Description: By the performing of a set of hand signs the user will begin to focus chakra at the top of his palm, forming a small tennis ball to float in top of his palm. This small ball can then be thrown up to about 10 meters in range, it can then be expanded pushing everything around it and then into an explosion of fire sending about 50 smalls fireballs to every direction burning everything in the way.

Name: Five Finger Flames Techniques

Description: By focusing fire chakra within the tip of every finger the user has without the use of hand signs the user will create five small flames that will remain until the jutsu its used. After this has done the user will either come in contact with the opponent’s body. Striking any part of the body desired using the flames. The part being targeted if successfully struck will suffer from severe burning, and the five finger flame’s print on them. Because it is fire the area targeted will suffer from not only burning but also failure to be used properly for about 2 posts.

Name: Burning Lion Mane Technique

Description: By forming the necessary hand seals the user will then focus chakra either on his hands or mouth until the chakra takes shape into the fire element. By the swing of his arms/mouth towards the target the user will release a large wave of fire towards his target. The jutsu will then take shape into a fire lion to pounce on the target.

Name: Burning Whirlwind Technique

Description: After performing the necessary hand signs(Boar,Tiger) the user will begin to manipulate the heat on the air and turn it to a large whirlwind of about 7 foot in length to form around the opponent. The fire will then begin to spin rapidly around them, extracting all the oxygen from the opponent to a point where they are exhausted and can’t move for a short while (3 posts). Because the fire has no mass, the opponent can simply jump out of the whirlwind, though it will cause minor burns to the body.

Name: Fire Prison Technique

Element: Fire
Description: By performing the necessary hand signs (Boar,Tiger,Horse) the user will slam their hands on the ground. Creating flames to raise form, beneath the crack underneath the opponent and manipulate the fire to form around them closing in every possible way that the opponent may try to use. The fire will then spin so rapidly that the use of water techniques won’t work in the inside because the dry air. And using wind technique of the same rank or below will only strengthened the flames intensity. Touching the walls of the prison will only cause severe burns of the body. While this jutsu is activated, the user can link it with another jutsu to burn the person inside it to death if possible. Because the user can use links of jutsu to perform another person from the outside also has the ability to destroy said prison with a superior element, or higher rank jutsu.

Description: With the performing of a single hand sign(Boar) the user will then begin to run away from the opponent or run around them if desired, focusing fire chakra around his body releasing a trail of ignitable ashes in every steps he makes. This jutsu can then be ignited with a simple finishing (Tiger) hand sign causing the ashes to turn into a vicious flame and explode, burning anything that its around it or worst in top of the ash accumulation.

This is too much like the Hyuuga technique. Even with the added element, as an Uchiha, you can't have it. Sorry :/

-Compressed Flame Veil
No way this technique is C rank. B rank at the very least, and thats pushing it.

-Burning Whirlwind Technique
I don't think this would cause "Severe" burns at C rank, especially if someone jumps through it fast enough. Its unlikely the opponent would even catch fire considering how fast the fire is spinning, so severe burns is simply too much.

-Fire Prison Technique
CC should be 9, since its a fire version of water prison. Continued use of a single hand should also be necessary.

Took out

Compressed Flame Veil Technique & Burning Rotation.

And changed the 'severe' to 'minor' burns.

Also changed the chakra cost to 9 on the fire prison tech.
