| As the title suggests, I think we could establish a region which acts a la a Village of Nukenin, with the exception that for the most part, most of these Criminals are still individuals with terrible, murderous attitudes and intentions. So why have such a place?
Namely, there are a few reasons:
- Home Region: This is where Nukenin are safe from everyone else, except each other. Wooho for Criminal on Criminal killing.
- Missions: This is where you will get your Missions somewhat officially. A source of illegal 'crime'-like tasks, if you like. Also, a chance to have 'organised crime'.
- Social Area: Yeah most criminals kill (each other), but they're also members just like us common village'folk. So we should have a place for them to fulfill their sissy human desires (of eating ice cream whilst staring into each other's dark, empty, devoid of emotion eyes).
- Teaming-Up: We might hate this, but hey, Criminals want friends too! After they take a pause from massacring 'really' dangerous NPCs, they can form Criminal Troops and pose a greater threat. That's good sportsmanship Naruto-style!
- A Chance for Leadership: Characters like Fox's are pure awesome, but they can't achieve GODLY awesomeness, without having their own equally awesome underlings. A village-like area allows Criminals to interact and find, between themselves, leaders and followers. Who knows? Maybe they will create an Akatasuki-like group independently of the Staff and us (and US!) and be a pain in the butt? Isn't that why we have them in the first place? xD
Thoughts? |

Criminals are supposed to be independent unless they make illegal organizations. In which case, I should be the head of them all~ |

| xD! A "lawless" territory isn't a bad idea, one that is neutral to everyone, not just partial to MN. Kinda like Las Vegas, anyone can go there, and what happens there stays there, lol. Not governed by a Kage or nothin' |

| I WANT IT MAKE IT
get a red light district in there >> something i have been missing for a while now
and make it so that anyone can enter there... but so, that if for example a kumo nin getsin there he won't get the chance to take a prisoner or shit... he would have to hide his headband instead otherwise he would be dead as soon as he takes a few steps inside, so that there.. even konoha and kumo nins have spars against each others there and stuff ^^ |

| While I do not agree with the fact that there should be a city for missing nin, I think it could be acceptable that we create a place within the forum where Nukekin can pass through freely and train their characters without other people seeing, much the same way hidden village members do.
This location would ideally be a small run down town which has simply been used as a shelter sort of location for Nukenin who are wandering to other locations..
I see 2 ups to this:
1.) There is no order, and the chances of more than one Nukenin being there for quite a while is highly unlikely.
2.) You Nukenin get a privatized area of your own. |

| Most definitely believe there should be a "Neutral" zone, allows for more interesting RP encounters. |

I don't see how anyone can disagree. |

| If we look at the activity of Nukenin you will find that the majority get bored of roaming the land' and leave the site briskly. I dont blame them - being a Criminal is both dangerous and tedious. A neutral area of sorts would allow for more interaction between a group of Members that seems dissatisfied with US' ideal of criminal activity. If it's not broken don't fix it - but the current Nukenin conditions definitely need to change. |

| Giving them a hangout won't change their activity. They need purpose, not camaraderie. |

| They way that I see it is when you make a Nukenin you sacrifice security, you don't have a place to be safe unless you want to roleplay yourself having some sort of safehouse but having an area that would essentially be guarded from village ninja is ridiculous.
Perhaps a Tavern or Inn of some sort could be created where 'bandits' of sorts often use as a safehouse, but it wouldn't mean ninja couldn't get involved in there. As Shiro stated, giving them a hang out won't change their activity. |

| Shiro. I need to marry you and your joke.
I will have to unfortunately state that I agree with the majority of our staffers. Let's remember here, Nukenin are criminals, they are not wanderers. We do not have a rank like that for obvious reasons and it needs to be made clear that it won't be happening anytime soon. Nukenin are independent forms of shinobi - you must figure out what you'd like to do to keep yourselves active. I would like to make note that there are now a handful of you around and I have yet to see many of you actually get your RP shoes on and interact with other members. I can't really feel sympathy for something or someone that has yet to take the initiative. I will compromise and state we can create an inn somewhere, with the potential of a black market as well, but other than that - I've got nothing. |

| wtheck? why are only staffers and shiro against this?
I mean... everywhere theres one part in the land which just has to many criminals and therefore is totally ruined. I don't think we should make a 'village' or 'hideout' but just a place without kage which is overflowing with criminals..... And making them just rp in a minor country or anything doesn't work does it? Just give em a little town full of pubs and other shit and have a lot of punchfests there, i don't really see what you all have against this??
where do criminals even lose independants if they just want some fun and get themself drunk and have a good brawl once in a while? It would be like a GIANT black market.... at least thats how i imagine this... |

| If you have reread what you have written, then what I have written, I had hoped you'd still make a connection.
Why on earth would Missing Nin come together and create a village for themselves? Where they would essentially be rulers of and could get many of the benefits that village shinobi get without actually having to work for them? It isn't practical, nor realistic and I fear you have a starry-eyed vision of this place. You cannot create the village, because let's be honest. If there is a "safe haven" for nukenin where they can interact and relax, why would they ever want to leave, unless occasionally? It isn't supposed to be like that. Nukenin survive by committing crimes, and being constantly on the move.
Does this make any sense to you...?
