakes body, can be used for an attack. The snakes tongue is used as a whip, it could either slash the opponent, or hold onto them. Name: Venom Needle Paralyzation Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: - Description: The snake will fire a barrage of needles from his mouth. The needles are covered in his venom and will venom a target slightly and leave them paralized for two posts. After the paralyzation, the venom inside the body can slow the opponent down 1/2 there normal speed for 1 more most. The user can only summon one person at a time. The reverse summoning is not to be used for teleportation of long distances such as out of threads, this jutsu can let someone travel to there summon, and when the summon dispells them, they go back to there original spot, though this jutsu is mainly used to go to the snake village.
Background Information
History:
Childhood Arc: Jasui Uchiha’s childhood is nothing to be excited about, and at the same time wasn’t at all horrible. As he was told his grandfather’s arrival to Kumokagure was not at all promising as his grandfather hoped for.
His grandfather made plans to come over to Kumokagure, even though he wasn’t a ninja, he still possessed the Uchiha bloodline. He pleaded with the village to allow him to leave to Kumokagure under the fact that he felt Kumokagure, after a visit to there, was a calmer village than Konohagakure and wanted to go in peace at the age of 21. Though the hokage and most people living in the village disputed this in the thought that the sand would than possess the sharingan. Though after a treaty between Konoha and Kumo they allowed him passage to there to do whatever he wanted, though he could not use his powers for the military of Kumo, and kill any konoha ninja. family there would be allowed to kill any Konoha ninja, though Kumo could still use the Uchiha bloodline as they wished. So when Jasui’s grandfather moved there he married a medical nin, and they raised Jasui’s father. His father was a great shinobi, learning to be able to use the sharingan, and fire style jutsu of Uchiha bloodline. Though when Jasui was born he was raised in a normal house hold, his mother being a normal villager, his mother and father did hope for Jasui to be a ninja so they taught him as a kid normal ninja techniques. Though Jasui, at the age of 8 started on his own accord being interested into being a shinobi like his father and did more shuriken practice, et cetera.
Academy Arc: At the age of 9, Jasui Uchiha, with the hopes of being an exceptional shinobi, did the best he could in the academy. Passing all classes, practicing after school, and learning more and more about his Uchiha bloodline for the hopes he could use it to his advantage as a shinobi. His days at the academy were calm; he goofed off at times, but was noted as a nice person. As the years at the academy progressed he was thought of highly by the jounin of the village and chuunin at the academy for being exceptional in the fact that he mastered fire style jutsu, at the age of 10. He got down all of his jutsu down pact and his last year was just to learn more on his own accord.
Genin Arc: When he was 11 he graduated the academy, passing the test flawlessly, having good scores for his classes. When he became genin he was very happy due to the fact that he was finally a shinobi. His father and mother were very proud, and for graduating at the age of 11. From that point on, he trained himself alone, and along with his father. Though one horrible night Jasui and his mother were walking in an alley going home from the academy to there home when suddenly, out of nowhere a thief tried to attack his mother and rob him. The man shoved off Jasui easy, and Jasui was frightened and didn’t know what to do. Though because of this traumatic feeling, he awakened his sharingan, the first tomoe appearing, and after it appeared he beat the thief to a pulp, his mother being only slightly hurt from that day on he worked on his sharingan abilities, and at the age of 13 near mastering it, and 2 tomoe appearing. After the fact, he spent the last year mastering his sharingan and his abilites with it, and now at 14, he was ready for a team.
Role-Play Sample: Jasui's attack failed, he jumped back as a black ball was thrown at him, and exploded the next second. "Crap." He took his sword, and swung it, the blade's weight helped in this as he arked the blade, blocking the shrapnel that was thrown at him. He managed to block most of them, only two or three hit him, but hit his vest, so no damage done.
He than focused onto his opponent with his kkg, he than found a basic pin point location, his friend going off into the woods. Than he noticed, something with no ph masking the groudn at key points, making it not able for him to even make reference to certain spots, his sensing skipping over those areas.
"Hmm." He said standing on the water that was now starting to sink.
"It must be something with no ph at all, a hyrdrocarbon material perhaps." He thought more. "In that case it must be gasoline or some type of oil which must mean that his friend must be getting ready for an explosion.
He than guessed, for the area being masked, and what a normal tag might explode it, it must be a small explosion to delay him, his battle was going on long enough so he couldn't give his opponent time, so he thought of one thing to do, send clones to explode the tags, if he stood in the middle of the clearing, there was no way the explosions would affect him.
So he did many hand signs, creating acid clones to trip the explosions, they were off, the clones tripping at the masked locations, and than set off. The explosions probably alerting his opponent which would help out in this case.
He than tried to pin point his location it being hard considering interferences, though he focuse on the 5 ph and soon found his opponent, he wanted to end this quick, so he had to unleash his full ability, he than bit his thumb, doing many, and summoned a giant komodo dragon, appearing below him.
"Why have you summoned me Jasui?" He spoke only a little irratated because is now used to being summoned frequently.
"Hold your horses, I just need to beat my opponent quick, so I need your help." He said.
"Where is this brat anyway so I can squash him and get home already." He spoke not really caring, though wanted to pretend to be annoyed so that Jasui would know that he isn't on Jasui's clock.
"You can sniff him out can't you?" Jasui said not wanting to explain.

The komodo than did handsigns and spit acid at Kurai, the acid being A rank and having the ability to melt steel. Jasui than did handsigns, forming an acid corrode trap under his opponent, if Kurai made a move he would collapse the ground. He hoped this attack would work so that the fight would end fast, though of course his opponent was a jonin and he didn't know if it would succeed.

| Kyuu no Jutsu- Describe more in depth its effects on the body, also sounds more B ranked to me
Raiton Bunshin no Jutsu - I believe this is A ranked as it is an upgraded shadow clone which is B rank
Fix these and have someone else look over the genjutsu and you should be good to be approved |

- I am still not happy with your personality. More detail and length please. There is only one uchiha allowed per village, and if you want the uchiha for Kumo, you will have to do better than that. |
